Physical Description: Kyouya's hair is black colored. He often keeps it combed in a very neat and professional manner. His eyes are gray-colored. They seem very cunning and intellectual. He wears glasses, literally needing them to see, but is of course subject to the bishonen rule that everything you wear makes you look hotter. He often wears his school uniform, but is generally seen in dark designer clothing when out in casual wear.
Weapons: Kyouya has a private police army... back home. Other then that, he's got nothing. Maybe a pistol, but that'd be stretching it. He also has semi-control over his fellow hosts though, even more so then Tamaki, because he knows how to punish them. That's always fun.
Abilities/Powers: Kyouya's smart and intelligent, so he can calculate things in his head. However, he also has wealth and resources galore, though most of it is back home in Japan. Out here, all he really has is his brilliant mind.
Skills: Planning, strategizing, punishing for idiocy, etc.
Personality: Kyouya's not utterly evil, but boy does he know how to act it. He's charming in his own unique way, that way being demonic symphonies playing in the background while he writes in his black notebook almost reminiscient of a Death Note. All joking aside, Kyouya can be a selfish douche at times. He's admitted a good deal of times that a lot of what he's done, he's done for profit and merit. Befriending Tamaki and starting the Host Club had started off being for profit and for merit. He's kind, polite, and civil to clients and people who have positions of power. However, even he's started softening up thanks to Tamaki's influence, as well as Haruhi's, even if he has a funny way of showing care for others, such as when he showed Haruhi why others feared for her by mock molesting her so that Tamaki could walk in on them. Even then, though, he can still be cold and ruthless, even kinda sadistic, when it comes to punishing his fellow hosts. The only one he hasn't punished yet is Tamaki. His excuse is that Tamaki is above him in rank, credible enough.
History: Kyouya is the third son to Yoshio Ootori. As a result, his two brothers are naturally above him. Talented in their own craft, Kyouya's found he has to work and study hard to have a chance at surpassing them. He has not been neglected in all reality; it's been his dream to surpass them and he's worked hard at it. Throughout all his years, he's used people in power and ignored those he found worthless. He was known as stone-cold due to that reason and that reason alone. Then he met Tamaki Suoh. He thought to get close to Tamaki because he was the son of the chairman of the school and because his family's company was the wealthiest in Japan. What he found, however, was an annoying, overtly idealistic boy who went against everything he believed in. Their beginning relationship was naturally rough; Tamaki drove him insane. He thought Tamaki a fool and almost began to treat him like one. But after a fight in which Tamaki proved his brilliance, no matter how idealistic he was, Kyouya submitted. It was probably because that was the moment he began to develop feelings for Tamaki. But he never told Tamaki. After all, that'd be pretty embarassing if Tamaki didn't feel the same way. But he did join Tamaki's host club when he formed it in order to stay close to the boy. Despite his position as vice president, he became the real manager of it as well, managing funds, scheduling cosplay days, keeping tabs of things, and just all around making sure everything goes according to plan.
