After Warren's ill fated street performance, he had run to his hotel room and locked the door behind him. In truth, this wasn't the first time he'd run back here like this. He was used to having to do that, which was kind of sad.
Of course, now he was alone in his room, like usual. He almost wished Alex was there, but Alex was the one who had done this to him in the first place, after all.
So, now he was sitting on top of his bed, watching TV and chewing on a carrot. Well, at least he'd gotten away from that girl and that knight. That was the important part.

Lloyd had just booked a room and was on his up the elevator and down the hall. It certainly wasn't his first time staying at a hotel. It was just the first time without Ninten or Ana.
He knew from word of mouth that Ninten was somewhere on this island... but where?

Namia looked up at the building they had found. "Well, with a name like that, this is definatly the place, Sain,"
The building in question was called "The Hotel," and since it was virtually the only one they saw at the time, it must have been the place. "So," she said to her green clad companion, "Do you want to go first?"

"That's the largest inn I've ever seen," muttered Sain. "Yes, let's go in," he said, walking through the door. The grandness of the lobby struck Sain. The modernity of the city was making Sain feel very antique. He had never considered that his world was any less present than any other world, but that was simply because he was so used to his own frame of reference.
Now it was time to hope that mannerisms didn't change too much from epoch to epoch.
"Hello!" said the desk clerk, not particularly surprised by the armored man. "Welcome to The Hotel! How can I help you?"
Sain first held the door open for his companion, who he was beginning to take a liking to, chivalrous as ever.

Namia began to walk in, But stopped when she felt something. it seemed to be forewarning her of something, but she didn't know what. She looked around cautiously before entering the Door, Thanking Sain in the process.
"Um, excuse me sir," she said, putting on her act again. "Could you help us find this room?" She held up one of the Business cards, her finger near her mouth.

The desk clerk smiled. She obviously adored the young girl.
"Ohh~!" she said, taking the card gently. "Of course I could!" She observed the card. "Room 7777 would be on the seventh floor. Just follow the map to help you get there. Let your... um..." she wondered, how Sain was related to Namia.
"Uncle," said Sain.
"Your uncle. Let your uncle follow it from there, sweetie~!" she said gleefully, handing back the card. "Good luck!"

She took the card back in her hands and smiled, revealing her two missing teeth. "Thank you ma'am!" she said, latching to Sain's side and pressing themselves forward.
When they were far enough away, she sighed. "That was a close one. guess being this young again has it's perks," she breathed out. "Nice cooperation on your part, too, 'uncle' Sain." she said with a giggle.

((Hey, where'd everybody go?))
When Lloyd reached the 7th floor, he stepped out of the elevator and checked the room number on his key envelope again: 7789. With over seven floors, he noted, The Hotel was pretty big... then again, it was the only hotel in all of Void City. He counted himself fortunate he was able to afford a night here considering Ninten usually handled most of the expenses when they traveled.
Where are you? he wondered as Ninten came back into mind. It didn't matter right now, though... it was getting late, so he'd have to continue his search the next day.
((Pop quiz! What was the date Mother originally released on?))

((OOC: apparently, we were waiting for you. And it's July 7th, 1989, isn't it.))
Warren blinked. Even he could sense something was up. It felt like.... Oh no. They hadn't come there, had they?
He looked around the room for a moment before jumping under his bed covers.

"Yeah, it was, wasn't it, my sweet niece?" Sain said, laughing. " All right, let's find some stairs, we have a long climb," he said, completely missing the elevator, since he didn't know what it was.

Namia pulled on him a little, ushering him to stop. "But, uncle, there's a... teleporter box over there," she said, pointing to the elevator. "It's not very strong, but it can take us to other floors in the hotel."

((July 27, 1989, but the year was right (and the month)...))
Collecting himself, Lloyd gathered his things and... slowly... made his way through the hall in search of room 7789...

A small violet ghost stared on at the Hotel. Her single visable eye looked on at the massive structure, realizing how similar it was to her house in size.
Or her Sister's house, specifically.
She was mostly invisable right now, absolutelt none of the passerby even noticed her in her current form. She could reveal herself, But she was too shy, not at all like her little sister. Or, her former little sister.
She knew Namia was in there, that was certain, but she didn't know if she should follow her trail. But it's not like a friendly person was going to pop up out of nowhere and great her, right? If being a ghost for so long taught her one thing, it's that only magical beings could see her if she didn't want to be seen.

"A teleporter box?" asked Sain, in disbelief. The only ones he'd ever seen with the power to teleport were the Archsage Athos and the personality-mirroring enigma, Bramimond. Could the people of this unseemly future have been able to make that ability more public to use, and not only that, cast it into an entire box?
He turned to look at the teleporter box in question. "So... those doors... they open up and then it teleports us to the seventh floor of this building?" He began walking to the elevator, making sure Namia was with him.

The man known as Alexander was walking toward the hotel. It had been a month. He supposed it was time to check on Warren, after all.
He paused for a moment as he saw a little girl ghost outside the hotel. "Well, I'll be. There's ghosts on this island too? Thought I'd never see one here," Alexander said to himself. He took off his hat and gave a small bow to the ghost before walking into the hotel. He didn't need to ask where Warren was staying. He knew exactly where that rabbit was.
