Lucius whirled around in time to catch all three hits of the attack square in the chest. He took a step back with each hit. He didn't seem phased beyond the backwards pressure. He smirked and charged a bit of energy in both his hands. Abel would be abel to tell it it as an Almighty spell, and Lucius was in fact preparing a Holy Dance of his own.
"So, what's your story? Any one who saw you without those eyes would call you human, and I have a feeling its your only form," he released the four bursts of Holy Dance without waiting for an answer.
Really, he was just playing at this point and didn't care one way or another if the attacks hit. He hadn't given any enlightenment as to his story, which meant his question was on the lower edges of rude. The way he'd taken the Holy Dances proved that if he wasn't a demon, he was sure as hell still something.

Abel scoffed at the question and dodged out of the way of three of the Holy Dances, one of them managing to strike him in the shoulder. He looked down at the wound, which really only stung a little bit, before turning back toward Lucius. It was time for a change in tactics.
"Shouldn't you explain your own before asking someone else to explain their story?" Abel asked as he dodged around Lucius again, but this time he didn't attack him with a Holy Dance, but instead kicked him.
Adachi was focused on a rather large bird that seemed to be flying toward that giant tower. "Um..." He blinked at it for a moment. Okay, giant bird during the time where pretty much everything turned into giant coffins flying toward the giant tower that only showed up when everything turned into giant coffins? Definitely a little WTF.

Lucius kept a sense for where Abel was at despite the increased speed they were both using thanks to his aura. It was a trick Abel would be able to use just as well. In fact, he'd whirled around to catch the kick from read body language when he sensed a presence he knew from one of the dominant of his connected dimensions. It caused a moment of distraction as he looked up, and Abel was able to plant his foot square on his chest. Lucius fell onto his back with a rather solid thud and it would seem (that being the key word) Abel had a perfect chance to go in for a kill.
Well, that had been what he thought it was. He was only mildly focused on his opponent at the moment. He wondered if this dimension was going to pull salvation out of its ass the way his main one had managed it. All in all it looked like the fight would be over if Abel acted quickly.

Abel sensed the forboding presence as well, but he didn't look toward it when Adachi and Lucius had. It had been what had allowed him time to land his hit on Lucius. He smirked. That hadn't been that hard at all. He took a step toward Lucius.
"Hmph. With all of that talk, I'd thought you'd be tougher. Looks like you're all bark, eh?" Abel asked. He crouched down next to Lucius on one knee as he taunted him. If Lucius tried anything, Abel was confident enough in his speed that he believed he could stop whatever Lucius tried.
Adachi looked away from that giant bird thing to look toward the battle. He gulped. Lucius didn't seem to be doing too well...

Lucius had bounced his head off the side of the sidewalk and jerked his hand up to stop what might have been a bounce. Abel closed the distance the kick had made in that time and crouched onto his one knee as Lucius looked at his hand. Yup, he'd drawn blood, and it was pretty evident giving his yellow-blond hair. It wasn't gushing by any means, but it did seem to be flowing. He looked up as Abel smirked at him, frowning for a moment before smirking himself.
"You think you've won? I think I really have overestimated your intelligence," Lucius chided.
(OOC: Feel free to have Abel cut off what Lucius is saying, that's just what he'll say if Abel doesn't. Lucius isn't scared and even if he's "wrong", he sure thinks he can pull something out of his ass. XD He totally can, but he's still "playing". XD)

Abel allowed himself to grin. Oh, so this human-formed demon had another trick up his sleeve? Well, he better hurry up, then. Abel was starting to get bored.
"You're saying you have another trick up your sleeve, then? Well well. It better be good, or I'll just kill you right now. You're boring me," Abel said. No matter how soft Keiichi was, Abel enjoyed such fights as these. Though if Lucius didn't entertain him now, he'd just snap this other demon like a twig. Of course, Abel was aware he was possibly underestimating Lucius' strength. But he didn't really care about this at the moment.

"You're assuming I've been putting any effort into this. And as for being all bark, you have yet to keep your word," he rolled his eyes, and if it weren't for the slit eyes and overall situation, he'd be coming across once more as a spoiled punk kid, "Are you going to kill me or not? I'm the one whose bored, here."
It probably seemed pretty stupid to Adachi. Lucius had just pretty much begged Abel to kill him. Then again, Adachi had pulled enough stunts to know a game when he saw one. Lucius still wasn't taking the situation seriously, he was still playing.

Adachi blinked. Lucius was planning something. He was obviously goading Abel on, which meant he had something planned. Obviously, Lucius knew what he was doing here.
Abel scowled. Did Lucius have some kind of death wish? No, he was still smiling. Finally, Abel sighed.
"Fine. You asked for it," Abel said. He suddenly and very quickly grabbed Lucius by the neck with one hand and lifted him up, lifting him very slightly into the air. He smirked. If Lucius struggled too much, he could snap his neck like this. Like he did with anyone who annoyed him like that.

Lucius' dark grin threatened to break his face as Abel shot his hand forward. Two seconds at most before Lucius' feet were off the ground. If the blond had stretched, he probably could have brushed the tips of his shoes on the ground. Abel would have his neck crushed before he could, but considering that wasn't his plan made it a rather moot point.
It was then that Lucius' signature not only changed, but practically exploded. By at least several points. And it wasn't demonic, although the damn energy still felt off. Although time it was different. While it seemed divine or angelic in nature, it was horribly tainted. Lucius' sweatshirt basically shredded and seemed to burn with invisible fire before it hit the ground.
The light split into six distinct shapes, three to either side. The light broke off in a flash, revealing six bird-like wings with gold highlights. The force had caused Lucius' hairband to snap, so his yellow hair fell around his shoulders now. He brought up his hand in the time Abel would likely be at least mildly startled and grabbed the joint at his elbow, squeezing enough that it would cause pain if Abel wasn't too busy being distracted. I
f Abel tried to release him, he'd let it happen. He'd let go of Abel's arm too, taking a few more feet into the air with his wings. The grin hadn't changed from before, and considering that Lucius looked rather angelic now it was a pretty disturbing contrast. He looked forward to the reaction to this.

Abel's eyes had grown wide as Lucius' energy exploded. He hadn't had time to let go of the teenager he had been holding up before his sweatshirt and headband had been shredded off due to the force of the wings forming. He didn't notice that Lucius had grabbed his elbow; he was too busy trying to let go of Lucius and scramble back.
"You're Lucifer!? You're fucking Lucifer?!" Abel managed to get out. Oh, he remembered Lucifer. He remembered the fallen angel well. Having grown up during the earliest stages of humanity during his first life, he had known much about the conflict between God and the fallen angels from what his mother had told him. And he knew, most importantly, that Lucifer was the strongest and most dangerous. He was known for his six wings and for his human forms. One of the most prominent aspects of these human forms were blond hair and dual colored eyes. He'd heard of this human form a few times in the Demon Realm. Thought he'd seen it a couple times even. Even after taking the demon throne, Abel had decided not to even bother trying to get the elusive Morning Star on his side. He didn't have a death wish.
Abel was suddenly reconsidering this fight. Maybe he could go up against Lucifer and win. But did he really want to take that chance?
Adachi, on the other hand, his mind had broken the moment Lucius had wings burst out from his back. It had probably broken further when Abel called him Lucifer. Oh shit, what had he gotten himself into!?

Lucius chuckled as Abel spazzed, releasing his grip and raising back and up a bit when Abel released him. He did bring a pinky to his ear and wriggled it inside. There really was no need to yell like that. He noted Adachi's slack jaw out of the corner of his eye, but he didn't really care. Lucius shrugged as his first response to Abel's reactions, but he was still grinning.
"I said I wasn't a 'simple demon'."
He was still chuckling as he watched Abel's reactions. That had been worth it, no two ways about it. He let his feet land on the ground and the wings vanished in a manner less impressive than they had appeared. A quick flash of light, nothing more. He took a few too quick for the human eye steps towards Abel. If the demon king tried to back up again, he'd grab his right wrist with his left hand. Either way he brought his face close so that their noses were almost touching and smirked again.
"I believe I told you to go away, Your Majesty."
With that Lucius made it clear he knew at least Abel's position. Considering the reveal, it probably wasn't that surprising. He stared Abel in the eyes and waited for a reaction. If Abel showed signs of pulling away to get away, he'd release him. If not, he'd play more. Although it did conflict with not claiming to know Abel's story before, it was also possible Lucius had just been teasing him.

Abel actually felt terrified. The fact that he was a demon king did not change the fact that he was dealing with Lucifer. His eyes were still wide from fright as Lucius came up so close that their noses were practically touching. He gave a couple quick nods as Lucius restated his point, and then began to back away before finally looking toward the street and very, very quickly walking away.
Adachi gaped at the scene he'd just witnessed. He looked toward Lucius again, and his eyes were wide. Half of him wanted to get the hell away from this guy; after all, he'd just realized that he'd made some sort of deal with who was essentially the Devil. While Adachi wasn't technically correct with that frame of thought (not that he had any way of knowing that at the moment), he was definitely dealing with a very powerful fallen angel.
"Oh god. Y-You, then..." Adachi seemed to be putting facts together, and he took a step backward. Well, that certainly explained the odd eyes. And the additude. And the creepy knowledge about things normal teenage punks didn't know about. And just the way he'd managed to hold Adachi's gaze like that before.

Lucius released Abel based on the direction he was pulling. His smirk had gone down to fairly normal levels as he watched Abel wrench his eyes away. He was still walking, but it was certainly a power walk. He waited for the blue haired teenager to turn the corner. He turned towards Adachi with a bored expression as the man tried to stutter something coherent out. It wasn't very successful. He moved his eyes down to Adachi's feet as the man tried to step backwards.
"Lucifer. Helel. Morning Star. Father of Lies, although I really dislike that one. It's quite untrue. I rather dislike liars, you see," Lucius turned back towards Adachi. His expression would have been flat if it weren't for the slitted and far too mature eyes, "Wasn't it you that said you'd do anything to get that artifact? Your exact words, if I'm not mistaken. Anything. It's not my fault you said something like that without all the information. And I fail to see how my identity is a problem, all that knowledge should do for you is let you know I can get the Ring for you."
Adachi still had a chance to get the fuck away. Lucius wouldn't stop him. The issue was whether or not Adachi knew he still had that chance. Or if he'd take it, even knowing. Lucius had a point at the end there. It would be rather unlikely he couldn't get the Ring when you considered his identity. Lucius had dropped any facade he'd had considering what Adachi had just seen. He appeared to be waiting for a response now.

Adachi found himself looking Lucius in the eyes again. It was creepy how they tended to pull him toward them. But at the same time, Lucius' words got him thinking. Lucius/Lucifer was probably the only one who could get that Ring now. Adachi would be making a deal with the devil (or at least something close to it), but he had a feeling he was going to Hell anyways. Murdering two women in cold blood kinda didn't do too much for helping your chances of getting into Heaven.
Some part of his brain, probably his concience, was saying this was a bad idea. But he was ignoring it. He'd said he'd do anything, right...? But at the same time, he'd decided he didn't need to be going into this without any kind of knowledge of what he was going to be doing. That could potentially be really bad.
"What will I have to do if you get the Ring for me?" Adachi asked.

Lucius smiled again as Adachi stopped retreating. In a blink the eyes were as normal as the dual colors allowed. He wasn't smirking, either, actually smiling. Mildly amused being perhaps the best description of his expression.
"For now? Nothing. In the future? Who knows?"
Lucius took two deliberate steps towards Adachi. One to rid the distance Adachi had made with his single step back, another to lessen the original. Adachi hadn't run even after that little display, so it didn't seem he needed to use the kid gloves with the man. Really, the worst he could do is start using the good sense God gave him and get the fuck out. It wasn't that big a loss, really. His eyes slit once again and the grin was back to the one that showed his accented canines. His voice as he spoke carried the dark wisdom of his age and identity.
"The bottom line is that you would belong to me, Adachi Tohru. If I made a request, you'd follow. I'm not demanding on my property, you have no need to worry about that," he chuckled, "I'm even rather generous at times. And there are perks..."
Lucius took a step to the side, maintaining eye contact. Adachi's eyes seemed to follow his own. That alone showed how unlikely the man would be to turn the offer down. Lucius walked around behind Adachi and put his hands on the man's shoulders, squeezing with enough pressure to cause minor pain but no damage. The height difference meant he had to stand on his tiptoes to talk into the man's ears.
"For one, you wouldn't have to worry about Izanagi. I don't react well when people break my things," he whispered with a dark smirk.
