Gabriel has no gender markings, lacking both nipples and a groin. His chest is therefore smooth and his groin and butt have what is often called the "Ken doll" effect. They're completely smooth. His body type, in so far as he has one without the gender markings, is extremely effeminate. Throughout history, he has been called both male, female, and gender neutral more male than female. His height would be considered very tall for an American woman and above average for a man.
The angel has perfect skin and a barely noticeable tan on his Caucasian skin. When his body is exposed, the tan is even throughout all of it. Despite that, he still manages to look rather fair. He has long wavy light blond hair that he keeps in a ponytail with a simple white tie. It is tied at the base of the neck and the ponytail reaches down to the base of his butt. If it were to come down for some reason, it would reach just a bit further due to the way he keeps it up. He has eyes that are as effeminate as the rest of his body, and they care maturity far beyond his apparent young adult years. They carry a critical kindness to them, and are always serious. Their color is emerald green.
Gabriel has a somewhat complicated looking outfit. The main piece is a pristine white dress-like robe and doesn't seem to be capable of being sullied. If he spends extended time on the human plane it can become dingy, and blood splatter will show just as well as it would anywhere else. The inner lining appears to be metallic and gold. The sleeves are wide, about half as over-sized as commonly seen priest or pagan robes. The outer edges of both the bottom and the top have gold embroidery. It is somehow actual gold formed into thread for this. All the embroidery is fashioned in a way that could remind florists of lilies. In addition, upright crosses are worked into the pattern at the bottom, which is long enough to conceal most of his feet when they are hanging downwards. The embroidery is about an inch tall at both locations.
The top of his robe is rather wide and has a thin gold border on the outside. However, this is rarely visible as Gabriel wears a shawl like piece over the top of his outfit. The shawl is all one piece, so he would have to pull it off over his head to remove it. It has extra fabric rolls a fair bit at the top, creating a kind of cloak top effect. The shawl is pitch black, as pristine in that color as the white of his outfit is. The rolled part is of the same oddly actual gold metallic as the lining of his robe as is the shawl's lining. There is a large ornate cross stitched to either side of the center on the front. The shawl hangs 2/3rd down Gabriel's stomach and the crosses start about seven centimeters down from the folded over area, ending the same distance up from the plain bottom. On the back is a cross as large as the ones on the front, but it is dead center. There is some ornate embroidery to either side of it, vaguely resembling both stylized wings and a stencil glow effect.
Gabriel has a very long double-sided silk cloth tied around his upper waist, dividing his robe into two distinct parts. It means the top of the robe seems more a blouse with the bottom functioning almost as a dress. The part of the cloth that shows the most is the same black as his shawl, and embroidery reminiscent of lilies with crosses worked in decorates it throughout. Of note is that the crosses always point upwards. The other side of the cloth is the same metallic gold repeated on the rest of his outfit. This long cloth is tied in the back and extends both up and down, defying the laws of physics. The part that hangs down follows them well enough, and is wider at the bottom. The part that goes up seems to float in the gentle wind illusion that surrounds the angel's entire being. It loops at the top and hovers above his head by about an inch from the lower part. It is a bit forward from his back, meaning his arms, when spread to the side, come behind it.

Their coloring often causes them to be described as dove wings, although they are a fair bit more pure seeming than a dove's wings are. If you were to take a close look, they seem to melt through the clothes so they may attach to his body. The top set of wings are attached in a way that allow them to raise up and fold down, concealing much of his upper body and crossing over his chest. He has a polar opposite on the demonic axis, a demon by the name of Belphegor. Their scale of power to each other relates to the opposite Virtue and Sin they represent.
Due to a historical first and a dimensional rarity, the balance of power between the planes of light and dark have created the potential for enormous impact upon the Seraphim of Virtues and the Arch Fiends of Sins. Gabriel's power is set for the potential to grow as he has found the human representative of both Diligence and Sin and awakened the power of Diligence within them by magnifying that aspect of their soul. While Gabriel's powers are dynamic and as impossible to pin down as one might expect a god's to be, the advantage is worth note.
A key power not obviously related to his status as an angel is the ability to sense when mortals have a lean towards the Virtue of Diligence. He is by the nature of his being drawn to such individuals and is more able to appear before them and aid them, although like most the Seraphs he tends to have a dislike of direct interference with most humans. While the Virtue of Diligence may overlap into some of the Sins depending on the way it expresses, it doesn't hamper Gabriel's harmonization with such individuals.
Beyond that, Gabriel is able via the power of light to summon weapons. He doesn't seem to have a distinct preference for any, and is able to use his holy energies as a weapon just as well as physical ones.

Of the seven Seraphim, Gabriel is the most eloquent. He can turn a phrase beautifully, and is more than capable of manipulation via wordplay. He is good at leading people down the first few miles of the path of light, teaching them it is good, and letting them go on their way from there. He is able to use a lot of secular weapons, but his build means lighter ones are more preferable.
Gabriel, being non-human as he is, tends to have the skills he would need at the time. This isn't to say he can do everything and defiantly not to say he can't be overpowered in many ways. It just makes creating a list very difficult. His strength, and the ones worth mentioning, center around menial tasks or ones that require hard work.
Personality
Gabriel seems to completely lack a sense of humor. He is perhaps too serious, too dedicated to what he feels he must do. For that matter, everything he does, he feels he must do. He possesses an icy tongue towards those that do not work their hardest, and he has definite ideas about what one should put their energy into. He finds the statement "give it 110%" to be a folly of humanity, but with how he acts one almost has to wonder if he really gets the statement of it. If you don't give something your absolute best and end up in trouble, Gabriel is the sort that would leave you to die.
This makes him seem somewhat flat, but there does exist grey areas. He will live by his standard for mortals only so far as it doesn't interfere with his standard. He will help those who are lazy if it furthers his own goals, which he has blind dedication towards. He is as stubborn as a rock and once he decides something is worth doing he will put everything into it, blinding himself to the problems with his course of action. He is critical and a harsh task manager, and not unknown for micromanagement.

Connected to more dimensions than is sane to count, Gabriel grew with his brethren with the increase of acts of Diligence by sentient beings. When humans first appeared in his reality, his power pretty much exploded as humans held the most potential for the Virtues and Sins. He began his first appearances to humanity then, originally being seen in his most true form as a spirit of good. As civilizations advanced, he gained his strongest association with myth as the archangel Gabriel, and it was from then he held a common name to refer to himself as.
History advanced as it will with Gabriel the counterpoint to the demon known as Belphegor. He remained familiar with his Seraphim brethren, but focused on maintaining his power by fostering Diligence in the Multiverse and keeping Belphegor suppressed. At some point it was discovered by both sides of the conflict that there may come a time when souls with equal potential for Sin and Virtue would come from whatever spiritual ocean souls originated from. Of his brethren, Gabriel put the most work into finding these individuals.
Gabriel found his first. It was unique because the human with these potentials was leaning more towards the Sin. Gabriel's own work ethic meant he reached the human before Belphegor did, and after some working he was able to magnify the Virtuous side of the human's soul, in effect creating a Superpowered Heroic side that could draw out the Virtue of Diligence in others and increase Gabriel's strength.
At some point or another shortly after this, Gabriel caught wind of a problem effecting a reality not directly connected to his own. A path divergent from most of the connected realities, where the dark forces were choosing to get rid of a problem by killing them in a way they considered clever. Gabriel was the first and at the time only of his brethren to realize this, perhaps because of the Diligence being expressed by those humans most effected. With the human he had effected still in his reality, he used the power he'd gained from them thus far to bridge the dimensional gap... he had people to save.

As shown in the app, he is not an angel is the Biblical sense of the word. He instead represents a sentient "spirit" of light. The name is one he adopted as a reflection of human myth, his home reality doesn't have the whole Judeo-Christian pantheon going on.
