On the inside, Namia followed Sain close. she knew more about the Elevator than he did, especially since she had one installed in her Mansion. She pushed an "up" button, causing the door to open. She walked in, making sure that Sain was close. "Uncle," she said, trying to keep the act up for however long she could, "May I work the box? I sorta know a little bit more about it than you..." she whispered, not trying to be rude.
Then she felt it, not one thing, but two. Outside the hotel, Madeline, who had been partially shocked because of Alexander's noticing her, finally got her nerves up to go in, following him closely. That's about the time she saw her little sister, or former little sister, Namia.
Namia's heart nearly skipped a beat when she felt Alexander's pressence. She knew who he was, by his magic ability, because it was his magic she felt on Warren's seal. It skipped two when she realized who was with him. she stuck out her foot, keeping the door from closing, so they could meet up. Unless this man doesn't know what an elevator is, either, but then again... she thought, maybe he'll notice...

Sain remained completely unaware of the two newcomers, instead focusing on his unofficial niece, the strange teleporter box, and the task at hand.
"I'm... sure you do," he said, feeling a little distressed, being "behind" on the state of the art of technology. Sain had stepped into the elevator with Namia and stood behind her, letting her work the magic box, then noticed her sticking her foot out.
"Hey, be careful!" he cried out. "If your foot is outside the--" he realized he was being a bit too loud, audible throughout the entire lobby. He quieted down. "If your foot is outside the teleporter box you might be sent without it!" He reached to pull her back gently from the door.

Alexander blinked as a little girl stopped the elevator door from closing. He felt strong magical energies from her, which to Alexander meant she was likely an awakening mage. He stepped into the elevator.
"Evening. Is this going up?" Alexander asked.

"Don't worry, uncle," she whispered, reasuringly, "The box is smart. It won't do anything until we're inside." Noticing Alexander (and on a sidenote, Madeline), she gave a bow, before answering. "To the seventh floor. We have a friend that needs, uh, cheering up on the seventh floor," she fibbed, hoping he'd buy it.
We're going to the same place, that's for certain. she thought. That's about the time Madeline wandered in,floating behind Namia and rapping her arms around her, scared and in tears.
"You have no idea how much I-!" she froze. Even if she's invisable, ghosts could still be heard. and it seemed the green haired man couldn't see her, and that means...

Sain backed up when Namia assured him the box wouldn't cut her foot off upon transport. "Oh, all right, if you're sure." He couldn't hide the unease. He realized he was worried for Namia as if she really was his niece. Am I that quick to enjoy a woman's grace companionship that I feel as if I've adopted this young lady?
Deciding not to question his feelings for her, Sain looked up to see Alexander getting in the teleporter box with them. "Oh, hello there," he said casually, hoping his armor wasn't too out of the ordinary, beginning to feel extremely out of place in this present.
He would have thought about it longer, had not a disembodied voice broken out. Sain immediately drew his blade. "Ghost!" he cried out, pointing it in the general direction of the invisible girl, nearly cutting her across the face.

Lloyd froze as he passed by the other elevator; he heard a yell shoot up its shaft. Even given the bizarrely amazing acoustics of the elevator shout for a seven story distance, it wasn't entirely clear... but it sounded like someone was screaming about a ghost.
Great, he thought. I thought I had enough of those at that Rosemary Manor. He considered the possibility of it all just being a false scare down below, but he felt his back pocket to make sure his laser pistol was still there all the same.

Alexander blinked as Sain started freaking. "Yeah, it's a ghost. Ain't you ever seen a ghost before? And could ya put your bloody sword away before you kill someone?"
Ignoring Namia and Sain, he pressed the door close button. The button for the seventh floor had already been pressed, so he didn't bother pressing that too. Slowly, the elevator began to proceed upstairs.

Madeline could hardly stay invisible for that, though she didn't want to come out of hiding. "Hey, It's not like she's a bad ghost, uncle," Namia sighed, her emerald eyes glimmering in truth.
Then it happened. something was telling her that something bad was going to happen. "Madeline, stay hidden and hold onto me. I think your kind isn't appreciated around here,"
Madeline whimpered, then shut her eyes and disapeared from sight again. even if she couldn't die, she didn't want to do it again.

Sain lowered his sword, then felt incredibly ashamed of himself. He'd jumped to a conclusion and scared a child. Not only that, he'd gone against his own personal code never to judge someone without evidence.
"Oh..." he simply said. He had to make it right. He carefully reached out to the invisible Madeline's shoulder, where he remembered it being, and grasped it gently. "Hey... Miss Madeline. Please, forgive my foolishness." Sain crouched to one knee, looking down. "I made a grave mistake, and I'm sorry. I judged you without thinking, and I should not have done such a blackhearted thing. I understand if you choose not to forgive me. I've made such mistake and I swear on my honor it will not happen again." He looked up to where he believed her face to be, a sincere look of regret in his eyes.

Alexander smiled as Sain apologized. "See? There you go. That's the right way to do things, Sir Knight."
The elevator stopped on the seventh floor and Alexander stepped out. "Well, looks like this is our stop. Excuse me," Alexander said, and stepped out. He stopped to read the signs telling where certain room numbers were, and then turned to head down the hallway. The way he was heading was very much the way to Warren's room.

As soon as Alexander left the Elevator, Namia, with a slightly giggling Madeline on her back (meaning she forgave him) Ran out of the elevator, bypassing Lloyd on the way. "Come on, uncle!" cried the little master of magic. "We gotta go visit Mr. Bunny Man!"
She stood there, waiting for him to start moving. it didn't matter, they were going towards Alexander when he got out, anyway.

Madeline's giggling caused Sain to feel an immense relief wash over him. Things were right again. "Thanks, Miss Madeline," he said, smiling. "I do hope we can become closer friends than this." He stepped out of the elevator, silently marveling that they were on a separate floor. Namia was right! It WAS a teleporter box! Perhaps she had more powerful magic than he had thought!
"Here we go, then." He glanced at a map of the seventh floor on the wall by the elevator. "According to this, Warren's room, is...." He indicated it with his finger. "Right there. Down the hall after a left."

Lloyd suddenly froze as a young girl passed him. It wasn't so much the 'Mr. Bunny Man' comment that got to him so much as the fact that there seemed to be giggling coming from the girl that didn't seem to be the girl's at all. In a chatspeak word... Wtf???

Alexander stopped in front of Warren's room. This was the place. He cleared his throat and knocked a couple times on the door.
There was a pause before the rabbit man pulled the door open.
"Hey, Warren. It's been a while," Alexander started, and got the door slammed in his face for his trouble. He looked up as he saw Sain and Namia approaching. "Oh, hello! You don't think you could get Warren to come out, could you?"

Namia saw he noticed them as she and Sain strolled down the hall. "Actually, I don't think he'd take to us any better... But I could try!"
Namia, Madeline floating a little close to Alexander, walked over to the door and knocked, a little bit of impatience in her actions. "Mr. Warren! it's us! let us in please!" the smile she cooked up simmered into a horrifying grin as she laid eyes on the door, the emerald's sheen giving her a terrifying appearence. "You wouldn't shrug us off after we came all the way here to check on you, since you seemed a bit scared today..."
She let off a soft laughter, her intentions for him if he wouldn't open the door running true. A small sparking in her hand made Madeline shudder, hiding behind Alexander in a show of fear.
