And I'm not just talking videogame specific, either. We've all got our likes, dislikes, loves, hates, and overall Just love to hurt someone with a certain variety of weapon. Out of every option in the world, There's going to be one, two, maybe even three kinds of weaponry we just love.
If it's me, I'll say Sledge Hammers, even if they're just mallets. Nothing quite gets a guy into loving hammer swings like ol' Paper Mario, amirite? On a similar note, as long as it's heavy and leaves a big dent with the right kinda power, like clubs or something, I'll take those too. I'll take anything involving hefty smash loads.
so uh, what about you guys?

Sword, Hammer, Shield, Lance, Iron Knuckles...
Whatever gets the job done, I'd say. My interests are diverse, sometimes I like to go hand-in-hand, othertimes, I like the sword (As is apparent, by how my main OC uses a Keyblade.).
Above that, I'd love more then anything to use magic. I mean seriously, that'd be awesome. XD

As Gantz knows, I like hacksaws, especially rusty ones. Though I'm up for anything that can slice somebody's limbs off with ease. As my persona is a wolf laguz, I can also use my teeth and claws as weapons.

Personally, I have a fondness for makeshift weapons of all types. If I can find a way to use something as a weapon, I'll use it. If you're in danger, there's no time to think about actual weapons, after all. Just use what you can. If we're talking real weapons, I tend to like oversized versions of hammers and swords and stuff like that, though I lack the physical strength to use any of said weapons, so in real life, I'd probably go with a gun or something like that. A big gun. Like a rocket launcher.  |

Also, my choice of weapon is always a sword. Isn't it fucking obvious? I may be more conventional and choose guns, but how many swordsmen do I have now?

Me? I use knives. Small ones, big ones, whatever. Or a suitcase filled with surgical equipment, so I can throw scalpels at people's veins and incapacitate them and then move in for the kill and start cutting them open while they're alive, using my expert medical knowledge to make sure they stay alive while they suffer and then I stick needles in their joints so every time they move it's like the needles are being stuck back in and I'd pluck out their eyes and make them eat them and cut their nerves and finally cut that last vital artery at the base of the neck.
Or an electric guiatr that is also an axe. Whatever.
