"Thanks-Unh!" Banjo hit the ground roughly when tackled by more, kicking off a few. "Get OFF! AGH!"

"Get off of him! Only I can do that to him!" Kazooie yelled, annoyed. She picked up a broken pipe that was just lying around and began beating the living daylights out of the bug, splattering bug goo on herself and Banjo. "....Awesome." She said.

"Ugh..." Banjo observed his stickiness, then sighed and smiled gratefully up at his partner.

"Man... what is it with this swarm?" Badness wondered allowed. "I mean, what is it that drives all of these bugs to attack? There's a reason for everything, more or less..." "Who are you talking to?" Clockman asked calmly.
"EAT DIRT, EVERYONE BELOW EYE LEVEL!"
"Wha--" before Badness could ask his question, a laser blasted him and Clockman in the gut. An insane flurry of blasts fired from a shadowy figure holding a gun, shooting at both the bugs and everyone else. The figure let loose a mad laugh.
"FEEL THE BITTER, STINGING WRATH OF MY PLASMA BLASTER OF JUSTICE-- 'Justice' not actually being part of the title, but instead being what the blaster ENFORCES! JUSTICE!"

"WAH!" Banjo ducked, dragging Kazooie down with him.
"Hang on, guys!" Raz jumped in beside them and raised another PSI Sheild, sheilding all three of them.

Tree had finally made it back up to the top of City Hall. "I really need to learn how to fly..." she mumbled, and began fish-slapping the bugs away. Snowy was "playing Fox-Toss" with Ark some more, tossing him at the bugs, letting him let off a Doom Wave, recovering him, and rinsing and repeating.

Kazooie picked up Mumbo's stick again from Banjo. She waved it... Nothing. "Eh? Come on! Make with the zapping already!" It zapped her and in a poof of smoke, she was a bird again. "Well... This is slightly better." She saw some insects approaching. She bend over and fired a gernade egg at them.

Banjo stared at Kazoie strangely. "...weird. Lemme see that..." He took back the stick, and unlike Kazooie, was able to make it zap some more bugs into oblivion. "...huh."

"Oh, wait, you're fighting the bugs, too?" The figure stopped firing for a moment and stepped out of the shadows. It resembled a tall, muscular... worm in a suit?
"The name's Jim-- it might be short for Timothy, but then again, I'm an Earthworm, and we don't really have names." He nodded his worm proudly. "I tracked these things here and did what I do best! It didn't occur to me there might be anyone other than the bugs here."

"Huh.. Ok, Jim..." Kazooie said, rather uninterested. "Who is this nut job?" She asked. Freakazoid suddenly started bursting out into song and dancing. "EARTHWORM JIM! The soil he did crawl! EARTHWORM JIM! A supersuit did fall! Jim was dirt eating chewing length of worm-flesh, but all of that came to a crashing end, heh heh heh, HA!" He sang, obviously reciting the entire song.

"Yup. This place is known for weirdos like them," Raz commented, idly blasting away more bugs. "Geez, there's no end to these things!"

"A map? Like that one?" Kazooie said, pointing out to Homer who was wiping his face with what appears to be a map of the entire island. "You're my only friend, napkin..." He said, sadly.

"No! This napkin and I have been through a lot! I remember it all like it was yesterday..."
Homer was eating Freakazoid's hotdog, then found a map lodge in underneath it. He picked it up and wiped his face with it and puts it in his pocket.
"...Then I took it out, and then you guys came by. But the answer is no! Unless..." (Here comes a quest... XD)
