Physical Description: Tanachu is of the standard size for a grown adult of her species, and lacks many identifying marks or coloring to make her stand out. Her fur is slightly darker than a normal Pikachu's all-around, has green eyes, and unlike most Pikachu, has a bit of "hair"- it is short and purple, and usually hidden underneath her green baseball cap. She also has a matching belt to her hat, and she usually has her ears hidden underneath her hat.
Weapons: You mean, something that's not just herself? Well, Tanachu does hide a gun in her hat, but the bullets aren't regular bullets. Rather, they are magically endowed, and come in several varieties- flame, freeze, toxin, stun and curiously enough, boxing-glove-to-the-face.
Abilities/Powers: You mean besides the ability to potentially bring an entire land to ruin single-handedly? Her attacks, listed below.
*Thunder- A massive bolt of electrcity is summoned to attack.
*Thunderpunch- Delivering a punch with an electrified fist, exactly what it says on the tin.
*Focus Punch- Focusing the mind to ready a very powerful punch, due to her lack of intelligence it takes some time.
*Brick Break- A simple punching attack that can shatter 99.9% of all protective barriers.
*Iron Tail- Slamming the foe with a rock-hard tail.
*Hidden Power- Releasing a strange burst of power, Tanachu's form of this attack is of the Dragon-type.
*Mega Punch- Exactly what it says on the tin.
*Rock Smash- A punch capable of shattering boulders is thrown at a foe.
*Grass Knot- Tripping the foe with grass, its power increases on heavier targets. Tanachu can also use the grass she summons for nooses.
*Volt Tackle- An extremely powerful electrified tackle that also damages Tanachu a bit.
Also, Tanachu's body is always giving off a faint electric charge. She emits a faint glow in the dark because of this, and any foe who makes direct contact with her might get zapped and suffer the effects of paralysis. This is how her "Static" ability manifests itself.
Skills: Erm, does making entire towns flee in terror count? If so, then yes. Tanachu is also a powerful fighter (Her level's in the sixties or so), and is especially skilled in hand-to-hand combat. She is excellent at intimidation, easily scaring people she's just met. She also has decent aim with her gun, and is second to none (or at least she claims) when it comes to hats.
Perhaps the best skill she has is to run what is most likely the most dysfunctional rescue team in history and not have to deal with a mutiny on her hands!
Personality: Let's face it, Tanachu is a complete jerkass. She is arrogant and boastful, in addition to being disorganized and possibly a bit psychotic. She won't hesitate to clobber the guy who made fun of her, and if "clobber" means sending the guy to the emergency room, she'll more than happily make sure that happens. And does Tanachu have a heart of gold under that?

Tanachu also has a strange fear of the undead, and supernatural beings in general. Ghost Pokemon don't seem to count, though. She also LOVES hats, though she is very rarely seen wearing one besides her usual one. Touch any hat she has, and you die.
History: Tanachu was born to Viochu and Tsunamichu five years after her older sister, Surfachu. However, unlike most of her kind, Tanachu was actually born as a Pikachu. While it was generally considered a sign that the child would aspire to great things if they were already evolved upon hatching, Tanachu... did not aspire to great things. Her greatest achievement during her fairly uneventful childhood was probably blowing up her house. Surfachu moved out when Tanachu was nine, and Tanachu pretty much cut off all ties with their parents by the next year.
And that is when the metaphorical shit hit the metaphorical fan.
Tanachu, as it turns out, was a "sane psycho", meaning that while she had her own mind, she was crazy and a terrible danger to society. However, she proved to be more of a threat to the king of a local island, Darknite of Marble Island. She pretty much threw him away and threw the island into a short-lived anarchic period. She spent the next two years causing general havoc, until she was finally caught. She was sentenced to five years of community service, and was only spared imprisonment because of her status as a minor. From the age of twelve to seventeen, she did her community service, and her insanity, unfortunately, grew. The only thing that kept her completely sane was the thought that she would eventually see Surfachu again.
She swore to reform herself to the judge, when all she really wanted was out. Tanachu then went off to Marble Island, and found that where Darknite's force once stood was a rescue team base. It consisted of a Flygon demi-goddess named Teala, a Lucario named Uziami, a Luxio named Tua, a Blaziken named Volcano, and a Feraligatr named Miles, who was also the leader. Tanachu challenged Miles to a fight, demanding leadership if she won. In his pride, Miles accepted her challenge... and lost.
Tanachu was the leader of Team SOS from that moment on, and quickly made the team lose its good reputation when she.... (get this!) somehow managed to blow up a mountain. The team was demoted from Diamond Rank to Normal Rank, and they went from an honorable team to the most ridiculed team to ever exist. Tanachu was then sent away to the jungle, and after breaking free of her bindings, went to find her way back. However, she got tangled up in vines on the way there, and was too weak to just fry the vines, she was trapped... or at least,s he would have, had a shiny Luxio not been passing by, and pitying her, cut her free. He said his name was Mheetu, and claimed he was looking for his sister, who had joined a rescue team. Tanachu said she knew a 'Tua', and led him back to the Team SOS base. Mheetu joined, and quickly regretted it.
Over the course of the next year, Tanachu had gotten the team into all sorts of crazy adventures, which included reuniting Mheetu and Tua with their sister Rubis, halting the destruction of the islands by a bunch of freaky people that could turn into Pokemon, and fighting the god of death and living to tell the tale. It was just an ordinary (AKA crazy) day for them, when Tanachu, along with the rest of Team SOS, was sucked into a portal, and wound up on the Dimensional Island... However, Tanachu also regards this as an opportunity to find her missing sister.
Other: Erm, her team pretty much hates her guts? And has pretty much instilled fear into every rescue team? Also, since she was born a Pikachu, she doesn't have any pre-evolution moves.
