She was half tempted to shove the paw off, the warmth it provided an uneeded reminder of many things, but the feeling of temperary freedom hadn't left so she left it stay for the moment anyway.

She nodded and continued to watch the water.

Fox removed his paw after a bit and sat down next to Demon, not to close, as not wantting to do something he would reget.

In the predawn, Demon finaly moved. She fell back and streched out like a cat did after a nap, seveal loud pops and cracks were heard.

In doing so it was made apperant that her shirt had shrunk or samething as it rode up more then a little when she bowed her back, causeing the loat loud pop.

"Damn," She pulled at the shirt sitting up, " Do you know how hard it is to find enough spider silk to make a new shirt?"

[night sky]

"Nope. but it can't be easy." Fox responded. "I'm guessing it's time for you to go check on vampire?"

[demon]

She nodded and stood.

"Might as well start early. Vampire doesn't like traveling durnign the day, after she's woken. If she is wake she can't get far till night fall."

She touched Fox's shoulder breifly before disolving into the remaining night just as dawn peaked.

[night sky]

Fox smiled softly saying though knowing Demon couldn't hear him. "I'll be waiting." And with that he turned his atention to the river, a few ideas running through his head about how to pass the time.

(Time skip.)
It had been a few days since Demon had left and fox, true to his word hadn't left the area, and was practicing water manipulation spells, his goal was to keep a koi in a bubble of water and not kill it. so far his luck was not helping him as he had to put the koi back in the river before it would sufocate. that the one he curently had had lasted about three hours.

He strode into the clearing around the river with clear purpose. His red eyes scanning over the area in utter disgust. 'Why did she ever stop in a place like this?'

His manner tagged him as royality in any world as did his expression when his eyes finaly noticed the white at the edge of the river. 'Those parasites are here too?"

"Excuse me," He walked closer, seperating from the trees. " Has a girl that goes by the name of demon been through here." He bit back the bile that rose in his throat at having to talk to such a creature as if IT were HIS equal.

[night sky]

"Who wants to know?" Fox asked his gray eye focused upon keeping the koi alive, twistting his paw to allow the watter to churn and allow air in for the koi to breath.

[demon]

"I do, as I am the one that asked... Sir..." He approched until he was close enough to see the koi in the water. His lip twitched up and the water in the ball boiled, instantly killing the colorful koi.

"I have a few messges to deliver to her. That and she has such an aluring figure its hard not to just want to stare, she's even more so where angered. Her and that master of hers. So have you seen her or not?"

He was tempted to just rip the poor creature to bits and put it out of its misery. Bu tthe thing was his only lead to Demon. He bit the inside of his cheek.

"You know, i was doing a good job of keeping that little guy alive." fox deposited the water back into the river and stood stretching and brushing dirt off his tail. "Now i don't quite believe you answered my question." Fox turned to look at the new comer, not in the slightest intimidated by his appearance. "who are you?" though in the back of his mind fox's mind was in overdrive.
"He thinks of demon and vampire as hot. ok then, he better not say that to demons face."

[demon]

"Not thats its any of your concer as to who I am, but you may call me Blaine." His nose flared as he drew Demon's scent from the thing in front of him, he narrowed his eyes. " I'll ask agian do you know where she is, or were she went. And please don't lie. Her scent coats you like a thick fog. It almost covers your own mongrel scent."

Blaine dusted off his coat sleeve of imagened dust. Looking The thing in front of him in the eyes much to his distain.

[night sky]

"Insulting me will get you no where." Fox responded "BUt i don't know where she is, left a while back."

[demon]

"That Sir was not an insult, it was a consice and apt discription of the truth. I find it thoughly valuger to insult those of no standing, it gets one nowhere." Blaine scratched his chin and walked around Fox in a circle, "What is it that your hiding? Hmm? Becasue I know you know where she is..... Maybe your covering up soemthing eh? Could you Be her lover? I wouldn't of guessed that she'd take something so......filthy..... but then again she is the disgrace of the clan. I shouldn't be so surpised."

He stopped again in front of Fox and stared at him, his red eyes glowing with an angered fire.

Fox blinked at hearing this, took a moment to process what he heard, then started laughing, hard, he was doubled up in laughter, "Me? Her lover? Yeah right!" Fox now had tears in his eyes he was laughing so hard. after a moment he was able to get himself back under control. "Yeah she might be, 'disgraced' as you call her, but i doubt you're any better."

" I don't understand what is funny about my staement, it is quite a likley possiblity. She is almost old enough to enter her mateing heat. As for me you unsightly little whelp, I am nex t in line for the throne my Little sister no longer has any claim to. So watch your tongue or you wont have it much longer."

It was clear he was angered. Common dogs liek this never spoek out of term to him. Its was simple unheard of.
