"Kay, I'm going now." Bashton said boredly as he walked behind a tree and disappeared in it's shadow, though Sabrina didn't see.

Sabrina then looked around. "Well, I guess I'd better get going myself." She said as she was about to release Jean-Marc from his pokeball when Mia's pokeball started rumbling again. She once again released the psychic pokemon. "What do you sense this time?" Sabrina asked.
I sense a dark aura from that ring you just recieved. Mia told Sabrina.

The ring didn't seem to do anything, then a Sabrina started to feel faint as the ring glowed purple. It seemed to be drawing energy from Sabrina as it emitted a prurple black aura.
(im not trying to control sabrina sry D8)

Sabrina started getting dizzy. She started feeling weaker as the ring started to glow.
"Sabrina, take the ring off!" Mia said. If Sabrina wasn't so groggy at the moment, she would have noticed that her Pokemon just talked to her. Instead, Sabrina just tried removing the ring before she lost too much energy.

The ring stopped emitting, rather it turned completely black and seemed like it was burning as it faded into black smoke and disappeared with a whisper in Sabrina's mind. "Be careful on what you accept...." a soft but mischievous voice said in Sabrina's head followed by a maniacle laughter.

"Okay. Note to self: never accept gifts from people that your pokemon declares are evil." Sabrina said as she started to shake off what just happened. Then, she heard that strange voice in her head.
"That's it! I'm outta here!" She declared. The voice was weird enough but the laughter pushed it over the edge. She recalled Mia and brought out Jean-Marc, her Pidgeot. "Get us out of here!" She said. She then got on the bird and held on as it went into the sky.
