Chip walked on into the bar. He looked slightly different than he had the last time he came there. For one, he was wearing his original leechsleeves. For another thing, he was looking more confident than before.
After all, he'd gotten Dale back from Ms. Dopple, he knew exactly how he was going to open the portal to his homeworld, and how he was going to finally fulfill his mission "4tehlulz".
Today, he'd learned a few things about the ITS. For one, the portals there were controlled by a computer system. It was basically an interdimensional train station after all. Second, it could force open portals to various areas as long as it had enough energy. Thirdly, once opened, the portal needed a special mechanism to keep itself open for good. If the mechanism was removed, the portal disappeared.
That whole day, Chip had been building a replica of the mechanism to use once he forced open a portal to his homeworld. Using the Philosopher's Heart, he could very easily force it open, even if the Philosopher's Heart didn't have as much power as a Philosopher's Stone. Once it was open, and able to stay open, the invading force had a constant portal to the Island. From the island, they could colonize other dimensions. It was perfect. Chip would finally get the recognition he deserved, and all the human meat he wanted.
And so, he was going to drink until he was sick.
The alien sat down at the bar, and ordered a nice, frothy beer.

Zero saw Chip thanks to Mandark's systems. He'd have to thank that boy for the access one day. Maybe the day he deleted him. If that boy hadn't figured out yet that the systems were causing him more problems than helping, he didn't particurlarly feel like pointing it out. He chuckled. If he did it right, maybe that clone of his could mess things up. He needed to remember that for the future.
As it was, however, he noticed Chip. Right, the alien had caused issues the first time he'd met Mandark. And it was Chip's own interference that had made it difficult to get around for a while. The alien looked rather confident. Zero made a point of materializing from the television in the bar. He shorted it out as he came out and took his human form. Many patrons seemed pissed, but most of them backed down upon being glared at.
Chances were Chip wasn't plastered with only the one beer he had gone. So he was probably well aware of the sparking, the chaos, and Zero himself.

Chip straightened up, and turned to face whoever was causing this ruckus, just to do a quick decapitation of someone, when he saw it was Zero. He waved. "Heya! Haven't seen you in a while." The alien gave that same silly grin, the fake grin he always had. He waved a hand toward the bartender. "Hey, barkeep. Get me another beer and one for my friend here."
Two beers slid toward Chip, who took one in hand and took a sip. "Man, tomorrow's gonna be great."

Zero frowned at the beverage and made a point at pushing it towards Chip as he sat down. The alien seemed like he would gulp it down without much issue, "That was some number you did on Susan's systems, by the way."
It occured to him he might be razzed about not drinking, but he was currently focused on the sleeves. They seemed different, and he was trying to figure out how. Chip was awfully smug as well, something the virus felt should be payed attention to.

Chip gulped down what was left of the mug, and seeing Zero didn't want his, started on the one that had been meant for Zero. "Thanks. I actually programmed that virus simultaneously along with my portal making program, and only got the chance to touch it up when Mandark came along." He gave a slightly silly grin that indicated he was a little tipsy, though not as much as a normal person who had just had three mugs of beer in a row would be. "I added a couple extra touches to it too. Did ya see the pictures I did? I made the virus so it would send those to that Dexter kid."
He frowned after this. "Kinda regretting it now, though. Screwed me over big time because I couldn't access the mainframe for the island for a couple days. But, in any case, it's ready now."

Zero nodded, "I know about the screw up. You weren't the only one it inconvenienced, though. Those files are gone from his computer, however. Some family photos as well. Did you know his parents put him in a dress as a kid? Named him Susan. If you ever wanna get on his nerves, call him that," Zero smiled darkly, well aware that Mandark might come across this conversation later. It's what the kid deserved for the actions he had taken, "It? Mind sharing?"

Chip smirked, and took another sip before replying. "The portal making program I was developing. I figured out how to make it work, and found a computer that can take it. I'm going to do it tomorrow."
He held up Dale. "Everything's going perfectly. Got Dale back from that bitch, got myself a Philosopher's Something, got my program working... it's going to be great."

Zero raised an eyebrow, "I thought you needed Susan's system for that?" he shrugged, "Ah well. Hey, does your world have an Earth with these video games called Pokemon?"
The fact was, Zero was trying to feel out if Chip was going to open a portal to his home world. If there was a chance of the PokeDestined arriving, he'd have to kill Chip. He glanced down at the sleeve. He was actually wondering how the "bitch" was and what the hell the sleeve was supposed to be, but it was all secondary to knowing if Chip had to die.

Chip nodded. "I'm opening the portal straight back to my homeworld, though. So, uh... don't cause any problems." He waved his sleeves around. "Got enough as it is."
Despite this, he seemed as smug as before. He was very much looking forward to the next day.
"Barkeep! Another beer please!" Chip called.

It seemed there was no way to know for sure. However, no alien contact had been made on his Earth. Which actually was a bit disconcerting. Of what he'd seen, Deoxys should have been reborn with the other Legends. Jirachi as well. He hadn't encountered either of them. He sighed and shrugged, "Doesn't seem to be a problem for me. You are aware of my end goal, right?"
This could cause a fight. Especially with Chip somewhat drunk. But he had to make sure the alien knew he wanted to delete all realities. Just, you know, to set him on edge if nothing else. Zero waved his hand in front of his face. Chip's breath rather badly smelled between the blood and beer.

Chip grinned. "Nope! And I don't give a damn 'bout it either!" He took a large gulp of his beer this time. He was getting close to being plastered now. Pseudisects only had three soberiety levels, after all: sober, tipsy, and very, very much drunk. Chip was getting fairly close to that third one now that he was on Beer #5.

Zero grinned a bit darkly. With Chip like this, the only effect of a ragemode would likely be a few dead patrons of the bar. He stood up so he could leap out of the way if he needed to, "You'll give a damn when I get to your world," he continued, knowing Chip would likely miss his implications with how plastered he was, "And delete it from the multiverse, like all the rest."

Chip's expression suddenly changed to that of a slightly evil appearing smirk. He hadn't been as tipsy as it had looked. No, he wasn't anywhere near being drunk at all. He didn't get drunk easily, after all.
"Good luck with that, then. We have all the time in the world. It takes some time for someone to destroy a dimension, even a virus like you," Chip said. He leaned back in his barstool... and then remembered too late that barstools down have backs before falling out. Chip laughed. "Whoopsy."

Zero returned the grin with one of his own, "It's likely to come quicker than you think, my powers grow rather expodentially."
The bartender was staring nervously at the two as Chip smacked his head off the floor. Zero rolled his eyes and went to walk off, but he paused to look back towards Chip, "And I don't have as many weaknesses as you do. You're flesh and blood and probably don't need nearly the effort or specifics to stop."
He appeared to turn his attention away from Chip to head out the door, but he was actually quite aware. Didn't mean he could stop a full attack, but he could lower the potential damage. All depended on Chip's speed, as it were.

A leech sleeve reached around in front of Zero, and Chip's hand reached out of it and waved to Zero before Chip slammed the other one down on Zero.
"The thing is, we've got something you don't!" Chip said. "An unexplainable taste for human flesh. All you do is delete people. We, we have fun cutting open human skulls and eating brains and--"
A beer bottle got thrown at Chip, who moved his head out of the way. It seemed a bar fight had broken out. "...Did I start that?" Chip asked.
