Physical Description: An somewhat pale skinned girl that just loves wearing green dresses, though her favorite color is pink. Her pink hair is as fluffy as a cloud, to the point of it actually floating in places. Otherwise she looks average.

Abilities/Powers: Aside from getting in trouble, she's apparently able to photosynthesize. She's also pure of heart, enabling her to see faries, because she's still a kid at heart.
Skills: nothing i know of.
Personality: sweet and bubbly, and very forgetful.
History: A girl from Osawari, Penelope lives away from her parents in a condominium. Her parents are loaded, leaving some to think she's a possible target, when she's just misfortunate. Whenever something happens or goes wrong, she often consults Mackenzie, which results in Penelope being Mackenzie's best customer. One of those rush ins actually turns out being a dreadful mistake, as She, Chloe, and Mackenzie are now, somewhere, trapped on the island.
