Physical Description: Vlad is a moderately tall man, whom looks much older than he is assumed to be. His hair, while Masters, is a light gray shade, styled into a ponytail. He has a rather short beard and is almost never seen in anything but a suit.
As Plasmius, however, his hair loses the ponytail, and seems to spike up, forming a 'U' shape. It is completely black except for one gray streak down the middle. His skin color becomes a pale green. He wears black gloves and boots, red/white cape, and a black belt over a white shirt which hangs over his white pants. His eyes are red.
Weapons: N/A
Abilities/Powers: Vlad has a range of ghostly abilities. He can turn intangible, invisible, and fire a ghostly beam of energy from his hands. He can also duplicate himself.
Skills: Vlad is quite the political buff.
Personality: I draw from Vlad's more badass variation. He's cold, calculating, but not above joking. His humor, however, is a cruel one. Negative emotions seem to just ooze from him, especially when he seems cheery.
History: Let us begin from Vlad's high school life, where it all began to fall apart. Vlad had two friends of note. Maddie, and Jack Fenton. Whom would soon go on to be Mr. and Mrs. Fenton, parents of two. But let us see where the friendship ended, shall we?
You see, Vlad was rather infatuated with Madeline while in high school. It is possible that they would have married, had things gone differently. However, when in the science lab one day, there was an accident. Vlad was sprayed with an odd liquid. Ectoplasm. He would soon break out into an odd case of acne, and lose all chance of dating Maddie.
But this... ectoplasm, it... did something to him. He found he could walk through walls, disappear, and fly. He was much more unique than the other guy. However, he lost Madeline. He would later on discover that she and Jack had married. It is not explicitly stated, but assumed that he brooded on this for quite a while. He didn't actually act upon his rage until their high school reunion. No one suspected anything until Vlad attacked, going under the alias 'Vlad Plasmius'. It is during this attack that he found something else out, something... disappointing. Madeline and Jack had two children, Daniel and Jazmine. Even worse, the boy apparently had powers such as his own. Vlad was defeated, but his mission was changed. He still yearned for Madeline, but it would be more useful to go for their son. If he could turn Daniel to his side, he would be nearly unstoppable. None could oppose them.
He soon found out, however, that the boy would not listen to reason. Indeed, he remained firmly against Vlad. Vlad made a few more unsuccessful attempts at turning him, one of which was cloning the boy. All failed. Firmly against Daniel, his mission was now to DEFEAT the boy, once and for all. He was smarter, more experienced, so why not? It should have been easy. But Daniel proved him wrong, never giving up, always finding some way to get the upper hand on Vlad. It infuriated him to no end.
Vlad would get his revenge on both Daniel and Jack in a small way, however, as he became mayor of Amity Park.
Vlad wasn't done, however. He had one last scheme, one he came up with completely on the fly, one bound to work in his favor. When he discovered a meteor heading towards Earth. One large enough to destroy the third planet from the sun. He threatened the planet with this information, revealing his powers to everyone. He promised them he would save them, if they named him ruler. They were completely compared to, however...
It failed. He tried to make the meteor intangible, and it failed, horribly. Filled with shame, and most likely in danger of being apprehended, Vlad fled to outer space, alone. When he was sucked into a portal...
And filled with more power than he'd ever felt in his life. The portal had done something to him, something more than whisk him away to an interdimensional island. He could now tap into the minds of others, if only to communicate. He felt what could only be described as 'god-like'. And as luck would have it, he came across young Daniel. And the boy had a comrade with him.
Now Vlad waits. He waits, and he watches. And he will indeed strike when the time is right.
Other: Vlad's recently been supercharged, due to a boost the island gave him, contrary to Danny's own power drain.
