"Way to make the rest of us look bad, Gin," Aby sarcastically said to Ginko as the group made their way out of the cemetary. -----
The group seemed to fall into two distinct pieces as they made their way towards getting lost. Aby seemed to hang near Rah-boy, making smart-ass comments here and there. Ginko was walking near Yuusuke, although not close enough for any note. Suzu was hanging near Ginko, but making a point of not hanging near Yuusuke. More to see how much he could get on the human's nerves than anything.
It was a good thing Ginko felt the "need" to be near the teenager. Otherwise he may have been in his own isolated pocket, unles Rah-boy was near him. Then he'd totally be in the center of the five people. Aby had placed Ivy's pokeball back on her belt, but was tossing Vlad's back and forth between her hands as she talked.
The sun had set by the time they reached the Plaza, and the pointless conversations or efforts to ignore each other had dwindled to silence by this point. Most of them knew they were lost, but none of them seemed to want to admit it. Ginko was feeling rather drained maintaining her human form, but she didn't want to take her Ninetales form unless she had to.
And the awkward "we're lost but won't admit it" silence continued...

...a silence in which Rax'aar slowly began to go insane. Well, sort of. He couldn't handle being lost, not at all. He began to twitch rather quickly.
A twitch that went unnoticed by all.
"We're not lost... no, no, we know exactly where we're going, EXACTLY. Calm down, Rax'aar. Happy thought, happy thooooughts."
... ... ... ...
"WE'RE NOT LOST!" He finally exclaimed after taking a pause, falling to his knees.
"NOPE, WE KNOW EXACTLY WHERE WE'RE GOING EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T, YEP, WE'RE NOT LOST, HAHAHAHA!" Rax'aar continued.
A good slap in the face was what he needed right now... -- Yuusuke himself was remaining silent. He didn't know WHERE they were going. He didn't HAVE to. His... internal compass would come into play soon.
Though, in all the two days he'd been on the island, it still hadn't... but that was nooothing. Just a coincidence.
"...so... how about the weather here?"

Aby jumped, her finger pressing down on Vlad's pokeball because of it. The Umbreon materialized and turned around to glare at Rah-boy. Those two were oh so fond of each other.
"Jeez, relax. Ask our self-proclaimed leader where we are," Aby yawned, gesturing to Yuusuke as she did so.
"Umbreon... Umbri Umbreon? Umbreeoon." ("We're lost... No big deal, right? Common for trainers.")
Ginko had jumped a bit at Rax'aar's reaction, but wasn't listening psat that. She turned to Yuusuke, "I wouldn't know. I wonder whose been here the longest..."
"What do you mean, trainer?" Suzu was bored himself, and chose to respond to the least annoying of the group.
"Who are you talking to?" yawned Aby, totally unaware that as a spirit-based entity, Suzu could understand animals or near-animals.
(OOC: Letting you respond.)

"It's cool... I'm calm, I'm calm." Rax'aar responded, hand on his temple. There was another pause before he literally leaped at Yuusuke, landing on his shirt, hands at his collar.
"YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHERE WE ARE, RIGHT, RIIIIIGHT?!" Rax'aar asked quickly, left eye twitching. He didn't know HOW similar he was acting to a particular boy genius.
There was, again, a pause. This one as long as the first, with Yuusuke merely staring at the crazed alien hanging on to him. ... ... ... Slap! Yuusuke knocked the alien off of him, calmly. It did help Rax'aar to get it under control.
"Thank you. If it happens again, someone slap me. I don't... handle well under pressure." He ended with a slight twitch.
"I would assume that he's talking to your Yoka-err, Pokemon." Yuusuke couldn't HEAR Vlad, but... he was a good guesser.

"Whaaat? I get the Ninetales over there understanding him..."
Suzu sighed, "I take it you can't understand him? He's an animal, correct? Its not like their language is that hard. Oh wait. Human. Right. Nevermind," Suzu ended his comments with a waved hand.
"Umbreon? Umbri Umbri!" Vlad paused and looked directly at Suzu, "Umbreooon Umbri." ("He can understand me? Yay, I have two translators now!" Vlad paused, "Even if one is quite weird.")
Suzu growled, "Say that again, I dare you."
"Hold up! You attack him and I'll kick your ass! I don't care if you're a demon!" shouted Aby.
Even Ginko was getting a headache by this point, "So we're lost. I suppose that means we need directions..."
Sadly, Ginko didn't know the often true cliche about men and directions. And while Aby wasn't female, her stereotypically male sized ego meant she wouldn't be willing to ask for directions either.
If the night ended without one of the party ending up dead, it would be a miracle.

"Directions? Psh, I don't need directions." Yuusuke responded. So yeah. They were probably going to die of hunger.
"You know, I could do a scan of this place and bring up a map..." Rax'aar stated awkwardly. ... ... ...and then Yuusuke blew up.
"Wait, you... THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT BEFORE?!" He asked, head growing to unnatural proportions.
"Because I... well, I... didn't feel like ruining the dramatic moment?" Rax'aar mostly asked.
"...would someone please hold me back from killing Rah-boy?"
"Rax'aar."
"I DON'T CARE, IDIOT!"

Aby had no such qualms about laying the smack down on Rah-boy. She walked behind him and whacked him in the back of the head with her palm, "You're a total idiot, you know that?"
"Umbreon Umbri, bri. Breon umbreon. Bri, Umbreon, Umbri brion!" ("Too bad you don't have your PokeNavi, Aby. We could have hooked it up with Rah-boy's system. Hey, useless, translate for me!")
"Do you want to die?" Suzu growled at Vlad.
"You threaten him and it won't be Akai-san you have to worry about," Ginko growled, her eyes flashing completely red for a second, "I can tell you without a doubt it is not his time to die, and I will not let you upset the natural order."
Aby looked at Ginger, "Wait, you know when he's supposed to die?"
(OOC: And pausing so you can react. XD)

And then, a sharp pain in the back of his head. Sooo unexpected that he'd be inflicted pain. Especially by Aby, whom had hit him around five or so times. Yep. Didn't see that one coming.
...actually, he honestly didn't. He'd thought he'd found common ground with Aby. Apparently idiocy outweighs common ground.
"Alright, alright. Yeesh. We should... we passed... we should take a right, here." Rax'aar stated.
"...and then turn around, because we passed anything in the way of doors, front desks, etc."
"Well, yeah. Ginko's a spirit guide, of course she-wait, WHAT?" Yuusuke cut off his explanation, turning to the alien.
"You... bastard."
"Saw it coming."

"What does guiding spirits have to do with knowing when they die?" Aby paused as Rah-boy made his little speech, "Wait. Good lord, I should have expected that."
Suzu was looking past Rah-boy with an expression that could have meant many things, but it was more along the lines of, 'Aliens are as stupid as humans...'
Ginko seemed annoyed at Suzu, but as he had dropped his threat in favor of an 'I'm not with these idiots' expression that would likely remind Yuu of Hiei, she chose to drop it, too. Aby had shifted tracks, so she didn't have to go into an explanation as to the duties of spirit guides.
"Rah-boy here lead us to a furniture store..." she muttered under her breath.

"It wasn't MY fault. No one asked where I was leading you! And you!" Rax'aar turned to Suzu. "Don't you give me that look! You attacked the harmless robot!"
Granted, Rax'aar wasn't a COMPLETE idiot. He was hiding behind Yuusuke.
"Tsk. Let's go, Femabara, Rax'ton, Ginrama, and Suzei." Yuusuke stated, coming up with names for everyone based on the situation.
If he was going to be in another group, might as well pick one with familiarity.
"...why do I have to be the useless one?" Rax'aar questioned.
"Because... wait, how did you... DAMMIT, THEY JUST FIXED THAT WALL!"

Aby was about to argue with Rah-boy when Yuusuke spit off his stream of nicknames, "Whatever you say, Yuuko, but where exactly are we going? Don't tell me you're going in there to ask for directions?"
Suzu so wanted to fry Yuusuke for comparing Ginko to Kurama, but it would likely mean he would take Kurama's side. And he still had that annoying debt to the kyuubi. He needed to take care of that soon, "What the hell is that Suzei line for?"
"I'LL ASK FOR DIRECTIONS!" Ginko shouted, totally blowing her mysterious air. There was a surge of spirit energy around her and those sensitive could see other aspects of her true form surfacing. Unfortunately, this meant she now looked more than a little like Kurama. Right down to her hair losing some of its blue in favor of silver. And not just any Kurama, but a pissed Youko Kurama. She was already storming into the building.
Suzu was absolutely speechless, having caught the surge of energy and similarity in appearance. He hadn't been aware of how much she supressed her powers. Even then it had been muted, but the power level was just below Youko Kurama... she was indeed much older than him, after all.
By the time Ginko was in the building, she would be back to her normal human form, but the spectacle had already occured.

"Well, it's just that you're similar to a friend of mine, and-HOLY GENKAI!" The irony in Yuusuke's cry of shock went unnoticed by all.
"Right, well... I'm all for letting her get the directions, what about everyone else?" Rax'aar asked, having leaped on top of Yuu's head. He was quickly tossed to the ground.
A collective nod wasn't necessary, however, as she walked right in.
"Right, well... g'luck with repaying your debt, I guess?" Yuusuke turned to Suzu.
He was entirely sarcastic, but...
...at this point, it MIGHT AS WELL have been completely serious.

The owner of the shop had looked up upon hearing shouts from outside. He had even gone so far as to grab a gun from under his desk. Knowing the types known on the island, it was loaded with a rather fancy bullet he had bought for its usage on paranormal creatures... although it was targeted at cliche western monsters more than asian fox spirits.
And when he saw Ginko sashaying in, he suddenly felt like a fool. No one that pretty could be a monster, right? Yeah, he totally needed to do more research on monsters. Ginko fluidly walked to the counter. She had seen the gun, but chose not to say anything.
"Excuse me, me and my... friends are looking for the hotel. Is there one nearby?"
"D-d-d..." Totally spechless as Ginko's exotic looks.
It was then that the author decided to pull a cliche and have a heavyset woman come out of the back room. And throw in a plot twist for good measure as the woman dropped the furniture polish and pulled out a gun to shoot Ginko. Unlike her husband, she knew about asian monsters, although not how to fight them. And she totally saw the tail.
The shout would have alerted Yuusuke and friends. The sound of a bullet would have incited panic.
Ginko dodged the bullet with unnatural speed, taking full kyuubi form as she did so. By the time the group came inside, they'd see Ginko standing over the woman. She had tackled her with unnatural speed, and while she had no intention of harming the woman, could do so if she so chose.
On a side note, she seemed to be supporting weight on her hurt leg just fine...
(OOC: Suzu'll run in with "gun" blazing so to speak. Aby, being only human, would likely be the last in and not be sure how to handle the situation. And it wouldn't surprise me if the male owner had passed out. XD)

"Right, well, as long as Ginko's ok-DAMMIT, CAN I FINISH A SENTENCE AROUND HERE? PLEASE?" Yuusuke ranted, hurrying inside. Rax'aar, having also heard the gunshot...
...decided to stay outside. He didn't like pain. Or guns, for that matter.
"Ginko, what's wro-nope. Not gonna be able to finish a sentence." Yuusuke stated after hurrying inside.
"I'd ask why you just tackled Kuwabara's mother, but I'm a bit nervous of what the answer would be." Yuusuke stated. Yeah, calm way to handle the situation.
"Hey, you, shop owner. Stop being so... passed out." Yuusuke stated, turning to the male.
Smart, Yuusuke. Smart.

Aby was not having Rah-boy's cowardace, and had slapped a hand over his wrist and dragged him inside with her. Suzu scowled and bumped his way past Yuusuke. He turned towards the teen, "Before you feel the need to attack me, I'm just waking him up."
Suzu finished his "move" with a small jolt of electricity. The man jerked awake and Suzu zipped forward, grabbed him by the collar, and held him against the wall. Well, it was a bit more than waking him up. He opened his mouth to ask a question, but it was possible Yuusuke would have reacted poorly by now.
Aby was staring at Ginger, who had figured since her identity was known she might as well go full spirit form on the woman. The spirit orbs were above each of her tails. She knocked the gun to the side with one of her paws and took a step backwards. She expected the woman to run, but she just lay there looking scared out of her wits. She was still conscious, however.
"I just wanted directions. I would not have had to jump you if you had not attacked me," Oh yeah. Miss stoic was back.
Vlad looked around. He could bite the now conscious man, although his feet were slightly off the ground thanks to Suzu, or the woman, but Ginger seemed against harming her for the moment. He slipped into the shadows cast in the building. He planned on using Faint Attack to destroy the gun...
