Physical Description: Fit, size DD breasts, black with red stripes, red ears, wears a skin-tight black spy suit with red trim, black and red lipstick, and purple eyes.
Weapons: Lazer lipstick
Abilities/Powers: She can fly and is very strong
Skills: Tornado kick
Personality: Very haughty, extremely vain, loner, easy to anger, kleptomaniac, and even though she seems hard- she is very sensitive and easy to upset.
History: Shatter was one of the six failed attempts at creating the Ultimate life-form; she was attempt number five. The reason she was was deactivated was because her Chaos was EXTREMELY unstable and she was unable to control it, she also aged. She was put into cryo-stasis and locked up.
Sixty years later, Shadow found all of the failed experiments and released them, but he didn't find Shatter at frist and ended up leaving her on the base for another two years. When he was told that there were SIX instead of five experiments, he went back and found her- releasing her on for her to fly off and leave him in the dust.
Shatter was found a few hours later in the forest, near death because of her unstable chaos. The Freedom Fighters took her in to try and crontrol her, and she eventually calmed down.
Other: Shatter has the hots for Shackles, she collects mirrors, and her Lazer lipstick is also a whip. She is unable to leave any of the other experiments' sides due to her unstable chaos. Shine and Shard are her side-kicks; she also doesn't get along with Rouge at all.
