SUDDENLY, THE CHAIN CAME TO LIFE AND ATTACKED NT9.
The chain unwrapped from around Double D's neck and turned towards NT9.

"What the?" asked NT9 before the chain wrapped around his neck. NT9 retracted the chain into his arm. The chain burst out again and started strangling him. NT9 detached his head and let the chain fall off. But it didn't. The chain started snaking around inside NT9's body, destroying it from the inside. "Gah!" NT9's body dropped his head.

"Koopas?" Stefan repeated as green turtles began charging towards them. "Oh, Koopas."

THE MISSILES HIT A GIANT PTERODACTYL, ANGERING IT. THE PTERODACTY SWOOPED DOWN TO TRY AND KILL NT9.
Just as the voice said, a huge, red pterodactyl with blue racing-stripes swooped down to attack NT9. A sudden beam of pure psychic energy from Stefan's forehead knocked the pterodactyl into a tree.
