The shifty desert, a place of shifting sands and mirages. In these shifting sands holds many a secret and a tale to be told. But for now, we look at what appears to be a mirage, for where in a desert would you find such life. A patch of green clovers, each with four leaves, with a few flowers and even a sapling growing. The middle of this little path of life was just a hole that seemed to be made of mist, and in it could be seen a flash of red and green. Christopher Yule was just emerging out of the portal, seeing where he would spend his time in exile. And he only one thing came to mind as he looked around. "Just great." he said with as much sarcasm as possible.

Chris had been walking for awhile now, still nothing in site, "I hate all of you!" He yelled at the ones who had exiled him here. He looked out across the desert, and saw something that made him even more annoyed, "A sandstorm, wonderful. What next?" He said to him self. Then a thought struck him. Just before the sandstorm hit, it started to rain heavily. "Hah! Take that you stupid sand! My rain conquers you sand." He started to walk forward, but realized his feet weren't moving. The rain had made the entire area into one big sinkhole and now he was stuck in it. He sighed and crossed his arms, "You know what, I don't hate you. No, I just don't like you to the point where I have the urge to kill your entire family" he said to the sand as he sank further into it.

"You know what, I refuse to die this way. Its just plain stupid....." Chris said to himself, already up to his waist in sand. The rain was letting up now, and a rainbow was starting to appear. "Hah, stupid sand! My ticket out of here has finally shown up." He reached out his hands towards the rainbow, drawing it to him. Of course most times the end of the rainbow can't be found but Chris wasn't just anybody. As the rainbow went past him, he disappeared into it's many shades of light.
