Trevor sighed as Elwood pulled the bottle away from him. "Come on Elly. You know it would take at least... three of those to get me wasted." He was rather happy that it seemed Elwood didn't figure out where his rant was going. He then laid his head back on the desk. "Still... if you had been there to see how depressed he'd been, you'd probably understand better on how I'm feeling. I mean... eh... it's hard to explain..." He looked up at the ceiling. "If I understood a lock of it myself, I'd be able to explain it."

"Why you dirty...!" King began when Edd and Raz interrupted it with the song. Masahiro pushed them apart to get closer and watched as the two released their emotions through music.

Ahhhh, music is a wonderful thing, Masahiro thought with a smile as the two finished their performance. I'm sure Edd's feeling much better now.

"You know what kinda upsets me the most though Elly?" Trevor picked his head back up and looked rather serious. "Believe it or not, it wasn't the insults or murders that pissed me off the most. Don't take it wrong, they got to me a lot, but what really shocked me is that... Felix was willing to take his happy ending and tear it up along with Edd's. I mean... look at me for a minute Elly. Tell me what you see. What I see is someone who keeps trying hard only to get outclassed due to the way the island works. I'm not sure I'll ever get a happy ending, y'know? So, when I saw Felix ruin not only his happy ending, but Edd's happy ending as well, I just... it still..."

Kyle gave a smile as the performance ended. "That was beautiful, Double D."

"See? I told you it wouldn't be so bad," Crow said.

Tree stuck her tongue out at King and looked toward the show. She didn't applaud when Double D finished, but she did give an approving grin. Ark was applauding rather loudly.

"Encore, encore! Repetición! Zugabe! アンコール!" Ark yelled. He held his hands over his head and clapped rather loudly.

"Ark, enough with the multiple languages," Snowy groaned.

"бис! 앙코르-- Aw, but I was having fun!" Ark whined.

Elwood's face gradually fell as trevor went on. From a distance, Fletcher watched them, though couldn't hear them. And he knew, whenever even Elwood's face looked that sobered up, there was a problem.

"H...hey, now," Elwood frowned, venturing a hand on Trevor's shoulder, well, WELL aware that Trevor was sensitive to this sort of thing. "...you said he's gone, right? Well, then, it's his loss. Don't let his ungratefulness spoil your mood.

"'Sides..." He churned a bit. "...who says you won't get a happy ending, huh?"

Raz soaked up the praise like a sunflower, as usual, and Double D calmly followed him offstage and took his seat. Beside him, Marion was rapidly clapping and cheering, bringing a small smile to his face. "Th...thank you. It was.. fun."

"See?" With a grin, Wally playfully elbowed Double D as he came down. "What did I tell ya?"

As this happened, Otto had taken to sitting back in his seat casually since he could do little else. "So who's going up there next?"

Rin-Rin looked to the one known as King and smirked. "I don't know about you guys, but I'd like to see that guy go up there and sing." She chuckled at the look she likely got. "Oh come on, it was his idea;" She pointed to Masahio, "Why not follow through with it?"

Trevor looked at Elwood and chuckled softly. "Oh you. You've always known what to say to cheer me up and I'm truely thankful for it." Ignorant he was, unable to see exactly what Elwood was saying. But even if he had, he wouldn't have been able to return the other boy's feelings just yet. "Anyway, Edd will be done his performance by now. I better go take the stage and show them a real showsman." His narcissism fueled once again, Trevor made himself back into the karaoke bar.

"You're right," Masahiro said. "Let's get him up there!"

"Stand aside, Masahiro, it's time for me to show you a real singer," Trevor said with a chuckle as he passed by.

"Your horrid timing is always dully noted," Masahiro said with a sigh.

"Remind me to pay you back someday," King replied to Trevor.
