I've been watching Super Mario Bros Z (if you don't know what that is, go look it up on YouTube) And have been wondering should i work on a fanfic that takes place after the end of the current episode, and throws in Kodiak (My OC) And Blaze from Sonic rush?
Any and all opinions wanted.

Fanfictions should not be written based on the opinons of others. They should be written based on your own interest in a series. Don't let others decide if the fic is a good idea or not. To me it sounds like you have no intention of writing it if a bunch of people say you shouldn't. Fanworks should not be done for the single purpose of attention seeking. They are FANworks not DOOTHERPEOPLELIKEITworks.
That being said, I'm the world's biggest hypocrite. INterest in my fan works directly relates to how likely I am to work on it/continue working on it. So yeah... XD But you should only do it if you want to, regardless of opinions. I can guarantee SOMEONE will read and like it, just post it to fanfiction.net for a good audience.
