"What the hell?! Is this 'lets throw in all of the characters we haven't used in three fucking years' day?" Tree yelled.
At that moment, Ms. Dopple and School Nurse walked in, hand in hand.
"MOTHER OF FUCK!" Snowy yelled. She pointed at Ms. Dopple and School Nurse. "YOU! Take your lesbianism elsewhere!" She pointed at Terra and Marth. "YOU! Take your... gay man-ness elsewhere!"
She pointed at FF and Michael. "YOU! Stop bringing in random fucking characters for no fucking reason so we can stop standing out here and get into the stupid booth!"
Jesus, no need to be so rude about it.
"GET OUT!"
Fine, fine...
"Did that gerbil just break the fourth wall?" Kyle asked.
"For a kid who's lived here all his life, these things surprise you more than they should..." Crow said while facepalming.
Ark hopped over toward Elwood. "And I'm Ark! I'm only fifteen years old! Hi!"

Marth blinked, frowning. "What, we aren't welcome?"
"Of COURSE you are, Sirs Marth and Terra," Fletcher replied, swatting Snowy.
Meanwhile.... "Waaaaait wait wait wai wait. You mean to tell me... that out of ALL of you, the ONE PERSON to get someone knocked up, ANOTHER GUY, no less, is my purist little Double D?"
The aforementioned angel sweatdropped at Elwood's observation. "...That's correct, Elwood."
"D'aaawwww, YOU!" He quickly curled an arm around him, tickling little Marion, who liked him already. "I knew you had it in you somewhere! And frankly, she is gorgeous."
"Why... thank you, Elwood."
"Uh-huh," the redhead grinned at Ark and everyone else who entered, oblivious to Snowy's ranting and Otto's flat stare. "BOY the bar's jumpin' tonight! So!" He smacked Double D on the back. "You gonna sing tonight?"
"Ahhh... what me?" Double D ventured a shy laugh, shaking his head. "Oh, I'm nothing spectacular, really... I'm just here to make sure everyone enjoys themselves, is all..."

Quickly and eagerly, Wally jumped in raising his hands. "Oh-oh! In that case, let me go first!! I've got just the song to help us loosen up just a bit!"
He ran up to the stage and picked out a song from the jukebox. He then jumped onto the stage with all the agility of a cat and found his way behind the mike. As that happened, Otto watched the scene with sarcastic interest. "This should be interesting..."
Rachel had to agree quite honestly, she still didn't even know what Karaoke was. "I have to agree with that... No-one has told me what Karaoke means yet..."
That was when the music started playing.
The song had a beautiful and peaceful sounding intro, as Wally seemed to calm himself down, violins playing a beautiful little number in the background...
After a few seconds, the song appeared to increase a little in tempo, a piano accompaniment playing along with a guitar, in the background one could hear this, playing softly.
Background accompaniment: Wake up- Wake up- wake up- wake up- wake up- wake u-
That was when Wally started singing. His voice didn't exactly compliment the song, but he followed the notes quite well, and really wasn't all THAT bad. He definately seemed to have fun with it too, his body moving in rythm to the song.
Wally: Wake up! 7:32 AM Can't believe it's time to do it over again! Yesterday, it took all that you had And you're wonderin' if you'll ever get it back!
He was easily getting into the groove of the song by this point, smiling widely.
Wally: But the whole wide world is waiting for Waiting for you to step out that door Come on and let your life be heard today-
You got somethin' ta' say!
The song picked up even more, entering the chorus.
Wally: If you're livin', if you're breathin' You got somethin' ta say! And you know if your heart is beatin' You got somethin' ta' say! And no one can say it like you do God is love and love speaks through You got it, you got it You got something to say
Yeah, yeah Something to say Yeah, oh!
The song seemed to slow down just slightly as it went into it's second verse.
Wally: Listen up, I got a question here Would anybody miss you if you disappeared? Well your life is the song that you sing And the whole wide world is listening Well the answer to the question is-
The song appeared to stop a brief second, as did Wally's dancing as he pointed out to the audience.
Wally: You were created, your life is a gift and-!
The music reappeared, causing Wally to continue his little dance.
Wally: The lights are shining on you today, 'cause
You got somethin' ta say If you're livin', if you're breathin' You got somethin' ta' say And you know if your heart is beatin' You got somethin' ta say And no one can say it like you do God is love and love speaks through You got it, you got it You got somethin' ta say!'
Yeah You got something to say Come on, come on, yeah!
Sing na na na na na na na na Na na na na na na Na na na na na, yeah!
The song's tempo suddenly went down, the song becoming somewhat quieter.
WallyListen up, I got a question here Would anybody miss you if you disappeared? Well your life is the song that you sing And the whole wide world is listening?
The song went quiet, a few cricket chirps in the background... ... ... Cue a drum riff, and the guitar picked up once more.
Wally: Oh
You got something to say And no one can say it like you do God is love and love speaks through You got it, you got it You got something to say
Yeah Something to say Come on, come on, yeah
And the world is listening now And the lights are shining down Shining down on you today, 'cause You got something to say...
The song slowed down as it neared it's end, Wally grinning
Wally: So just say it.
And with that, the song ended, as Wally took an over the top bow. From the crowd Rachel looked on in awe...
Needless to say, she had learned what Karaoke was.
[The song is a christian song, yes. But it also has a secondary moral aside from that. The moral? Take Chances, and that's what Wally's all about really. XDD]

Masahiro watched Michael walk in after Snowy's outburst. He then proceeded to backhand her right in the face and then dissapear before she could retaliate. He imagined Snowy, or FF herself, would eventually hunt Michael down and brutally slaughter him and, for some reason, it brought a fuzzy feeling to his chest. Terra, on the other hand, shook himself out of his stunned feeling when Snowy was then swatted by Fletcher after he proclaimed they were welcome. "Thank you," he said softly.
"It was a big shock, Elly, I'll tell ya that much," Trevor said with a grin. "No one could believe our dear Double D here would be the first one ta get someone knocked up, but it was funny when it happened?"
"So who's the lucky other?" Terra asked.
He immediately felt shy when a bunch of glares that told him to shut the fuck up were sent his way. Trevor immediately took the other boy with a smile. "Let me catch you up to date so you don't unintentionally make an ass out of yourself again. You too, pretty boy," Trevor said to Marth and then drug them both out of the Kareoke Bar. So, in a way, Snowy temporarily got what she wanted.
"Yes, well anyway... that was a beautiful performance Wally," Masahiro said.

Snowy's face twitched for a moment after Michael smacked her and then disappeared. "Excuse me for a moment," Snowy said, before poofing away in a puff of smoke herself, likely to horribly murder Michael with a thousand tiny scythe cuts of doom, the doom part being obligatory due to Snowy's involvement with Todd, what with Todd being the God of Doom and all.
Ark rather vigorously clapped at the end of Wally's performance. Tree yawned, Todd crossed his arms and complained about the lack of rap and hip-hop, while Kyle and Crow were indifferent. Actually, Kyle still looked bothered about something. Crow looked toward Kyle, and sighed before grabbing him and shoving him up on stage. Kyle looked extremely uncomfortable.
"Um.... Wait, I don't know what to sing!" Kyle said. "Can I not do this?"
"Sing, pansy boy!" Tree yelled from below.
"Yeah, foo, sing somethin' cool, like.... somethin' cool," Todd said. This only made Kyle look even more uncomfortable.

"Very well," Marth nodded.
"Hey, wait!" Elwood scooted along after the trio of swordsmen. "I wanna hear this too! Gimme all the details, Trev!" He grinned, looking around at Edd's company before coming back to Trevor. "Soo... where is the guy or gal?"
Double D had considerably become a bit less cheery at Terra's query, which of course wasn't the swordman's fault, not at all. He appreciated Trevor's gesture, instead turning to watch Wally, politely applauding his performance, the others around him with mixed reactions.
"Wooooo!!!" Ed cheered, waving his fists in the air. Marion mimicked him quite cutely.
As Kyle got pulled on stage, many of the others cheering in encouragement, Double D frowned. Honestly, after what had happened earlier, he knew embaressment was something Kyle didn't need right now. "Must we really force him into it if he doesn't want to?"
"Yes," Eddy replied, deadpan.

Wally seemed to take it quite well that not everyone liked his singing; after all, he didn't really sing for critique. When Kyle was put on stage, he chuckled in a comforting fashion, patting Kyle on the back. "Hey, look man. You'll be fine. This is what your basically here to do anyways. Just do your best, mm'kay?." Walking off stage, he motioned to Elwood to play a song.
Upon taking a seat at the booth with the others he was greeted by Rachel whom was smiling quite sweetly. "Wally, that was a beautiful song you sang up there." She wrapped an arm around the boy causing him to blush. "It's a wonder you didn't show me this place before. We probably would've had a lot of fun."
From where he sat, Otto shook his head. "Knowing Wally, he just probably forgot." Wally shrugged awkwardly at that.
Kosumu giggled at the moment of comedy, while Rin-Rin shrugged to herself. She would readily admit that she was a fan of the two Arcadia Valley heroes, but seeing them acting as they did in normally in public often left her speechless, given how much they acted like normal people. "Anyways, what song did you have Elwood play Wally?" At that moment, a song began to play, though just what was anyone's guess.
"Heck if I know. I just asked him to play anything, I don't know what's playing." Shrugging he turned to look at Kyle, "But, come on guys. Time for the show!"

"Singing's not gonna hurt him," King replied to Double D. "Besides, this is an old Kareoke Bar ritual. Everyone has to sing."
"Which is why we're forcing King to go up there next," Masahiro said with a smirk.
"Oh you little..." King said, but immediately had his cheeks pinched by the angel.
"Now now dearie, I'm sure Fletcher's just dying to hear your singing voice," he said.
Meanwhile, outside the Karaoke Bar, Trevor had to face drama as he had to explain to Terra, Marth, and Elwood why Terra had just gotten so many "shut the fuck up" stares. "Where do I begin...?"
"Well you could start with where he is," Terra suggested.
"Ok," Trevor said. "He's gone. Whereever he went, I don't know and, to be perfectly honest, I don't care."
"Don't care."
"He was forcibly exiled. He's no longer a part of our team. He... tried to kill Masahiro. If Masahiro hadn't had a practical Auto-Life on his persona, he would've been dead."
"He became evil?" Terra asked.
"Yes... All in the name of protecting Double D... of practically isolating him... but when the truth was discovered, he acted like we would exile him so even before we got around to it. And he pretty much told Double D the equivalent of 'go fuck yourself and die.' He told his own lover to piss off and shove it, the lover he commited attrocious things for."
There was a sudden silence. Trevor sighed. "Damnit, now I need a drink. Tell Fletcher I've gone to the bar, would ya Elly?"

Kyle winced at the attention, and finally just walked over to the jukebox, closed his eyes, and pressed a single button on it. The moment the song started playing, Tree clasped her hands over her ears.
"OH CHRIST TURN IT OFF!"
Kyle didn't really hear her. He was giving an honest attempt at singing, but it wasn't going well, mainly due to his hesitation. He was so badly off tempo it wasn't funny, either.
"You're on the phone with your girlfriend, She's upset She's going off about something that you said She doesnt get your humour like I do
I'm in the room, its a typical Tuesday night I'm listening to the kind of music she doesn't like And she'll never know your story like I do
But she wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts She's cheer captain and I'm on the bleachers Dreaming bout the day when you wake up and find That what you're lookin for has been here the whole time--"
And then Tree dropkicked Kyle off the stage.
"Next time, please pick a song that won't nearly give me subcranial bleeding!" Tree yelled."Ugh. Taylor Swift. HEY, SOMEONE ELSE GET UP HERE AND SING!"
Which, y'know... wasn't doing much for Kyle's self esteem.
"Hey, at least you tried," Crow said. "It was just bad luck you ended up with a Taylor Swift song and we had a Taylor Swift hater in the crowd."
"...why do we let her hang out with us again...?" Kyle mumbled.

"W...what?" Elwood was baffled. Not knowing anything whatsoever about Felix, the tranny was completely in the dark, and it felt like he was hearing the story being told backwards. "Hey... hey, Trev, wait!"
He followed Trevor to the bar, taking a seat next to him. "Two, please. His drink's on my tab," he instructed to the bartender, frowning at Trevor. "Okay, I know it's gotta be hard, but you're gonna hafta start at the beginning here, because you completely lost me."
Double D gave Kyle an apologetic frown. "I'm sorry for all that, Kyle. But I thought you did quite well all things considered."
"Alllright, Mr. Gloomy Guts, your turn!" Eddy patted his roughly on the back, voices around him piping up in agreement, much to Double D's dismay.
"Ohhh, come now, I can't..."
"Uhhhh, yes you can!" Raz grinned. "Oh, come on, getting up and singing wouldn't kill ya!"
"I-I know, I'm just... not in the mood, is all..."

Wally grinned as his voice joined in with the crowd, "Well what's gonna put ya IN the mood then dude?" He walked over and playfully elbowed the angel. "Come on Double D, get on up there. Who knows? Singing might help ya feel a bit better after what happened." He shrugged a bit. "I wouldn't know, but hey, it's worth a shot, doncha think mate?"
With a chuckle, Otto joined in. "Best you go up Double D, I don't think Wally's gonna leave ya alone if you don't."
"Sing Double D!" Kosumu chimed in, looking forward to hearing the performance.

Trevor looked at Elwood. "There is no true way to explain what happened. It was a build-up. I mean... he came to us innocent and pure, trying to make up for past misdeeds, but... then Edward was killed, came back as the Angel of Light, and Felix ended up fusing spirits with his twin brother, his evil brother, and gained such a insurge of..." He downed a shot and sighed. "I don't know how I didn't see it before. Joining up with that kill-obsessed barbarian... it's no wonder Felix became as savage and vicious as he did. And his power only got greater and greater until the name Apocalypse was imparted into his title. But as his power grew, his morals were less inclined. I'm certain he had a hand in causing Masahiro's baby to miscarry, but if nothing else, he killed Masahiro, our other angel friend, and caused great suffering to Perceval, all because he perceived Masahiro as a threat to him and Edd. He became a threat to us all. Now he's gone. We had no choice." Trevor sighed and took another shot. "He killed our friend, might've had a hand in killing his baby, nearly killed poor Kyle, and above all else, after all that he had done, he... dared..." Trevor was trembling now and he actually looked legitemately pissed. "He dared to insult Edd... who had been there for him when he needed it! He dared to twist the knife he stuck in his own lover's back and cause him pain and agony! He dared to bring grief to those beautiful eyes, he...!" Trevor stopped when he realized what he was saying. Sliding the shot glass away, he tried to drink straight from the bottle.
King glared at Tree as she dropkicked Kyle. "Who decided to let a psychotic bitch join our company anyway?" he growled.
"Getting angry for Kyle's sake? How noble of you," Masahiro said, a humored gushing tone in his voice as he pinched the other boy's cheeks, causing him to try to pull away with protest. Then he looked up at Edd. "Don't worry. After you sing, we're throwing King onto the stage."
"That's not funny!" King protested.
"Don't you think Fletcher wants to hear your angelic voice?" Masahiro teased with a smirk.

Tree glared in King's direction and jumped off of the stage, landing next to King. However, instead of bitching him out, she instead gave a sweet smile and said, "Y'know, I could ask the same thing about you, King dearest. You're the biggest jackass I've ever met!"
Crow frowned. "Come on, Double D. I promise we won't let Tree kick you if you do badly like we did Kyle."
"You can do it, Mr. Eddward!" Ark yelled.
"Yeah, come on, foo, let us hear ya sing," Todd said.
Kyle walked up to Double D and put a hand on his shoulder. He gave a kind smile. "You don't have to do it if you don't want to."

"Whoa, hey, now, calm down!" Elwood pushed the bottle down, trying to pull it out of Trevor's hands. "..I mean, yeah, that all really sucks. And... yeah, as much as I know about lil' Double D, he's the least person to deserve it." He looked over towards the angel, smiling. "But hey, he's trying. He knows he's got us, right? If he's getting over it, you should too."
Double D bit his lip at all the encouragement around him. Even Marion was bobbing in his arms, clapping her hands to show her support. And really, it wasn’t as if he actually didn’t want to do it so much as it was just terribly embarrassing…
“…ooh!” Raz stood up from reading the songlist and brought it over to Double D, pointing out a track. “You know this one?”
“Oh! …um, yes, I do.”
“Pick that one and I’ll go up there with ya. It takes two vocals anyway.”
“Ahh… alright, then.” Cheers erupted as Ed took Marion from Double D’s arms and the two of them got onstage. Raz chose the song on the jukebox across the room with his big telekinetic hand, and it quickly started to play.
The small, yet gentle rock riff was familiar, and a surprising choice of artist, but as the song would continue on, the audience realized that perhaps this was a better choice than it seemed.
After the initial drum beat, Raz cut in with his established role;
“This is not the end This is not the beginning Just a voice like a riot Rocking every revision But you listen to the tone And the violent rhythm Though the words sound steady Something emptys within em
We say yeah With fists flying up in the air Like we’re holding onto something that’s invisible there Cuz we’re living at the mercy of the pain and the fear Until we dead it forget it Let it all disappear”
Double D came in immediately after on the second mic. His hands never left his sternum.
”Waiting for the end to come Wishing I had strength to stand This is not what I had planned It’s out of my control
Flying at the speed of light Thoughts were spinning in my head So many things were left unsaid It’s hard to let you go
I know what it takes to move on I know how it feels to lie All I wanna do is trade this life for something new Holding on to what I haven’t got”
Raz joined him in the harmony here…
[/i]”Sitting in an empty room Trying to forget the past This was never meant to last I wish it wasn’t so”[/i]
Raz held the background notes while Double D repeated the chorus…
”I know what it takes to move on I know how it feels to lie All I wanna do is trade this life for something new Holding on to what I haven’t got”
By now Double D had been motivated enough to join Raz in the bridge here as well.
”What was left when that fire was gone I thought it felt right but that right was wrong All caught up in the eye of the storm And trying to figure out what it’s like moving on
And I don’t even know what kind of things I said My mouth kept moving and my mind went dead Picking up those pieces now where to begin The hardest part of ending is starting again”
They repeated the chorus at the end interchangeably until the song ended. There came applause, and Raz bowed goofily as expected, but Double D soaked it in gently, feeling a sort of release. That had felt… pretty good, actually.

"WHOOOAA!!!" Wally said that with a cheer, looking quite excited. "That was great mates! That was incredible!! A great song for a great go!!!"
"YAAAAY!!!" Kosumu clapped cheerfully, whistling upon saying that.
Otto couldn't help but smile himself, it really looked like that singing thing had helped Double D out somewhat, and he relished in that thought. "Nicely done you two."
Rin-Rin and Rachel were in clear agreement. "I've never heard that song before." Rin-Rin grinned, "But I liked it! Good song choice, and a kick-ass performance." Rachel just kept on applauding.
