Physical Description: A beedrill that is actually colored black instead of yellew and white for the black marks. He’s slightly taller than usual, and he wears a black fedora on his head pointing down hiding most of his face and his antennas. His wings and eyes are still normal colors however. He strapped a box to the side of his ‘waist’ with a rope. This box is filled with chips, coins, bills, and dice.
Weapons: His giant ass drills for hands.
Abilities/Powers: Despite the fact he has drills for hands, he’s figured out a way to pick things up without stabbing it (Though most of the time it is a option to him). He’s also ridiculously lucky when it comes to gambling in dice games, so don’t challenged him. Another thing, he can disappear and reappear magically with his indirect ninja skills. (Although really, no one notices him in the background walking to his spot)

Personality: He’s the anti-social silent type outside the gambling station. Although, when he’s in patrol in the gambling station in the restaurant he’s not afraid to speak small words. He dislikes unneeded talking and conversations, and will only appear and talk to those his friends consider important. Also, when he’s gambling he’s extremely calm.
History: Born as a simple Weedle in some forest on Emerald Island, but his family decided to move from the place and to the main Island Jade Island since they felt their son should enjoy a fun life there. And he did so, as he actually found a great interest in marbles and dice. He grew up to be 13 when he found out about the main usage of Dice as it was for gambling. He made a friends whom was actually a slowpoke after meeting him on the beach as a Kakuna, as they both enjoyed staring out to sea.
He was 18 he had evolved into a Beedrill and that was when he started to actually gamble with dice, but for some reason he won every time through his luck. He didn’t even load the dice. And at the same time His best friend Jonathon was saved by a very large Raichu. At first it was hard, but then he befriended the Raichu that saved his friend from a bully.
He won a King’s rock for Jonathon when he was about 20 years old, and when he gave it to the Slowpoke Jonathon evolved into a Slowking.
A few years after that, they all agreed to make a new joint round the shores of Jade Island called the Island Shack. Styne agreed to man the Gambling station restricted to 18+ since he gambles and know all cheats, but more importantly he can scare the shit out of anyone who tries to cheat with his drill.
