This probably won't go too well used, but what the heck? We should know by now that Namia's Mansion is chock full of Imps, the cute jester creatures with masks kind. Here, I shall go to the trouble of describing them all, type wise, incase you need a plan for an NPC varient.
To begin, I have something of a theory that the Imp's tails and wings are recessive traits, resulting in a possibility for having either the demonlike tail, the leathery wings, or both at once. Rarely ever is an imp born without one or the other, resulting in teasing, and a new trait; claws.
Secondly, all imps have magic affinity, some more than others. The spells could be varied or just simpleton skills, but for a few special borns it's definately different. For imps with actual elemental proess, Color doesn't matter at all; instead, take a very careful look at body patterns and their ears, which reflect the element (i.e. Moving like actual flames, being crystaline and hard, to just having spits and dribbles of the element forged to their bodies).
Also, despite obvious stubbyness, Imps can get tall, it's just rare and depends on species. otherwise, even full growns are stuck at about three feet, four if they're lucky. Another quirk is males and females, some say the wings and tail reflect that.
Just incase i forgot to mention it, this is MY thoughts on how imps are, like NN1's thoughts and Feelings toward certain Werewolf and Vampire facts (like the solar eclipse effect, for example).
