Physical Description: Unlike most pikachus Raikogai owns silver colored eyes. His electric pouches on his cheeks are the color red, and his expression painted with calmness. His fur color is a dead dark yellow that looks close to grey with the brown marking turned into a black. You will never actually see him take his blue jacket or blue mobile scarf off. His Blue Jacket is designed so that it’s outlines at all the ends with black and also two big pockets in the front. His blue mobile scarf is thin and cut up while being black at the ends His headfur is spiked and ruffled quite a bit and at the ends of it is died black. His ears and tail are slightly sliced in many parts, but he claims was born that way. If you ever manage to remove his jacket you can see he has many scars on his back that don’t seem to be self caused or accidental, and on the back of his neck is a serial number of 1313. He keeps a small box around him that has an egg with wings for an insigma and also a significant object in it is a pokeball….. HIS Pokeball.

Rest (Sleeping, but health increases faster than usual)
Frustration (The more pissed he is, the more powerful these beatings are)
Protect (Avoids all attacks for one time, and if constantly used the less chances it will work)
Light Screen (Protection from Special Attacks for a long period of time)
Hidden Power (Depending on the environment the attack’s power and type will be)
Captivate (Charming the opposite gender will a wink or something it will reduce the special attack stat)
Focus Punch (Focusing in his mind for a moment before dealing a strong painful punch)
Thunder (A Gigantic Thunderbolt coming down at the opponent dealing great damage)
Iron Tail (Turning his tail as hard as iron and hits the foe, or uses it as a weapon)
Strength (A Punch strong enough to even break boulders)
Charge Beam (An attack that can raise User’s special Attack, but it’s a collection of electricity shot out in a beam toward the opponent)

Grass Knot (Using the grass in the area to grab hold of the enemy’s feet and trip it, the heavier the more damage)
Swagger (Enraging the opponent to being confused, often raising attack)
Personality: He’s a calm type that takes time to think and often anti-social even. He’s more of the stay in the shadows guy, but then he also conducts the leadership roles. He’s not strict and rather lenient and yet seems to look strict by his looks. He’s nice to Enkaiken his friends a lot and talks with him more often. He can be dumb and forgetful sometimes, but often he tries to make himself not look stupid. He has a simple dislike to most humans for his jackass of an owner. If you push him to the point of near death, he may also go into a berserk form that makes him totally reckless and vicious to all those around him.
History: He was born in the mountains with a tribe of Pikachu, Raichu, and Pichu and would often love to explore and make many friends. He wasn’t different from the others since he was happy, energetic, mischievous, and creative. It wasn’t until Team Magma attacked his tribe at age 1.
His parents were put down immediately, and so were the elderly ones as well as the leader for rebelling and he was scared once captured and separated from everyone else. Team Magma put him under experimentation in Area 1300, which was experimentation of Evolutions and Enhancements, of that immediately transformed him to a Pikachu and altered the colors that he had, and he was put down as Experiment 1313 as the serial number on the back of his neck states. He was released after a half-year period of experimentation as he was given to a Team Magma member that was told he could now learn more attacks than usual. His Owner was named Brandon Hika, and a spoiled brat of the age 15.
Brandon wasted no time as he forced TMs at the pikachu he named Raikougai and trained him harshly. During his ages 2-7 Brandon trained him harshly with no mercy. He was whipped, lashed, beaten, and even starved near death even if he was to make one single flaw. Some scars never healed, physical and mentally. He’s beaten any pokemon whom went against him or Brandon, and despite all that still beaten for missing a cue or forgetting a move.
He became evil at heart in no time as he battled; he enjoyed watching the enemy in pain as a hallucination of Brandon and went bloodthirsty at some points even killing his foe. Brandon eventually was sent onto a mission to destroy some important ports and aquariums with Raikougai, but then from sudden attacks Raikougai, who now wore a jacket and scarf, fell out of the helicopter and Brandon dropped the pokeball. Raikougai fell toward an island from hundreds of feet high as he crashed onto a beach on his head, and miraculously he survived.
He was awakened by a soft, yet worried voice that asked if he was okay. He opened his eyes to see bright daylight, and then a totodile. He sat up and talked with the Totodile confused by a plentiful of things. It seemed he got a concussion from that crash and held amnesia, but out of all of this he was now a nice and calm person. He helped the Totodile in a tight fix with some bad guys, and then later agreed to make a rescue team that was named Team Sairentou with the Totodile later finding out that Totodile’s name was Enkaiken. Instinctly during this whole time scale he kept his jacket and scarf on 24/7.
He had many, many dreams at night that held bits and pieces of his memories during the first 3 months at the Guild after creating that he often forgot and shrugged off. Enkaiken took notice of some of Raikogai’s struggling and often would question him only to get a confused and tired Pikachu. They worked hard in the pokemon rescue team business and recruited a few pokemon.
It was around the 7th month where Enkaiken revealed to Raikougai that when he found him at the beach he found a pokeball, and when Raikougai wanted to examine it he accidentally touched the button and was engulfed in a red laser that consumed him into that pokeball. This freaked Enkaiken out as he tried to fix it, and eventually figured out that the button released Raikougai as he pressed it. Raikougai kept that pokeball close at that point seeing it could be an essential piece of his history.
It was over a year and a half when he created a team with Enkaiken when the Guildmaster put him to a solo mission to investigate a mysterious meteor that crashed recently. He went to investigate as he found it, but then another Rescue Team that was always up to no good intercepted and fought against him. He was beaten, until he went into his berserk form and scared off the now beaten members of that Rescue Team that went against him. He immediately collapsed to near the brink of death through his tiredness as a pokemon within awakened. It was a Jirachi that slept inside such Meteor. That Jirachi went to the fallen pikachu as she used her psychic powers to read Raikougai’s wishes. The first wish she used his memories revealed all his history to him, and almost made him return to darkness. The second wish he was able to retain his sanity and kind-heart toward everyone while the knowledge of his past remained. The third wish was to life, as she granted him a healing prayer that saved his life. The Jirachi then took off to the skies so that she was able to explore the rest of the world, and the next morning Raikogai awoke to a new morning.
He returned to the guild, and many worried expression turned to joyous one as they spotted his return. He didn’t remember the Jirachi at all and reported nothing to the Guidl except that rival Pokemon Rescue Team’s attack. Enkaiken was overjoyed to see his best friend alive as he overreacted and acted as if he thought Raikougai just returned from the dead.
They continued on for another half year the same, as Raikougai seemed to have grown wiser too. It’s been 2 whole years since he made Team Sairentou with Enkaiken and celebrated that too. He later took off with Enkaiken to investigate some disappearances, and then a portal took them both as they fell to Dimensional Island.
