Physical Description
Lucifer is not tied to a form. However, he does have the angelic appearance he bore before he fell and a standard demonic appearance. In his angelic form, he appears to be a mostly nude white young man with somewhat feminine facial features and a well developed body. A single white cloth wraps around his body and works to cover where his genitals would be if he were human. He actually has no development of that sort. Extending from his back are six feathered angel wings in perfect balance. He has long hair (the color can be anything from orange down to a very pale blond). He has tall horns extending from his head, they are white and branch outwards. His eyes, when open, tend to be some shade or another of blue.
In his demonic form, he has dark blue bordering on black skin in a male humanoid shape. Some of the muscles are developed in a manner that make them seem a bit grotesque, not from size but from general shape. His hands have pointed fingers, less claws and more that the hands are mutated. His face looks rather demonic and his eyes are nothing but glowing red. He has long blond hair. Extending from his head are two tall horns. He has a ragged strip of white spiralling around his body, concealing parts the same way it did in his angel from. From his back are six rough looking demonic wings, the membranes are blood red and have visible veining.
He has many human forms, and there seems to be very little do unite them at the end of the day. He always has orange to pale blond hair. His eyes tend to be pale grey, greyish-blue, or one red and one blue. Hair length tends to be long, but not guaranteed. His style of dress is never guaranteed, but those who have seen him in enough of his various forms do tend to suspect who the odd person really is. Worth note is that his gender isn't even guaranteed to be male.
Weapons
In his true forms, Lucifer is a weapon. In human form, he may wear one if the situation would find it appropriate. He isn't predictable in that way, but he generally doesn't have one.
Abilities/Powers
Lucifer is Lucifer, the angel cast out of heaven by the Judeo-Christian God, YHVH. As such he has a lot of powers. These relate to his identity as the Demon King in all his connected worlds and being able to challenge YHVH time and time again both within and outside time. He has access to various "Almighty" related abilities as portrayed within the Megami Tensei franchise. He can take any shape a situation demands, his tendencies as result of choices rather than limitations.
Due to his position in the cosmic scheme of things, he can at most be repelled from a world for a time. He can't be killed, merely defeated. His personality is part of what balances this out, as is YHVH's hatred and constant opposition of him.

Skills
Lucifer is a good speaker. He can make things sound sweet as honey, even while being fully up front about what can and will happen if choices are made. He is more than able to dodge questions when he chooses, and he gains trust well.
He can speak any language with perfect fluency, and is able to use the skills needed of whatever disguise he is taking at the time. He is knowledgable on the history of the universe if not very open to sharing it.
Personality
Lucifer's personality is as chaotic as he is. This is not to describe him as insane by any means, but his personality does seem to shift from time to time. There is a uniting aspect to it for those willing to look closely enough. He values freedom and fights for people to follow their own freedom. He is not judgmental over choices he does not approve of, although he will sometimes lament them. He dislikes skewing people's choices in most cases, but also does not tolerate excuses. If a decision is made, he defends the fact that the choice was yours. He respects choices he believes were made by the core of a person and not out of fear or silly ideals.
He is a constant planner. He adjusts his plans and makes decisions based on what is happening and what has happened. He never plays the what if game. If something fails, he moves onwards. He is fairly easy to annoy if he feels you are acting out of blind attachment to something than your own emotions. He seems manipulative and pushy, but most of it comes from his frank honesty.
History
Quite some time ago in the history of some world or another, Lucifer was cast down from the heavenly host for defying YHVH's will. How he defied it is not something he considers important, it merely came down to his opinion differing from YHVH's and how he abused his freedom to argue the point.
From the point of his falling, he has been involved in may events throughout the many worlds of the Multiverse. He has revived demons to fight for his cause, he has stood opposite YHVH, he has pulled strings to create new soldiers in his fight against the cosmic will, he has shown up in worlds as aspects of those who love freedom and would fight the status quo, he has observed the rise and/or fall of countless demons seeking to challenge YHVH, he has stood at opposition or tests to those who wish to make a choice... which ones occured first and last is in many cases impossible to know. Time flows different in the Multiverse than in the individual dimensions, and effect has been known to predate cause. One of the more key events was discovering that the death of both the creator of worlds and YHVH would do nothing if even one world had one individual who believed in the power of YHVH. His plans were shifted yet again.
His more recent activity has been the following of the newly crowned King of Bel to Dimension Island. After three months, the King and his court had not sought him out. If the rumors were to be believed, the King of Bel was actively avoiding him. He confronted the King shortly after his arrival on the Island in the form of Lucius Starr, and the King showed nothing but cowardace towards him. Amongst all the chaos and manipulations he ran while on the Island, he attempted to get the King of Bel to fight him several more times.
Once Abel began to show signs of losing the human shell he'd been forced to bear since his first incarnation after the split of Bel's many aspects, Lucifer realized he couldn't play it nice anymore. Other puppets of his had begun to show decay and he has been as of late losing patience. He has decided to deliver the details of the situation to one of his greatest generals, the once human demon known most often as Hito-Shura/Demi-Fiend. A Demon King who refuses to defend his power and shows nothing but fear towards the one King above him. A set of humans who signed themselves over to him but have yet to prove their worth. Lucifer made no orders with his descriptions, the hindering of freedom on those he respects one of the greatest transgressions against his moral code. However, Hito-Shura is a demon modeled after his own heart... and he reacted as the Demon King expected.
Other
Lucifer is overpowered. However, he would not be the first one on the site as such, nor is he even the first Lucifer! The standard rules of the site are followed. He can't kill without player permission, and those he RPs with (he's for a plot with FF) can put a veto on anything they feel is out of the question in terms of what he does. He is beatable in the Megami Tensei games (generally as a bonus boss) and he'll be beatable on the Island. We've got (a) God, Chaos itself, at least one other Lucifer, and a huge number of gods and angels. Its for this reason he's being approved despite his potential power level.
I am applying for the Megami Tensei Lucifer as if they are all the same Lucifer. However, if you want a specific Megami Tensei Lucifer or even one that is only from a few games (the main Shin Megami Tensei series, for exaple), you're totally allowed due to the AU rule. Just PM me to let me know, I'll approve it.
