The complete irony made Yami smile. The kind of smile that wouldn't help poor Jimmy at the moment. It was dark and held hints of insanity to it. Yami's purpose had been to bring about the Apocalypse on the Prime World of Earth. This boy's purpose seemed to save it. However, it seemed he wanted to do so, if for no other reason so he could get to that "party" of his.
"Fair enough, your motivations seem honest," he glanced towards Jimmy, "You might want to stand back. These things can be fairly flashy."
He took his own advice and stepped back. It was humorous what the arcane words said, but he wasn't going to make the mistake of reading them as it looked. Each word, individually. The following words sounded like a chant, and his own dark energy seemed to be aiding in lifting the spell.
"Par Ti A Tmy Pla Ce..."

And flashy it was. There were various things that had to happen for the voice to be freed. First, once Yami finished, the shield left. Well, that's a bit of an understatement. It more HOLYCRAPEXPLODED. But without the actual 'explosion'. Just the bright flash of light that would normally be expected. When it receded, there was a large disheveling of dirt, which also disappeared within thin air. It deposited somewhere a ways away. Finally, the coffin itself lifted, revealing a boy, looking to be in his early teens. He was frozen in place, only able to move his head...
...before the other door opened, and he was unceremoniously deposited upon the ground.
"Not... cool... I'm gonna be late for my part-"
"You are in a different universe. There is no Sally, or Sally's house party."
"...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-ah, well. Thanks for letting me out. Smelled like dead people in there."

Yami chuckled. He liked this kid's attitude, "No big. Hey, you think he's gonna be okay? I told him I was half-demon and he kind of freaked out. He's pretty much been frozen the entire time," he pointed his thumb towards Jimmy.
(OOC: zomg its short. Sorry. XD)

"I dunno. But I DO know what to do in situations like this." The child responded. What followed next was... a rather bad idea, in retrospect. He picked up a small, perfectly straight, stick. He proceeded to poke the boy. Continuously. It took a moment for Jimmy to seem to notice, before he did what we in the Business call 'breaking the bloody sound barrier'.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH!" He finally yelled, seeming to have been startled from a nightmare. In a way he was. But it was still continuing.
"Woah, woah, calm down, little dude. I don't wanna hurt you, I-" He was cut off as the boy grabbed his collar, shaking him. Still screaming, I should mention.
"NO, I DON'T THINK HE'S GOING TO BE OKAY." At this point, he found himself having to scream to be heard above Jimmy's wailing.

Yami winced and plugged his ears, watching the situation. He'd heard that the Human World had parodies of situations like this, but he'd been taught that actually doing such was generally a bad idea. However, the cries were too annoying to pass any chance up. And Yami wasn't the slapping type, either. This wasn't good for poor Jimmy...
As he got a rather hard punch in the arm closest to Yami. Hopefully he was left handed, as the punch would make movement hurt and leave quite the bruise, "Get yourself together already!" Yami shouted, sounding darker than he had previously. If the freed boy could sense this kind of thing, he'd realize Yami's darkness had flared.
It was no wonder the powers that had sealed the boy Jimmy held the collar of had doubted this pre-teen. If he was what the Prime World of Earth was sending for defense... he had to wonder why they'd bothered with a breeding program to take it over.

Well, at least Jim-Jim wasn't TOO far gone. He was able to realize that he'd just been punched in the arm. By the guy that was currently scaring the living daylights out of him. Which didn't really help matters. Although it did cause him to go on the offensive... using his left hand... since his right arm hurt like hell. He reached for his back, which is where his slender staff was stationed, pulling it forth. His magical aura began to flare a bit, though most of it was stationed towards his staff. Because... to be honest... he still had almost know idea how his powers worked. Almost.
"GYAAAAAAAAH!" Well, at least he'd lowered his pitch...
"Listen, I dunno what you're doing, but-"
"MR. FLUFFYKINS!"
"...wait, what?"

Yami glared at the boy, ready to fight if it came to that. Boy that spirits had no faith in and freaked out upon seeing a half-demon vs. a Harbinger of the Apocalypse? Yeah, the fight stood a chance of being one-sided. Especially if Yami felt the need to "Dark Out" and take his full demon form. However, the boy's guard suddenly dropped as he squeed.
Which was odd in its own right. Sure, he wasn't quite a teenager but boys were not known for squeeing. However, it only dropped his guard a bit, he'd have no problem dodging an attack if it came. His aura had flared thanks to the rise in violence, as well... it was hard to tell Yami was only half-demon because of it.

Aura flaring. Aura flaring was bad. Dark aura flaring. Dark aura flaring was 'HOLYCRAPRUN' material. But, at the very least, he managed not to move. Partially by being bloody terrified, partially by having his right foot stuck in a ditch.
"D-DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" Jimmy exclaimed. Freak-out time was now.
"I think he wants you to come close-"
"QUIET YOU."

Yami seemed to calm down a bit, but he was still ready to kill anything that attacked him. He pointed towards the staff with his sore arm, "If you try to attack me with that you will die. I didn't escape my captors to be killed by some insignificant little mage," he stated. Cold and flat.
He was aware of the other boy but didn't show it. At least the threat of "DOOM" seemed to have dropped. In either case, Yamiyo seemed truthful in his "threat".

And thus, Jimmy's Berserk Button was hit. And it was hit hard. He'd been called such numerous times. Numerous times by the beastman known as Hi'ar, and such. And, at this point, he was too filled with terror to be filled with more. Ergo, his rage boiled over. He gritted his teeth, and upon his own face was a glare. Now, consider for a moment, that mere moments ago he was TERRIFIED. But, as they say: Beware the nice ones.
And thus, the boy began flinging spells. Not many, about two in total. First one was a beam of solidified heat energy, second was a bright red orb. Upon touching said orb, there would be an explosion. A massive explosion. Or, if he was lucky, it'd merely absorb into his arm and give him a painful electric shot. Not 'HOLYCRAPOW' level pain, just kind of 'oooow' level.
Or, y'know. The half-demon could always dodge. And the kid that had recently been unsealed, well... he was thankful the kid wasn't aiming for HIM. After all, he wasn't lighting himself on fire until Tuesday. He'd been dared to, after all.

Yami leapt back, and to anything observing the situaition, it appeared he'd launched himself in the air. Was the idiot trying to fly? Simply put, yes. The expected explosion occured, and it did conceal Yamiyo. In fact, it was possible to assume the attack had hit full force, killing the half-demon quickly enough that he didn't even get to scream.
All illusion of that was lost as something the color of dark grey ash shot out of the explosion cloud into the air. As it stabalized, it was revealed to be a humanoid demon. The already tattered pants were even more so, and it was a wonder they were still on thanks to the slight muscular bulge. Two tapered ears, not quite long enough to be elf ears and two small goat like horns rising from the figures head. The eyes were straight black and the hair was longer. There seemed to be slight dragon scaling to acompany the draconic wings, whose leathery membranes were pale grey.
The demon, whose aura was a magnified and much darker version of Yami's, glared down at Jimmy. But he didn't attack yet. He didn't really want to make a scene by killing. But it was clear from his presence if he were to be attacked again, there would be some pretty dire consequences...

The thing to remember here is: Jimmy's aura sensing abilities were being slightly repressed because of a spell Hi'ar put on him. Ergo, before, he could only barely feel Yamiyo's aura. But, upon him going into his demon form... all bets were off. He could feel Yamiyo's aura completely. Which scared the living daylights out of him.
"...NON SEQUITOR." Jimmy exclaimed, followed by a thud. A lampshade on the 'non sequitor thud' trope. The kid, however, had a different response.
"Dude... wicked awesome..."
"Well way to go. You had THIS GUY wake him up, and he just scared the child, and is having adverse effects on the chosen one."
"Hey, you agreed."
"BUT IT WAS YOUR IDEA."

Yami had to fight. Fight a century or so of training. Fact was, he had a pentagram half-way traced through the air before he kicked his foot through the formation, forcibly canceling it out. It was possible "the kid" had sensed that whatever shape he'd been tracing had been gathering energy. Yami was snarling, his vampiric fangs revealed because of it. He flared his wings in such a way that allowed him to land on the ground. He turned towards the gravestone, where he sensed the energy was centered, and his eyes appeared to catch ablaze.
"Do not taunt me right now," he quite literally growled. His aura showed little signs of lessening.

The kid did indeed feel the flare of energy. However, he wasn't completely certain. Most of his powers were still dormant, therefore he wasn't certain what said energy was. However, he did notice something. A glow, emanating from his back pocket. Where the book was. He reached for it, and noticed something odd. He could read the first page. As if by magic.
"Oh hey. Cool." He had more important things to worry about, however. Like the transformed half demon yelling at an inanimate object. Or the fact that the voices responded.
"Yes, stop taunting him, you might hurt his FEELINGS."
"Do you want the chosen one killed?"
"...gimme a sec and I'll get back to you on that."
"..."
"Whaaat? He said Superman could be the Incredible Hulk! He must pay!"
"How did you get this job?"
"I know a guy."

Yami's eyes flared up again, retaining their look of being aflame only slightly more intense. The grave had a rather large protection over it. If he were rested and not in a pretty severe level of pain, chances are he would have smashed it. As it were, there was softer prey around. He rushed at the recently awoken kid with lightning speed. He planned on clamping his hand around the kid's throat and squeezing. Not to kill, at least unless the spirits pissed him off more. But forcing him to pass out seemed fine.
He would have aimed for poor Jimmy, but he was already unconscious.
