"Da da da da," Hisaye sung to herself, skipping around. She was near the outskirts of To-Oh University. Her papa was here! Or he had been...he had come here with that mean Light man! The one who was Kira! Where was that man? Hisaye often wondered if they had caught him yet. But that Death Note of his...it was like momma's...it could kill. Momma would never use her Death Note, and she held onto it so nobody would get their hands on it.
"Momma!" She spun around, heels hitting softly together. She leaned forward and grinned, "momma! Hurry! You're slow, momma!"
"D-don't go t-o far, Hisaye-chan," Good said quietly, smiling softly at her daughter. She was such a wonderful girl. She was a lot like herself...for now. Good could tell by a look in her eyes that she would not end this way. Something just told her she'd eventually shift gears and suddenly become like her papa. That girl had a tendency to wander too far and get lost...Good had to keep a close eye on her.
"Stay w-where I can s-ee you..."
"K momma!" Hisaye replied and ran up to a tree, hopping up and grabbing a branch low enough for her to climb on. She giggled as she climb on top of it and laid down on it. "Momma! I see you!"
"I s-ee you, too," Good responded and smiled softly. "Be c-areful..."
"K, momma!"

matt leaned against a tree in front of to-oh university, little boops and beeps springing from his ds in front of him as he rapidly pressed buttons. a little noise sounded, signifying that he'd lost a life, and he cursed under his breath, switching the game off and starting again. the little noises started playing again, but little bits of dust and tree bark began to fall on him. he reached a hand up to brush them off his head and looked up, seeing a little girl climbing above him. "hey," he called at her, irritated, "move. you're getting crap all over me."[/ul] |

She gazed out at the university, sighing softly. Where was her papa? She hadn't seen him lately, and it dropped her spirits. She wanted to see him! An irritated voice touched her ears, causing her to look down. Her eyes grew curious as she hopped down.
"Sowwy..." She arched a brow at him, looking at him with her crimson eyes. Then she suddenly felt the need to yawn. She didn't sleep often...she never felt the need to. Under her eyes were dark bags that showed insomnia.
"Hmm.." she rubbed her eyes, "I didn't see ya down there..."

[/b] matt groaned, turning all attention back to his game. he pressed frantically for a moment before the death boop sounded again and he restarted. as the game started and went through the beginning credit things, he glanced over at the girl. why was she still here? "hey, beat it, will ya?" he muttered, shooing her off with his hand. kids were definately not related to his interests.[/sub][/ul] |
