Her scarlet eyes surveyed the forest around her as her eyes saddened immensely. Where was she? The older woman brushed strands of her brunette hair behind her ear. This was definately not where she had intended to end up. But something told her the ones she seeked were around and about here somewhere. Her feminine fingers slip off the bark of the tree as she took wary steps through this unknown place. But she was not too afraid...she had courage. Hopefully nothing too bad would come out of exploring here, though...

Akumu grimaced. It had been a long time now and still no sign of Good. Had she been hidden that well? A growl eminated from his throat as he continued on. But then he stopped. No... way... he thought. His eyes narrowed. No... it was her... His wife from his human years... But how could that be possible?

The sense of being watched suddenly hit the woman and made her stop. Aurelia blinked before looking around quietly. Who was there? Her back went against a tree so nobody could grab her from behind. She was trying to locate the person who was watching her. She felt as if the presence were familiar, though. Was it one of the two she was looking for? But why did it feel so dark...

Akumu watched her from the shadows, but made no move to go out and grab her. Usually he'd let the demon in him take over, but... memories from before... This was the woman he had loved... Good, that little slut, had killed her... She had gotten what was coming to her... But she was back... He shook his head... No, it would never be... Not after what he'd done... What he'd become... And he had no regrets for what had happened... She would never forgive him for he would never be sorry. He turned and began to walk away.

Her eyes darted back and forth, left to right, searching. Where was he? She could guess and hope it was who she thought it was. Aurelia moved forward and began to search more thoroughly. Where? Where? Aurelia kept looking until finally her scarlet eyes saw him as he turned to walk away.
"Akumu!" She called out, running toward him, "Akumu! Akumu!"

Akumu grimaced and clenched his teeth together tightly as she started coming towards him. He could not let her see him like this. And as much as he would've loved to just kill her, he could not. So he did the only thing he COULD do. He ran.

"Akumu, wait!" Aurelia called as he began to run away. Why was he running from her? She wanted to see him! "Akumu, please, stop!" She sped up and raced after him. He wouldn't get away from her! Luckily she wasn't all that slow and began to slowly catch up to him. "Akumu!" Aurelia decided to leap forward and make a grab for him. The cost would be them both tumbling to the ground if she caught him. If not, it would've just been a failed attempt.

Akumu cursed mentally as she tackled him. They went stumbling to the ground and Aurelia was on top of him now. Damnit.

"Akumu, why are you running away from me?" Aurelia frowned as she sat up. She remained sitting on him because she didn't want him getting away from her. "Don't you remember me?"

He ignored her. All he had to do was wait. Soon she would leave. Or even better, or worse depending, Good would come out. As usual, she would act frightened. Aurelia would learn the truth and come to hate him. Everything would fall into or out of place.

"Like what?" AKumu groaned, seeing she wouldn't go anywhere until she talked. Same old Aurelia, stubborn as sin. And unforgiving to monsters. He still didn't look at her though.

"I wanted to talk to you about our daughter..." Aurelia was relieved she didn't have to hit him. She hit rather hard and didn't want to inflict pain on him. She was not completely aware of what he had done and her feelings for him remained. She knew it wasn't the same Akumu, something had changed in him. It was why Yin had removed her from their house and kept her away from him. But what exactly had changed?
