Gender: Female
Race: Human

Franchise: Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Live Action)
Physical Description (Civilian Form)
Usagi is a Japanese teenage girl of more or less average height and complexion. She is skinny without being overly so but is lacking in muscle development as well as flab. She has dark brown eyes that appear black in most lights, and her hair is of a similar color.
Her most common hair style consists of two ponytails extend from buns slightly above and back from her ears. The ponytails come out of the center of the buns. They fall to about the middle of her upper body. She does nothing special with the bangs, allowing them to hang straight down. They are cut straight across and don't generally get in her eyes.
Usagi has a pretty average fashion sense for her age group. She does, however, like cute things and rabbits. You will often see a one and/or the other in her attire. She doesn't seem to really have a favorite outfit, although she is fairly fond of skirts and dresses. She does have a school uniform, and is wearing the fall/winter one when she arrives on the Island.
Usagi's uniform is for the Juuban Public High School. It has a dark blue pleated skirt that falls about half way down her knees. The long sleeved shirt it white and the cuffs are dark blue with two white stripes at the middle, with a single dark blue stripe dead center. her sailor collar is similar to her cuffs. Her school logo is on her left upper arm and in dark blue. She has a red bow in the center of her chest.
She has a somewhat fancy gold moon phase watch hanging from around her neck by a gold chain. The chain is long, so the watch falls down just past the center knot of her school uniform bow. It has a six pointed vague star shape to it, and each of the points (except the top, which connects to the chain) is white gold. The watch itself is more or less plain, and the moon phase function is at the center of the upper half.
Shortly after coming to the Island, she will also have a large pendant (about half the size of her palm) hanging from a shorter gold chain. It tends to rest just above her collar bone. The gold border of the brooch is stylized to look like lace and a gold star made with a stylize ribbon design is in the center of it. The main part of the brooch is metallic pink. It has a slight pentagram feel to it, but the part above the bottom upward point is more rounded and takes up about half the center area, forming a crescent moon. Resting at each of the five outer points of the star is a small gem. The top is pale pink, and going clockwise they are red, green, yellow, and blue.
There is a clasp at the side of the pendant. It opens up like you might expect a locket to. What appears to be a large diamond rests on the inside. It is somewhat unique in the way it seems to reflect with rainbow colors even without the proper light source. The clasp is very secure, and its worth key note it can not open by accident.
Physical Description (Soldier Form)
As Sailor Moon, Usagi looks quite a bit different. Her most basic appearance factors (height, eye color, complexion) are the same, but almost everything is different. For one, her hair is now blond. The buns are higher up on her head and the ponytails that come out from behind them are longer. they now fall to the base of her hips. Her bangs are parted evenly to either side.
She has decorations on her hair buns. They are dark pink/red circles bordered in gold. In her hair are two hard plastic barrettes thats stick up. They look like stylize white feathers, except they have a pearly sheen to them. Over her forehead is a v-shaped tiara. At the center is a pink gem, and slightly raised moon shapes come out a bit from the side. These can be hard to see from a distance.
She has a pink choker with a gold crescent moon piece dead center. Hanging from the choker is a heart shaped gold piece. A red gem rests at the top, and going clockwise the other three (at each of the key directional points) are green, yellow, and blue. She has long white gloves that come up to her shoulders. The edges are padded in the same pink as her choker. She has tall boots with pointed tops, the points come about halfway up her knees. They are pink with heels, but the tops are bordered in white. A gold crescent moon with the points up rest at the front center of the white part. Her ears are pierced and have gold dangling earrings. The pierce part is a large gold circle, leading down to a smaller one. Followed is a large gold star, following by a small gold ball leading to large crescent moons with the points upward.
The main part of her outfit consists of something like a white swimsuit. Her breasts have an extra level of padding to them and her shoulders have padded guards similar to her glove guards but white. She has a dark blue sailor collar with three stripes. There is a v-shaped area of padding at her waist forming a sort of "belt", and coming down from that is a short blue wavy skirt, similar to but not exact to the pleat of her school uniform. When she fights, this often flips up, but the "panty shot" is no worse than the bottom of a swim suit.
At the center of her chest she has a large pink bow. She also has a red bow at her back, also rather large. At the center of the chest bow is what basically amounts to a larger and therefore more detailed version of the heart pendant she wears in civilian form. It can open up in the same fashion as the civilian pendant, but it has the same inability to be opened by accident.
Physical Description (Princess Form)
Usagi has a rarely seen princess form, something that comes out only under very specific and rare circumstances. Her princess form looks almost identical to Usagi, but her hair is down rather than in buns. On her forehead is a gold crescent moon mark.
The form commonly known as Princess Serenity is only seen in one outfit. It appears to be a short-sleeved silk wedding gown. Her shoes are heeled and seem to almost be opaque white crystal. The bottom of the dress has more than one layer, and the top one seems to be a white semi-transparent chiffon. The top of the dress has folded bits of chiffon fabric a bit like roses.
Weapons (Civilian Form)
Usagi has no weapons in the traditional sense of the word in civilian form. She does have her transformation trinket, the heart pendant mentioned above. She also has a pink cellphone called a Teletia-S that some would accuse of looking more like a toy than a real cellphone. It qualifies as a weapon as it allows her to take on various disguises (described in Abilities/Powers) and call her friends for battle in case of emergency.
The top of the phone has a heart bordered in stylized silver. Near the bottom, pointing towards the top of the heart, is another heart with a red center. This flashes when a call comes in. It also has more of a lace look while the other heart has a kind of ribbon look to it. In the center of the heart is a clear hard plastic guard, and you can see a design through it. It appears to be a light pink heart area bordered in dark pink. There is a very stylized ribbony heart at the center of that, and in the center of that is a stencil like gold crescent moon, with the points facing to the side.
Weapons (Soldier Form)
As Sailor Moon, Usagi has access to another weapon. It is called the Cutie Moonlight Rod. It is in its basest form a wand-like scepter. It exists in a magical hammerspace and seems to be called out from Moon's brooch. The handle is a tall pearly dark pink with a pearly white base. Near the top it dips in a bit and then out again. Just before the dip are four gold stars with a small gem set in each of them. The top one is yellow, then blue, red, and finally green.
At the point in which it starts arching out again is a white pearly heart, with silver wings extending out to either side. At the center of the stencil-like heart is a pale pink tall gem with a point at the top and bottom. Coming up from that is a blue crystal crescent moon. There is a light pink gem spaced evenly on either side of the crescent, the first one being just above the heart. A round pearly pale pink circle fills up the entire space of the moon, with the center bordered in white crystal and with pale pink circles raised from it evenly.
At the top of the scepter is a English crown shape. the base is molded to look like stylized white lace, with a ban in the center covering the pearly light pink "heart" part. the top is tipped in a small white crystal.
Weapons (Princess Form)
While as Princess Serenity, she has no weapon like she has as Sailor Moon, she has something far more powerful and potentially dangerous. She can call upon the raw power of the Phantom Silver Crystal, which when mishandled could potentially destroy an entire planet. This "eleventh hour superpower" is rarer than even her princess form.
Abilities/Powers (Civilian Form)
Usagi's main power in civilian form consists of disguise. When she takes a picture of an outfit with her cellphone's camera, she can store it on the phone. She can transform herself into the outfit with it, but it still appears to be Usagi. However, if she takes a photo of a person, she seems to be able to disguise herself as that person with it. This comes complete with hairstyle change. While never shown in show, it is presumable she could use it to disguise herself as the opposite gender as well given similar powers within the manga.
She can also transform into Sailor Moon. This consists of using her will to cause her Crystal Heart Pendant to cause the Silver Crystal to transform her. It is also accompanied by a shout of "Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" She is covered in pink and/or white light and sparkles and seconds later will be standing Sailor Moon.
Abilities/Powers (Soldier Form)
As Sailor Moon, Usagi has access to both her abilities to fight as a Sailor Soldier (a power because its above what she can do in civilian form) as well as special attacks. In order to use her main attack, she has to have the Cutie Moonlight Rod summoned.
Her main attack is known as "Moon Princess Halation". By focusing her Soldier power into the Cutie Moonlight Rod, it shines with light and a damaging aura of energy extends out of it in several pulses. It won't harm anyone but those she is aiming at. Exactly how many pulses the pink energy expends depends on how much focus Usagi puts into it.
She also has a healing move. For her healing attack, she still needs to have the Cutie Moonlight Rod. It is known as "Moon Healing Escalation" and consists of raising her wand into the air and swiping it in a crescent pattern. People are filled with healing energy, but it only works to a certain point. It also expends energy.
She can untransform via will. The transformation has her surrounded by the same energy as it takes to transform.
Abilities/Powers (Princess Form)
Princess Serenity's main power is to call upon the unhindered power of the Phantom Silver Crystal. It is linked to her emotions and Usagi worries about using it because negative emotions could cause a destructive power. To focus energy, she can shout, "Moon Crystal Power!".
Skills (All)
Usagi is fairly agile, a result of her time spent as a Soldier effecting all her forms. She is not as agile in Civilian form as in Soldier form though. She also knows all the lyrics to every song ever released by her friend and idol Minako Aino, her favorite in particular being "Cest La Vie".
She has an uncanny ability to cheer people up. Even enemies have a habit of slightly warming up to her. Her pure heart and cheerfulness passes personality barriers and becomes a skill almost unto itself.
She, however, is not skilled in school, barely passing and even that is only with help from her friends. She isn't good with kanji, and writes almost everything with hiragana. She is known for reading kanji with the incorrect Chinese pronunciation. She is also somewhat poor as a cook.
Personality
Usagi. Likes. Everybody. This may seem like an overstatement, but she really does. She extends the hand of friendship to anyone and everyone. Even on the rare case she is nervous about a person, her heart is so large she can't stand to see someone in pain and will try to be their friend when everyone is warning her not to. She is pretty gullible when it comes to people, as well. When she doesn't believe her friends, she can easily convince herself they are doing it for her best interest and tries to bear it.
She isn't without her emotional weaknesses, but she feels bad whenever she finds herself not trusting someone. She is the type of person that will stick by you through thick and thin. People can and have taken advantage of it. The motivation needed to be cruel is often lost on her.
Usagi is also extremely hyperactive. When she is bouncing around happy, people often find it hard not to share her emotions. Because she is so trusting, people find themselves wanting to help her. Usagi isn't manipulative about this, but there are those that would think she is.
History
In a time forgotten, Usagi was known as Princess Serenity. She was the daughter of Queen Serenity and the heir to both the kingdom of the moon and its holy stone, the Phantom Silver Crystal. The crystal was a potentially dangerous power that the young Serenity was not ready to bear. At the Princess' side were her four guardian soldiers. They were her guardians from the four innermost planets aside from Earth. They were lead by Sailor Venus and treated Usagi with the detached respect a Princess was expected to be. Serenity found herself tired of no one seeing the real her, and one day decided to sneak out to the planet of Earth she was always admiring.
On the planet, she met the Prince of Earth, a young man by the name of Endymion. They fell in love quickly... a forbidden love, as the guardian "deities" of the moon were forbidden from contact with Earth. To make matters worse, a witch in the service of the Moon Kingdom had unrequited feelings for Endymion. Young Beryl had been trying to get Endymion's attention. When he fell in love with the Moon Princess at sight, she became consumed with jealousy. She tried to find a way to curse the Moon Princess, and ended up summoning a being calling itself Queen Metalia.
Princess Serenity found herself being criticized for her interactions with Prince Endymion. This began to grow spite and anger in her heart, at her guardians who could not understand. Even the two cat advisers of her mother refused to support her love. Back on Earth, Endymion was being lectured by his guardians, the Shitenou, for interacting with the Moon People. The two refused to listen to their advisers, but the stress and inability to be together as they wanted was weighing on Serenity's heart. Little to her knowledge, this strong emotion was effecting the Silver Crystal, which linked itself to the strongest of the Moon Line. Beyond that, the strength of the Silver Crystal seemed to be effecting Metalia...
Metalia eventually corrupted the people of Earth with their jealousy of the long lives of the Moon People. Beyond that, the Prince's affair with the Moon Princess was used to convince the people he had betrayed his planet. A war, lead by none other than Beryl (calling herself Queen Beryl) was started. The Moon was invaded, and Endymion was struck down trying to defend Serenity. The grief and anger exploded out from Serenity's heart, and the link between the Phantom Silver Crystal and Metalia ended up destroying the earth.
Queen Serenity and her adviser cats Luna and Artemis were the only ones alive. With the Princess dead, the Crystal returned to the Queen. She told Luna and Artemis that she wanted her daughter to be happy. Drawing upon her understanding of the Silver Crystal and her sincere wish that Serenity be happy, she revived the Earth and sent everyone killed in the fight to the future to be reborn. She used the power to seal Metalia and preserve Luna and Artemis' essences...
Countless years later, Artemis' consciousness awakened. Due to the quickly growing power of Metalia, the Silver Crystal had regained enough strength to revive the adviser cats. With their bodies long dead, the wishes of the Queen allowed him to take a new form... that of a stuffed cat. He landed on an idol named Minako Aino and told her she had a mission. It was that night that Sailor V first appeared in Japan. Elsewhere, a high schooler named Mamoru Chiba was getting an increase in the dreams he had carried since his parents died in a car crash and he lost his memory. Some girl begging him to find the Phantom Silver Crystal, which he had never heard of...
Sailor V became somewhat well known as a masked "ally of justice" under Artemis' guidance. She was tracking a series of jewel thefts by a group of thieves. A junior high student named Usagi Tsukino was a huge fan of both the mysterious Sailor V and the idol Minako Aino, having no idea the connection between. When her best friend Naru Osaka informed her she was worried about her mother's jewelry store being robbed, she and her friends came up with the brilliant idea to dress up as "allies of justice" to defend the store.
This went about as well as one might expect. Usagi under the guise of "Sailor Rabbit" ended up pissing off the thieves and getting kidnapped away to their hideout. Sailor V showed up and managed to save Usagi. Artemis caught sight of Usagi and realized that the Princess who had been awakened as a Soldier had been found. That night, after everyone ended up going home, Artemis summoned Luna from the moon. She was to find and guide Usagi as Sailor Moon to find and defend the Princess of the Moon. Artemis purposely misguided her memories for this.
Luna found Usagi and informed her that she was a Sailor Soldier. At first met with disbelief, Usagi took Luna's word for it when it was the only way to save Naru and her mother. She would have died in that first encounter with a crystal blade through her heart had the mysterious "Tuxedo Kamen" not shown up and saved her life. Usagi found herself smitten, and could feel that something big was starting.
Under the guidance of Luna, Moon found her other allies. Ami Mizuno, Sailor Mercury. Rei Hino, Sailor Mars. Makoto Kino, Sailor Jupiter. They had to fight the youma showing up in Tokyo and find their Princess so they could protect her. Eventually Sailor V showed up, revealing herself to really be the Princess of the Moon, Sailor Venus. Rei realized after a while something seemed very wrong with this, as if the Princess they were supposed to be protecting was drawing attention to herself. When Tuxedo Kamen, who in this time had been revealed to be Mamoru Chiba, was killed protecting Usagi, her emotions caused a force to her Princess Serenity form. The power of the Phantom Silver Crystal was able to heal him.
More discoveries would come. As it had been revealed, Sailor Venus was not their Princess but the leader of the Princess' guardians. With the light of the Silver Crystal, Luna had been granted both a human and a soldier form. Eventually a fight lead to Mamoru (as Endymion, whom he was revealed to be the reincarnation of) being kidnapped by Beryl. This cause Usagi's past life to take her present life over, resulting in a form known as Princess Sailor Moon. The Princess had no regards for the life of Usagi's friends or even the Planet. She wanted only to be with Endymion. Usagi was under constant struggle to suppress the Silver Crystal, which could destroy the planet via negative emotions.
Eventually the entire group learned Venus = Minako Aino. This was shortly before the idol died of a terminal illness, leaving the Senshi without their leader. Usagi was forced to kill Endymion/Mamoru after he took Metalia into himself to try and destroy her, and this brought out the grief of Princess Serenity. As Princess Sailor Moon, she set out to destroy the planet. Her remaining Guardian Soldiers died trying to prevent it, and the planet was destroyed. Somehow, Usagi woke up on the ruined planet, overcome by her grief. Endymion/Mamoru showed up and said if she called on the power of the Silver Crystal, she could reverse it... at the cost of her own life. Usagi said she was willing to do so if it would save those she cared about...
Everything seemed to return to normal, and it was as if Usagi had never existed. The Crystal had restored even the life of Minako, including removing her illness. However, Ami, Rei, Makoto, and Minako all realized something was... missing. With horror they realized it was Usagi. Somewhere in the depths of nonexistance, Mamoru woke Usagi up and told her that she had to return. Her past self appeared to her and said that as long as she had friends who believed in her, she could. Usagi didn't want to go without her true love, Mamoru. It was with this that Mamoru's guardians, the Shitenou, appeared and said he needed to go back to. With the wishes and love of her friends and for Mamoru, they both managed to return, and things seemed to go back to normal.
Luna sensed odd activity on the bridge where the portal to the Dark Kingdom had been. Usagi was very worried, as the ability to become Sailor Soldiers had been lost in the final battle. Still, she called up her friends and headed out. Surely it would be okay. When she reached the bridge, Luna in her arms, a burst of energy shot outwards. Both she and Luna would be arriving on Dimension Island....
Other
There is so much fanon here it isn't even funny. Her "new" form is based upon Usagi's second form in the anime/manga. A lot of this stuff is made up.
