(OOC: All I ask is that Firebreath Fishslap and his character Midori are allowed to reply first. XD)
Off in some corner of the station, tucked away in an area ignored by even the bums, a white haired man lay. A white jacket and grey shirt were crumpled on the ground next to him with absolutely no care. As such, his chest was exposed, one of his three ponytails falling over his chest. The center and left one were behind him, with the longest center one spread across the ground.
He tried to push himself to his feet, but winced at the pain in his chest. This form was so damn fragile, but he was concerned about keeping his viral form in such an obvious place. This island wasn't as ignorant to his existance as the world he came from. There were people that could fight sentient viruses. Indeed, ones that had no problem with it. That one teenager had used an attack comparable to the energy used by the legends... he should have known better. Arceus never acted that reckless.
He touched his lower chest and winced. He hadn't been prepared for the initial attack. And the second one had hurt more. He'd been so determined to intimidate the teen he'd just let the second attack hit him. He didn't like to admit it, but it hurt like hell when damage forced him into his viral form. It wasn't easy to seal him, but it still hurt. Like he'd heard vampires described. They could be impaled and survive, but the pain was usually still there.
He looked at the flickering computer screen next to him, wondering if it would be wiser to go back into the island's network to heal up...

Of course, the next thing that happened was a girl in a pink cosplay outfit from some some anime dropped out of a portal, and landed next to Zero. She was gripping what looked like a red and black DS tightly and looked like she was injured.
"Ow... what kinda attack was that? Stupid Bel-whatshisface demon... I thought he was supposed to use fire, not summon random portals outta nowhere!" Midori complained as she pulled herself to her feet... And suddenly thought she was in heaven.
There was a hot, shirtless bishonen in front of her who looked like he'd dropped out of an anime. Midori suddenly found herself drooling over him.
((OOC: OH LORD.))

Zero jerked as the girl was dropped in front of him. He regretted it, hissing from the pain. Damn, this form was hurt more than he realized. He raised an eyebrow at the DS. Being who and what he was, he had a certain... respect for the Nintendo systems. Of course, he had to sweatdrop as the girl begain ranting. She looked like she was some magical girl reject, actually. Even with the ranting.
He was looking straight at her when she realized he was there. The look was a little disconcerting, but as he was now he couldn't do much about it. But she was practically drooling. He rolled his eyes. She was staring at his chest, great.
"Excuse me, if you're done staring," he waved his hand in front of his chest to try and get her to look him in the eyes, "Could I possibly get you to help me up?"
It had occured to him in his disgust that if she fangirled over him, he could use her. And he knew enough about the magical girl genre thanks to data he'd seen on the internet that he could use one the most common theme in them to aid in his manipulation...

Bashton suddenly appeared out of the darkness behind Zero with a normal smile while saying, "Hey Zero, long time no see. Who's your friend here?" happily. (you don't mind me barging in right? )

Midori's concentration on that injured, yet perfectly gleaming chest was broken when Zero waved his hand in front of her face. She shook herself, and then looked down at him. "Oh! That looks painful. I can heal you, if you want! I've got healing magic, you know," she said, and then went ahead and kneeled next to him. Carefully, Midori opened the COMP, and pressed a button to activate an application labelled "Magical Abilities", which caused her hands to glow white. She then held them over Zero's chest.
Her concentration was then broken by Bashton's appearance, causing her to stand up and assume a battle stance. "Who are you? Are you a demon?"

Zero was more grateful for Bashton's interference than he would have admitted in twice the length of his existance. He wasn't sure her powers would work right on him. After all, at the end of the day he was a computer program. Ignoring the pain he got to his feet while the girl was distracted, grabbing his clothes as he did so.
However, this situation could be manipulated...
"He's not human, that's for sure," Zero allowed a dark grin to flash on his face for a split second. It was long enough for Bashton to catch but not for Midori to notice. His mind was quickly coming up with a fix to his previous plan, "He's the prince of a kingdom opposed to mine in my past life, the one who killed my betrothed... you resemble her greatly..."
Hey, Zero could play the "manipulate the genre" game with the best of them. Probably better than most with his repository of data of both official and fanmade magical girl genre. As he finished his speech, he allowed the appearance of emotional pain to spread on his face. It was purely a facade, but it would be borderline impossible to tell.
Unless you were Bashton and knew that Zero was full of it at the moment.

"Whatever floats your boat "Prince Zero" I have my reasons for killing your betrothed." he said carelessly as he pulled out a blue rose from his cape putting it by his nose. "Indeed she does resemble her...." he said with a small smile as he continue to hold the rose.

Midori blushed as she made the connection. This was her dream come true! She already had her backstory laid out, even! With a grin, she spun around to face Bashton again.
"I'm Magical Dolly, the Warrior of Love! My magical punishment strikes all who do evil! And so, for the sake of Prince Zero's lost love, I will strike you down! Come, Lailah, Power!" Midori raised her hand into the air, in an attempt to summon her demons.
None came out of the COMP.
"Er... Lailah? Power? Pendragon? King Frost? Anyone?" Midori asked. No response.

Zero sensed the DS trying to connect to something, but he felt a rather strong barrier preventing it. "Magical Dolly" wasn't facing him, so he allowed a manipulative grin to spread on his face. It was a computer, right? While he could tell it wasn't exactly a DS, he could work with this. It played into things so well!
He placed one hand on Dolly's shoulder, drawing himself close. He concentrated his abilities onto his other hand, allowing it to manipulate the COMP's program. If it was at all possible to allow the demons through, he'd cause it to happen. And if this girl was as delusional if she seemed, she'd think it was from "the power of love".
It was a good thing he was in all out manipulate mode. Otherwise he would have been laughing his head off at how ridiculous the whole situation was. As it were, he was carrying more of a "support the heroine" expression which would not have been hard to interpert as "love" for the blissfully ignorant.

Bashton simply just moved the rose from his face as he said, "I'm ready for all challenges." in a smooth tone as he pulled a dagger out with a black rose symbol on it.

Midori blushed as Zero held her close, and suddenly heard several beeps from her COMP. In a flash of light, two demons jumped out of the COMP: Rangda, a demon witch, and Aniel, a red-winged angel, both of which being very powerful demons.
"Oh. That works," Midori said, still blushing. Omigod, how did that happen!? I couldn't even summon any before! Is this... *gasp* the power of love?!

In his mind, Zero was facepalming. This human really was delusional. Outside he felt her skin heating up. If she was blushing anymore she'd be a cooked tomato. It still worked in his favor, however, and he feigned surprise.
"I knew it... you are her, aren't you?" He made sure to keep her close as he softly whispered, "Please be careful, I couldn't bear to lose you again."
He had to admit, this was almost too easy. He gave Bashton a critical gaze. He was trying to figure out why the man was playing along so much. Although looking at Zero's face it was open to interpertation what he was thinking. In Midori's state it would be rather easy to mistake it as hatred for Bashton.

Bashton simply took the blue rose back near his mouth and he swiftly bit the blue rose petal off and holding it in his teeth. "Haze of the forgotten." he said swiftly as he spit the petal out as it filled the room in a dark mist making it almost impossible to see. He disappeared into the shadows and appeared next to Zero and whispered in his ear, "I like to play games too." before disappearing into the shadow once more while a small petite female that looked somewhat like Midori only in a beautiful and elegant white dress while having a odd grey tint over her whole form stood where Bashton was before the mist covered. She carried a large broadsword with one hand and wore a bride's veil that covered her face but could only show that she held a grin.
(He doesn't need to say anything to summon the mist XD its to play along)

Midori started stuttering when she saw the apparition. "B-But, that's impossible! That's not me! So why does that look like me?!" She backed away. "Unless this is some kind of test, to see if I can overcome my past life and become a new person! In which case, then I, Magical Dolly, will defeat you!"
She held her hand out, which was the signal for her demons to attack.

Zero glared at Bashton as he whispered to him. What had looked like a good way to "prove" his story had gotten more than a little inconvenient. The apparation wasn't technology based, there wasn't much he could do about it. Which, in its own ironic way, helped reaffirm his position as a "token male love interest" in many magical girl settings.
And to be frank, his chest still hurt. He couldn't let the girl touch him. Her powers seemed computer based, and he had a feeling things would go rather poorly if she tried to use them on him. At the worst he could crash her entire system, he had been known to happen inadvertently. Still, Bashton had left them with his "gift" and that had to be handled first.
At this point all he could do was observe. He shifted his focus to the demons. Despite being called by a computer, there was quite a bit more to them than data. Which really was an advantage, it meant they couldn't blow the whistle on him the way a program could.
