Ripcurrent squeaked as he was flattened however he sprang right back up and thew a mud bomb.

Waddle Dee crouched down and held the umbrella over his head, causing the mud bomb to be destroyed, and then ran forward, grabbed Ripcurrent, and started spinning him around on the umbrella.

Ripcurrent started to become confused from the dizziness however he used water fall to lift him off the umbrella and when he landed on solid ground Ripcurrent Kicked up a sandstorm that he vanished into as it covered the arena they where fighting in.

Upon the sandstorm appearing, Waddle Dee moved fast, and jumped up as high as he could, over the sand storm, and slowly floated down. He couldn't see the Gastrodon anymore, but that didn't mean he couldn't win.

An Ice Beam came from behind Waddle Dee, upon Finishing his attack Ripcurent started to move.

Waddle dee dropped to the ground immidiately once he saw the ice beam coming. Once on the ground, he guarded, waiting for the coming attack.

He didn't, of course. In fact, Waddle Dee couldn't see anything. He couldn't say anything either, but he wanted to say, "Ah! An earthquake! Oh no!"
Instead, he landed flat on his face because of the earthquake.

Following up on his advantage Ripcurrent used Fissure to open a large crack in the ground under Waddle Dee. hoping to trap him in it and finish the battle. Not that he counted on it.

Which it didn't, since Waddle Dee had started floating when he jumped back up and started guarding again. Until this sandstorm cleared, it wasn't worth trying to attack.

Waddle Dee looked around. Now would be a good time for a badass JUSTICE boast.
"Um... MUAHAHAH! COWARD! WHY HIDE? ...Yeah, that works," Waddle Dee said. "Um... DO YOU NOT WISH TO FIGHT A WARRIOR OF MY POWER?"

Ripcurent popped out of the ground. "Nope, Just useing what i've been taught." He responded sending a Muddy Water attack at Waddle Dee before vanishing into the ground. Though rather steamed at the remark.

Waddle Dee once again jumped into the air and floated there, avoiding the muddy water.
"Eep! Gotta be careful..." Waddle Dee said.
