Minato knew exactly what was happening as the moon's face split and opened. He'd already braced himself for the coming increase in gravity, and even then he was pushed down a bit by it. Souji and Abel hadn't been that lucky. They'd been pushed down to the ground, and even though Abel was still trying to stand up like Minato was doing, it didn't seem possible. Even Amaterasu was feeling the effects, and the wolf was no longer standing.
"No... dammit, we have to..." Souji was having the same trouble speaking that Cain was.
"If I'm.. going to... die... then... I'm going to... do it... here with my friends..." Abel forced out.
Minato looked up at the flying figure. "It's never too late." He summoned his card, but it was just a show. He was too exhausted to summon even Messiah, the Persona he resonated with the most. If they weren't going to die here, he was going to have the believe in Ryoji.

Kisa had noted the drop in activity from the dangerous presences in the last few days. She had noted with absolute horror how the moon had changed from 3/4 full to full. The blood snow had prevented her from going outside, but she had been watching the moon the entire time. Her eyes widened and she gasped as the moon seemed to split open. She heard her mother say her name and whirled around. If people were awake now...
Whatever was going to happen, it would be soon.
----------
Kaiba blinked as he looked around. Spread out on his coffee table were a series of documents in what would be absolute gibberish to most people. About the only things clear were they were business documents of some type or another. The term Duel Monsters was easily one of the most prominent. Most of them were signed, but some were still clearly being read. He had little concern with those at the moment. He was more concerned with where the hell he was.
He felt tiredness creeping in and rubbed his temple. He'd had some odd dreams before, but this one was insane. He closed his eyes and waited for the damn thing to pass. He had busines to attend to, and he wanted things underway by the first of the year...
----------
Izanami frowned as she looked up at the sky. So, it was starting. Then again, it had gotten to this point once before. She looked towards the tower. She would keep her word. She wouldn't interfere until it was over. It would only be a few more minutes. She sighed and began concentrating. There were a lot of people she had promised to rescue, and she would need all her energy.
----------
Lucius smirked to himself as he looked at the moon. His vantage point was better than a lot of the city. The teenager was standing on top of a radio tower, after all. If those humans were going to end up saving most of the multiverse, they were running out of time. He chuckled to himself as he thought of Persona. The group didn't seem to realize how close to demons they actually were. Well, he supposed it was reasonable. The only one who knew much about the events involving the Nandou and Kirijo Groups was safe in her world and time. Philemon sure had shifted tactics after that Tatsuya mess, hadn't he?
"What do you think?" Lucius smirked at the response, although no human would have heard it. He jumped off the tower and vanished in a flash of light. Well, if he thought so...
----------
Anpu jumped back as the person he'd been lifting the wallet from pretty much exploded into a kind of black ooze. He shook the bit that had gotten on his hand off and looked at the corpse. The face was missing entirely, and some sort of mask was on the ground. He looked up at the moon and replayed events. This was somehow connected to that Ryoji boy, wasn't it? This air... his frown deepened as he pocketed the wallet. He'd sunken to petty crimes, and this wasn't improving his mood.
----------
Malik came to a sudden stop from the running he had been doing. Hanging around his neck was the Millenium Ring. He hadn't had much luck in tracking Anpu down in the last half a week. He'd gotten a few leads, but he had to give the man this much. He was sneaky. This was a lot different than how Dark Bakura would have acted. He looked up at the moon and his eyes widened. That... that was godlike. He found himself thinking about his siblings...
----------
The brown haired boy started awake at the oppressing energy. He cringed as the pain spiked in his head, and forced himself into a sitting position. The moonlight coming into his room throught he window was damn....
"What the hell...!?"
He could hear panicking outside his room. Dammit, he should be out looking for the others. And now this was happening? This reminded him a bit of the mess with Dartz. He hoped more than anything the group as okay. He couldn't do anything with this head wound...
----------
Mamoru was looking out the window with wide eyes. Now that he thought about it, hadn't Kisa been acting odd lately? He ran over to the office desk and yanked up the phone. When he held it to his head he didn't even hear a tone. He dropped it and ran to the coat rack, grabbing his coat and heading for the exit. Tsuki and Kisa... he needed to be home and now.
----------
It really was a repeat of last time. This time, most of Minato's friends were unconscious or worse. Nyx Avatar was lacking its mask. But all things told, it was a repeat. And this time, Minato didn't have any way to stop it. Nor did Souji. Cain was still fighting to get to his feet, but Seth had stopped moving. Cain stopped with one arm straight in a locked position. He was up a bit more tahn some of the others, in any case.
"If you're... going to.... suicide.... do it... your own terms!" He shouted at Seth. He tried to turn his head towards Abel with little success, "Get... the... hell out!"
Nyx Avatar lifted its head. The motion was as familiar as before. Any second now, that beam would fire from the odd formation on its head. Any second now, Nyx herself would be summoned. The seal on Erebus would be dropped. The world would end...

Just as Enjin had expected, Gin had been the one who was awake during this whole ordeal. Unlike most people during the Fall, he'd been watching the whole thing. He didn't know what was going on at the top of that tower, but he was worried. But as the moon had changed to full, he'd freaked out. Nearly an hour later, it split open.
And now Gin was officially panicking. The people in coffins were waking up all around him, and they were all having similar reactions to him. Something big was going to happen. Someone was going to die. Some people already had. Because a moment after Gin had that thought, a man next to him just exploded into black sludge. He stepped away from the man and backed into the gathering crowd.
-----------------------
Magatsu Izanagi had been standing on top of the building Adachi lived in. He'd had a good look at the events that had transpired, both from here and through Souji. It looked like the Fall was finally transpiring. It was a shame he was going to be wiped out like the rest of them. If it hadn't been for Izanami, he might have been able to escape, but...
He put his hands in his pockets. It was really quite the shame... That Ryoji had a chance of being like Souji had, too.
"The world's ending, Tohru," Magatsu Izanagi said out loud. "Aren't you glad you're here to watch it?" No answer. Magatsu Izanagi gave a chuckle. Well, of course there was no answer. After those first couple of days he'd just opted to suppress Adachi down so far he wasn't even a presence.
----------------
Flamel looked up at the moon. "It appears it's occurring."
Ford stood up off of the bench he was sitting on. "Looks like it. I'm honestly not sure why you didn't try this back home."
"At the time, I didn't know of the Fall. Ragnarok was the only viable option," Flamel placed his hands in his pockets. "If I had known it was as simple as causing enough humans to wish for death they would call a jilted goddess to the world, I would have done it ages ago."
"Well, it's happening now. And now we'll sit back and watch the multiverse be reborn," Ford said, sitting back down as he said that. Flamel didn't respond, and only turned his gaze to the split moon in the sky.
----------------
There was a general panic at the police station, as just about everyone there had woken up without warning as the moon split. Those officers not too disoriented to move had run outside. Yamada appeared to be having a panic attack.
"Yamada! Yamada, listen to me!" Takahashi yelled. "This is just another stupid super-kid or whatever pulling something stupid that will likely result in the deaths of many civilians, but it's just another day on the job! You hear me!? It's just another day on the job!"
Yamada was in tears. Takahashi slapped him a couple times. "Don't you break on me, you! The moon may have just broken and it may be snowing blood, but this is just another normal day! Snap out of it!"
----------------
Miku shot up in her bed as she felt the odd air in the area. Her hotel room bed put her in direct view of the window, and she felt sick as she saw the snow falling. It was red. She could see the moon from that window, too, and she knew that something was very wrong. She covered her head with her hands and cowered under the covers.
This was just some bad dream. It would all go away in a minute. Just a nightmare...
-----------------
Somewhere, in another world, in a ruined Tokyo, broken by the Lockdown its country's government forced on it and the hellhole that had never quite disappeared, Midori Komaki felt an intense sense of foreboding....
-----------------
Abel didn't have any intentions from moving from that spot. He knew if they survived this (which wasn't very likely at this point) he'd get a harsh tonguelashing from Cain later, but he didn't care. He was going to die here with his friends. Their world wouldn't survive anyways, if their info was to be believed.
Minato was still standing, despite the intense pressure. He was still staring up at Nyx Avatar as it lifted its head in that very similar way.
"I believe in you," Minato whispered.

The wind had cleared the various rubble from the top of the tower. It seemed the oppression of what seemed to be increased gravity only effected the living. All that remained was the unconscious bodies, the pinned ones, the damage the fight had caused, and Minato. Nyx Avatar's head was in the proper position for the beam. Just a few more seconds....
Everything stopped. That was the simplest way to put it. Nyx Avatar froze in place. If it hadn't been for the missing mask and sword, it would have been identical to Minato's TV World. There was a flash of black and a sort of thunking sound. For several seconds after that, nothing. The oppression wasn't gone, things had just... stopped.
Then the oppression began to lift, just a bit. The dark wind passing over the tower remained, but the oppression was lifting. Cain looked up at the scene as he'd gotten to his feet. What had he heard? A slicing sound, a thunk...? Nyx Avatar was frozen in place. Seth had pushed himself up to all fours at the dropping oppression and looked up. He couldn't figure what had happened any more than anyone else. Nothing looked different.
It was one word. It was hushed, like a whisper. The sound of someone who was very tired. The kind of sound someone who just wanted everything to end might have. The only reason those conscious had heard it was the wind had seemed to carry it. It was exhausted, but it was calm. It was coming from behind the pillar Minato had been pinned to. The spire was half smashed from the Night Queen earlier, being the one with the least damage of the ones hit. None of that was the most important. Most important was the voice itself. It wasn't Nyx. It wasn't the distorted voice belonging to Nyx Avatar. It wasn't that of Death. Quiet, calm, and exhausted... but it was Ryoji.
"Per..so..na."

As Souji felt the oppression lift, he stood up and looked up at Nyx Avatar. It had just... stopped. Abel was staring up at the being as well. There had been an odd sound before it just froze. A slicing sound... and then some sort of odd thunk.
And then Minato had heard that whisper. He didn't turn toward the pillar he'd been pinned to before, but at the sound of that whisper, he knew Nyx had failed.

There was a shearing sound, like two pieces of highly polished might make. The eyes of everyone conscious were turned to Nyx Avatar, as the sound clearly came from there. Seth and Cain had both heard the voice. The former looked lost. He couldn't make sense of any of this. The latter had a neutral smirk. He had made the same leap Minato had, albeit it for different reasons.
What everyone would see was that the head piece of Nyx Avatar was off center. There was something behind Nyx Avatar now, clearer than before. A humanoid upper body wrapped in a black cloak, a dark grey and black scarf concealing a face that bore similarities to Nyx Avatar's mask blowing in the wind. The coffin resembling those of Messiah and Thanatos, serving as a boat. A chain seemed to hold the upper torso in place. It held a long oar, the main part seeming to be a blade. It swung the oar so that the handle hit the piece, and it went from unbalanced to off. The piece fell and shattered upon hitting the tower. Nyx Avatar seemed to be falling from the sky....
----------
A ripple in the minds of the group.
"The Arcana is the means by which all is revealed... Though events may fall out of order, the end is always the same. The power to choose ones own path despite the reasonings of fate is a blessing indeed. For better or worse, the future is yours..."
A ripple in the mind of a young adult human with blue hair.
"Minato, open your eyes..."
----------
There was a small park outside the hotel. The trees had concealed the arrival of fifteen people. Teddie blinked and looked around at the group. The last thing he remembered... no, the second to last thing he remembered was passing out. Than a female voice? Hadn't that been the voice Nyx used? He looked at the people immediately by him. Sensei, Naoto, and Kanji... they were all standing too. He looked over to the tower, not quite sure what was going on.
Kaido looked disorientated. He held a hand to his head and looked over at Seth, who was frozen in a kneeling position. The blue haired teenager got to his feet and looked around. Abel, Cain, Atsuro, and Kaido were by him. He blinked and took in his surroundings. What was it he'd heard? Something about Arcana? They'd been on the tower moments before, hadn't they? The tower... he looked towards Tartarus. Was the answer there?
Yuugi and Atem looked at each other. The comparison to a mirror was stronger than usual, as the matching expression seemed a bit out of character for both. They seemed baffled. Jounouchi and Anzu were in a similar condition, looking around at their surroundings. All four of them had heard the voice about Arcana. All four of them looked towards the tower.
The tower seemed unstable, the way a reflection on a river might be.

The last thing Souji remembered before they had all been dropped here was a voice in everyone's heads. Before that, he had watched a being carrying an oar slice through Nyx Avatar's crown. He wasn't sure what it was, but its boat was reminiscent of the coffins Messiah carried, and it was wearing a scarf. He did a quick scan of the area. Everyone was there.
Kanji was being helped to his feet by Naoto. They both seemed rather disoriented and confused, Kanji especially so. Naoto was still looking up at the tower as she helped Kanji up. They'd been there just a moment ago, hadn't they?
Abel was baffled, but at the same time, he was doing a head count. All of the humans in his group had survived, pretty much none of the demons. Atsuro was rather disoriented. He'd heard a voice in his head, and then they'd been dropped off here.
Amaterasu was sitting down to the side of the group. She'd been looking up at the tower the whole time. It had taken time, but eventually the whole group had turned its attention to it. The tower was unstable in the way a reflection on the water would be. It looked like a simple ripple would be enough to break it.
Minato opened his eyes as the familiar voice commanded. They weren't on Tartarus anymore. This was a wooded park area nearby the Hotel. He looked around at the group, and then up at the tower. It was unstable. It looked like it would disappear any moment.

That single ripple Amaterasu had predicted came. It was followed by many others, concealing the form of the tower even more than the reflection had. It was almost impossible to make out now, a blur of haunting white and green. Reality itself seemed to distort around the tower. However, when the black mist began to spiral up around it, it was visible in its own way through the ripples. The darkness became distorted and turned into the ripples themselves. Now, colors matching the hotel were mixed with the distortions.
The snow was still falling. It was still blood. The entire group had missed this or not found it worth note given their disorientation. A chilly December breeze blew past the group with enough force to make the snow almost horizontal. Even then, the most that was done was a rubbing of arms and a straightening of stance. By now everyone was on their feet. Minato was the first one to have a pure white flake land. The tip of his nose. With it came a voice could be heard in the heads of the entire group. It was one they all knew well...
"Thank you... Now, sleep..." The comman was hard to resist, and the entire group could feel something pulling at them. There was a long pause, "....Don't worry. This isn't the end. You'll wake up. You won't forget. Those of you... of us that fought for this. We'll remember..."
And then there was darkness.
----------
Minato would wake up in his bed to find sunlight streaming in his eyes. An inch of snow lay on the ground outside. He was alone...

The snow had continued to fall through the night, and by the time Minato awoke, nearly an inch had fallen. But now the sun was shining as bright as ever, and it was that bright light that had awoken him. He lifted his right hand to block the light... and that was when he catapulted awake. He clenched his right hand into a fist a couple times, and then raised that hand up to touch his right cheekbone. No pain. He was wearing his bedclothes, the scarf was hanging from a hook on the closet door.
He looked down at the sheets and clenched his hands into fists. So it had all been an amazingly realistic dream? All of that had just been that... a dream? He clenched his eyes shut and finally got out of bed, deciding to get dressed before heading out into the main room. He supposed since it had finally started snowing, he needed to wear something warmer now... He eventually ended up going with a white turtleneck with a grey jacket over it and a pair of black pants. In his dream he'd been wearing his Gekkoukan uniform still. He wasn't sure why he'd chosen to wear it then. It was still up on the hanger in his closet.
He grabbed the scarf on the way out and wrapped it around his neck as he walked. The apartment was silent, and Minato was alone once again.

A mumble woke the former Pharaoh up. It was something one might expect someone having a nightmare to hear. Waking up was putting it nicely. He started up, coming into a sitting position without even realizing where he was. He nearly faceplanted on the coffee table as a result. He managed to catch himself on it with one hand and turned to Yuugi, who was on the couch.
"Par-"
He stopped and looked around the apartment. Wait, the apartment. He held up a hand to his head and thought. The Fall had been coming, and they'd been on top of Tartarus. Fighting to save Ryoji, to save Minato, to save the world. Some of it was running together. His eyes widened as he remembered the last words. They'd remember, and...
"Atem...?"
Atem looked up. Yuugi was letting out a large yawn, which as a result woke up Jounouchi. The blond rubbed his eyes. They still held the glaze of sleep as he looked towards Yuugi on the other side of the couch and Atem in the chair. He didn't even seem awake. They were all dressed, as with the sleeping arrangements they had ended up with they generally did so. Atem looked towards Jounouchi for a moment. Why...
"Mochizuki-kun!" Yuugi was on his feet, "Jounouchi-kun, get Anzu! We have to check on Minato-kun!"
----------
Teddie rolled right off the couch. It was a rather rude awakening for the blond. He was in human form, he always slept on this side in that form. It was more because it was quite simply impractical to sleep in any other way. He rubbed his head muttering about the pain and got to his feet. The thunk was probably enough to wake up Souji. It was likely he was still asleep.
"Sensei..." Teddie muttered. His brain was still pretty clearly foggy.
----------
The apartment was silent... until a series of crashes loud enough to wake the dead came from the kitchen. No light in the apartment was on, but it was understandable. It may have been winter, but the light streaming through the open windows was plenty. The crashing lasted a solid five seconds and over rode any other sounds. When the last big crash was heard...
"I just wanted one pan!"
It was Ryoji's voice.

Souji had been sleeping peacefully up until the point Teddie rolled off the couch and hit the coffee table with a loud enough bang it would have woken anyone up. He gave a grumble and sat up, looking as annoyed as he usually did when he didn't have a chance to sleep in to at least noon. "Teddie, I'm trying to sleep!"
A few fuzzy memories clicked in place. They had been on Tartarus, the Fall had been occurring, Minato had died and come back to life again, and something like a Persona had cut Nyx Avatar's crown before they all were transported to a park near the tower, and then... they'd heard Ryoji's voice. They'd remember everything.
Souji shot out of bed, and ran into the living room. "Teddie! Do you remember being on Tartarus last night?"
-------------------
Naoto winced and opened her eyes. It was morning, she was in her apartment... wait, apartment? Everything that hit her from the previous night hit her. Including the last message they'd been given. They'd remember everything. She reached out and pulled her digital clock closer. The date was right...
Naoto sat up. So, they'd stopped the Fall. All the evidence suggested that. She looked over at the still asleep Kanji, and smiled. She'd let him sleep just a bit longer. They all deserved it, in her opinion.
-------------------
At the hotel, Abel woke up. Next to Atsuro, despite the fact that Atsuro's room was supposed to be right down the hall. He put a hand on his head and groaned before poking Atsuro several times to wake him up. If this was someone's bad idea of a joke, he was going to kill someone...
"Atsuro. Get up," Abel growled. Atsuro mumbled something about algorithms and rolled over in his sleep. Abel scowled and climbed out of bed and very literally kicked Atsuro out of bed. At least he'd taken care not to hurt him too bad with that.
"Ow! K-- Abel!?" Atsuro groaned.
"Get out of my room," Abel grumbled. He was speaking through a facepalm.
"Um, Abel, this is me and Kaido's room," Atsuro said. He pointed to the laptop charging on the dresser. Abel blinked and suddenly looked rather embarrassed.
"Oh.... uh..." Abel decided to change the subject very quickly. "Your Death Clock's gone."
"Yeah. So's yours. So, I guess that wasn't a dream after all," Atsuro said. Abel sighed.
"Maybe. Or maybe the whole incident with the Fall and Ryoji was the real dream, and we just don't remember it," Abel said. "Or the government decides to pass everything off as a big collective hallucination. I think we're the only ones who remember anyways." And with that, Abel headed out of the hotel room.
------------------
Minato had not expected to be met with multiple crashing sounds as he'd walked out into the room. With each crash, he gave a visible wince, and it was only when the last crash came that he started walking over to the kitchen. That lasted for about a second before Minato heard Ryoji's voice. His eyes widened, and he practically ran into the small kitchen. Standing in there was Ryoji, surrounded by fallen pans.
Minato stood there stunned for about a moment before running to Ryoji. He put his arms around Ryoji and pulled him close. Minato was crying, but he was happy.
After a moment, Minato broke away from Ryoji and pulled the long yellow scarf from his neck. Minato looked up from the scarf and into Ryoji's eyes.
"I think this is yours."

"Anzu, yo! Hey, Anzu, wake up!"
Anzu sat up in bed, her eyes open but still asleep. Was that Jounouchi? He sounded worried. Anzu turned away from the door and might have fallen back down when a few things clicked into place. Wait, where had they been last night? She was awake in an instant and scrambling out of bed. She was in the outfit she had been last night.
"Tell Yuugi and Atem-kun I'll be right there!"
"I'd love to, but they already left! Hurry up!"
----------
Teddie was getting to his feet as Souji all but knocked his bedroom door down getting out of it. The crash of the door against the wall and sudden shout did nothing for Teddie's situation. He almost fell down again, managing to stay up only by putting one hand on the couch and one on the table. In fact, he even managed to get his feet off the ground for a few seconds there. He looked up once he got his feet stable again and you could see him replaying what Souji had said. His eyes widened.
"Are Minato-kun and Ryoji-kun okay!?"
It wasn't exactly an answer, but it worked as a sort of confirmation. There was no other reason to be asking about Ryoji, after all.
----------
Seth had started life as a fairly heavy sleeper. The type of person who had been able to sleep through an explosion. That had stopped with the nightmares. While the three months after his twin had become the King of Bel had gotten him somewhat used to them, his ability to sleep heavy had never returned. So the light sound woke him up, he wasn't surprised. He lifted a hand up to his head as he stared at the ceiling, and then his eyes widened. He jerked into a upright position, his surprise only compounded when he saw Kaido passed out beside him.
"I think you've compounded your sins enough lately without adding sloth to the list."
Seth blinked and looked up in surprise. Cain had a towel wrapped around his waist and was drying his hair with a smaller one. The blue haired teenager frowned and looked over at Kaido in disgust. He didn't look up as the man chuckled.
"He's never been anything but a hopeless case," Cain smirked.
"Cain... did we...?"
"Tartarus? Little brother, if you were susceptible to delusions I would think you would have succumbed months ago."
"Why is Kaido here?"
"I presume Ryoji's will sent us back to our rooms. Being that this was where Tartarus manifested, there was likely an interference of some sort," Cain threw the towel towards the makeshift laundry bin. He looked up before it hit as he heard a door slam, "Abel's up. I'll handle Kaido, you make sure he doesn't do anything stupid, would you?"
The request was laced with a taunting sarcasm. Seth frowned and climbed out of bed. Like most of the Court, he usually slept in clothes. Even in the demon world, there had been a few times the group had been forced out of bed and straight into action. He walked towards the door and pushed it open, looking in the direction of Abel's room.
"Abel..."
----------
Ryoji looked up and gave a nervous grin as he saw Minato. His eyes flicked to the mess all around his feet. He only realized Minato was nearing him because of the way he had shoved a few pans out of the way with his feet. He looked startled as Minato pulled him close, but it quickly faded to a calm smile. The brown haired teenager saw Minato crying, but there was a smile. His arms were at his side and he was looking to the left, but he wasn't upset.
He looked back up as Minato pulled away. His eyes blinked as Minato grabbed the scarf. The initial reaction was to the scarf. The blue haired teenager had been wearing it last night. Actually, it had been in worse condition then, the slight effects of reversal had repaired the damage it had received then. In any case, he hadn't been in any condition to really observe that. He looked up as Minato did and their eyes met.
"Why....?" Ryoji paused and shook his head, closing his fingers around the scarf, "Thank you."
There was a lot more implied in those whispered final words then just the scarf.

Well, that at the very least confirmed things. Souji shook his head at Teddie's question.
"I don't know. I haven't seen them yet," Souji said. "We should probably go check on them." If Ryoji was anywhere, it was going to be Minato's apartment. After all, he'd dropped them all off in the apartments they were staying in.
-------------------
Abel had been trying to unlock his hotel room door when Seth came out of Cain's room and called his name. Abel turned and smiled.
"'Morning, Seth," Abel said. "It looks like we're all alive, huh?"
Abel was smiling, but there was a bit of pain in his expression. He finally turned away and unlocked the door to his room.
-------------------
Minato gave a soft smile at Ryoji's whisper. "You're welcome." Again, there was a lot more there than the surface meaning. He looked away for a moment before looking back at Ryoji.
"So, you're finally free from Nyx...?" Minato asked hesitantly. After all, the Fall wasn't going to occur anymore, and Ryoji was human again. But things were never quite that easy with their group, at least most of the time.

Teddie nodded. They'd heard Ryoji's voice, but they hadn't actually seen him. Although that thing that had attacked Nyx... that had been a Persona, he was sure of it. Teddie as simple, not stupid, and he knew that if that had been a Persona, it meant it had to be Ryoji's Persona. He ran over to the door and opened it up. Hadn't he implied they'd all remember. They'd all remember...?
----------
Jounouchi and Anzu had reached the stairs just as Yuugi and Atem came off them on Minato's floor. Anzu lifted up her hands and the manner she ran down the stairs left little question as to her gender. The blond was stuck behind her as she took up the full stairs, but they were on the same floor as most of the rest of the group just as Teddie was opening the door.
"Teddie-kun!" Yuugi said, managing to come to a stop. He took in a few deep breaths, "Have you seen Mochizuki-kun?"
----------
"Abel, wait!" Seth said, running to his twin's side before he could get in the apartment, "Are Minato and Ryoji okay...? And the others...?"
Abel seemed in a good mood. He had to hope that. Seth considered a good portion of that group... at least friendly aquaintances. He wanted them to be okay. After all, human friends were unheard of back home. There were those humans that insisted on fighting on the side of Bel, but they tended to fall in battle or get eaten by demons. And none of them were the type Seth wanted as a friend...

Ryoji looked concerned as Minato looked away. He looked down at the scarf the other teenager had released and lifted it up. He wrapped it around his neck a bit tighter than usual. The truth was he felt naked without the thing. Knowing his past, he hadn't always worn it. Pharos hadn't, in any case. But he wore it now, and... he looked up in surprise as Minato asked his question.
"I'm almost positive," Ryoji said with a bit of a smile, "Death too. Before, there was always something there. Now there's just a hole," the teenager gave a nervous chuckle, "Feels kinda scary. Is that strange?"

Souji had walked out behind Teddie just as Yuugi stopped in front of the door. He blinked at the crowd that had amassed (well, four people weren't really a "crowd" but he was also up about two hours before he typically did on days like this).
"We were going to go check on him and Minato right now, actually," Souji said.

"I think Yuugi's group is okay," Abel said. "Minato and Ryoji, though... I'm not so sure. Ryoji was barely a presence before. A presence who saved our lives by summoning a Persona, but a presence none the less. It's possible he faded away like Souji was supposed to. But if we're being optimistic, I think we can say they survived. I doubt Ryoji would let them die after doing all that."
He paused before looking back up at Seth. "...Um... I'm sorry about before. All of those times tried to attack you because I couldn't control myself, and last night with Enjin, and... Most of all, all those times I pushed you away like that."
--------------
Minato gave a small chuckle himself. "I think it's natural to feel like that. You just lost a big part of yourself, after all. I think it's for the better, though."
He thought about something. "Hey, it's nearly Christmas, isn't it?"
