Luigi sucked up the flame, putting out the fire.
"Geno! Wait for him to get tired! When you see his heart, shine the flashlight on him!"
"Got it!" Geno watched intently, and when Mr. Luggs finally began to pant, his heart appeared. "Ah!" With a shine of light, Mr. Luggs froze, and Luigi caught him in the Poltergust's suction. He put up a good fight, but finally disappeared within.

"Whew! Thanks Luigi," Fox wiped the sweat from his forehead ", Well, he's gone." Fox walked over to where Mr. Luggs was and sure enough, he found the key lying on the floor. He picked it up and tried it on the door, but it didn't work.
"Huh? That's not right!"

"What!?" Geno exclaimed. "Now what?"
"...huh." Luigi scratched his head. "Maybe it's the key to another room and the actual key's hidden somewhere..."

"Maybe..." Fox looked around the room carefully examining each detail. There really wasn't a whole lot aside from the table, a refridgerator, an oven and a cabinet. He opened the cabinet only get a big puff of dust in his face but no key.

Geno opened the fridge, only to be hit with a blast of cold vapors.
"Brrr~! ...huh?" He looked up to find a misty ball with eyes floating in front of his face.

Fox ran over to him and stared at the little ice thing.
"Is it some kind of ghost? Looks kinda like one."

"Oh, that's an Ice Elemental!" Luigi answered. "If I suck it up, I can spit ice!" He did so. "We may need it later."

"Interesting," Fox replied wondering how that worked.
"It doesn't look like the key is in the fridge though," Fox looked around and noticed the oven still on. He turned it off and looked inside to see another plate of food ready for Mr. Luggs who was no longer there of course. Out of curiosity he slipped on some oven mitts that were left behind by the waiter ghosts and took that out of the oven and placed it on the counter. Sure enough there was a key stuck in the mashed potatoes. He pulled it out and wiped it off.
"What were they planning anyway? Having the fat guy eat all the keys or something," Fox laughed as he tried the key and this time it worked.

"Finally!" Geno sighed. "Well, guess the stories were true. Let's check the rest of the manor out!"

They finally were out of the basement but ended up in a room filled with weights and exercise equipment.
"Must be the rec room or something," Fox stated.

"What?" Geno blinked, then turned to find a dumbbell lifting on its own accord. "...whoa.."

"Another ghosts?" Fox turned around to see the haunted dumbell. Nearby was a floating key.
"Well, I'm going to guess that key's important, now how do we get this one?" Fox asked ", You're the expert Luigi."

"Him?" They watched as a buff ghost appeared breifly, then disappeared again.
"Biff Atlas," Luigi explained. "See those sand bags? Punch 'em so they hit him."

Fox walked up to one of them and waited for him to appear then punched the bag causing it to hit him. He seemed dazed for a second but glared at Fox.
"What the hell was that for!?" he went to punch him but Fox dodged.
"Calm down!"
"Why would I wanna do that!? You just frickin' hit me!"
Fox thought about that for a second. "Good point...sorry...Can we have that key then?"

"RARGH!" Biff threw his arms in a wild whirling dervish in his rage.
"...okay, I've had just about enough." Geno punched another bag, with hit Biff and knocked him to the ground. His heart then appeared.
"Ah! Now, Geno!" Once he was hit with the flashlight, Luigi caught him in the Poltergust's suction, eventually pulling him in.
