Physical Description: Kaoru, along with his twin brother, look alike. Their hair is a light brown color that is styled short and wavy, though Kaoru's hair is often parted to the left to make the viewers able to tell which one is usually Kaoru. Both also have golden eyes, mischievious and dastardly in look. Finally, both of them tend to wear the school uniform for Ouran, though both of them have many different other fashion styles for clothing as their mother is a famous fashion designer.

Abilities/Powers: Other then his similar appearence with Hikaru, Kaoru has no powers to speak of.
Skills: Due to their similar appearences and personalities, Hikaru and Kaoru can fool many people into thinking that they are the other twin, leaving other people unable to tell which one is which. In solo situations where only one twin is wanted, this could prove to be an invaluable tool.
Personality: Both twins are mischivious and cunning, loving to pull pranks on other people outside of their world, the reason they are known as the Little Devil type. They are always together, putting on a twincest act for their customers that cause them to lose blood at a fast rate. That being said, there are subtle differences that others don't seem to notice. Kaoru always acts submissive during the twincest "act," but in truth, he is sexually dominant. He's a little more intelligent then Hikaru, more collected and more cool about things, even trying to set Hikaru up on a date with Haruhi despite his own feelings for the girl and his brother, which is now known to the world, let it be known, HE AND HIS BROTHER ARE LOVERS! He's also less likely to kill you via physical violence, but will let you know if your presence is bothering him quite well enough.
History: Kaoru and Hikaru were always together, seeing as they were born as twins. When they were younger, they kept to themselves, choosing not to make friends because no one could tell them apart. They also harassed their nannies a lot. Only one woman kept them entertained. The ironic thing was that she had been a thief who would've been willing to kill them, but they grew close together until the day she had to leave. Ever since then, they continued to stay to each other until one day while they were in Junior High. It was there that they met Tamaki and, after toying with him for a while, decided to join his Host Club, consisting of the other "outcasts" of Ouran, as they saw the chosen recruits. They would continue to play with others, yet no one would be able to tell them apart until the day Haruhi came to Ouran. And then their world was breached and she had somehow made her way into it, causing the twins to open up more then they had before and eventually accept each other as more then just brothers.
