Yay for only my second character here! But I'm of the opinion less is more anyway.
Anyway. Roy, of Fire Emblem 6: Fuuin no Tsurugi and Super Smash Bros. Melee fame!

Physical Description: Most striking feature is his crimson hair. Other than that, appears to be a normal human. Wears medieval-esque cloth, and a blue cape.
Weapons: Rapier, Sword of Seals (used rarely)
Abilities/Powers: Due to his dragon blood, he has the power of fire within him. He cannot control it accurately yet, but it seems to respond to extreme emotional duress.
Skills: A reasonably good swordsman. Also has very rudimentary skills with a bow and arrow, thanks to his milk-brother.
Personality: Roy has a strong sense of justice and duty. He can joke around when the situation calls for it, but when the going gets tough, Roy gets tough.
History: Roy was born in House Pherae to the marquess, Eliwood, and his wife, the dancer Ninian. He grew up practicing the rapier. When Lycia was attacked, Roy took up command of Pherae's forces in lieu of his father, who had fallen ill. He eventually uncovered and put to an end a plot to whitewash the world at the hands of a mad emperor and his mysterious servant. He returned home after the battle was over.
