Full Name: Chakram
Nicknames: Subject 247, #247, or just 247 (All by her handlers, or people who knew her way back when)
Age: Appears 19, but all records of her growth were destroyed, so age unknown.
Height: ?
Weight: ?
Gender: Female
Race: Artificially Created Human (Or to put it simply, a Clone, though what she was cloned from is unknown, so the preferred term is ACH.)
Alliance: Neutral
Home: Arisya
Franchise: None
Physical Description: Chakram has relatively short dark blue hair that reaches only a little past where her head meets her neck. Her eyes are purple with a dark purple ring around the pupil (standard side affect of the ACH creation process), and her skin is a bit pale. Normally, she'll wear a yellow scarf (to hide the barcode on the back of her neck), a long green sweater that reaches down to her knees, and long jeans that tuck into her sneakers.
Weapons: Two Gust rings she can summon
Abilities/Powers: Chakram has the ability to manipulate Gust, which is a strange, light blue energy that is said to look like wind currents. When Chakram is controlling Gust, two rings form around her body and a ring forms around each of her hands and she just barely floats off the ground, so barely it's almost impossible to tell unless you were staring at her feet the whole time. Normally, when using Gust, she'll attack with the rings and little miniature tornadoes.
Skills: She's been trained in self defence, but Chakram doesn't like battling too much, plus she's a bit of a weakling, but by manipulating Gust, she can make her kicks stronger than they really are.
Personality: Because of her time at the Guardian labs, Chakram is a bit mistrusting of people, especially those she's seen before or thinks look like some of the Guardian scientists. She doesn't really care much for normal humans or anthros either, but gets along fine with Zoomorphs. If she feels the need to, Chakram won't hesitate to say what she feels about you, and doesn't mind flaunting what intelligence she has of the world. However, since she's only been in the outside world for about a year or so, she doesn't know much about many other things, such as how cars work.
History: Way back in the 1970s, Radar, one of the Guardians, discovered a strange energy that causes air currents to form tornadoes. After much research, he dubbed it Gust. Supposedly, this energy lurked in the air around us, and caused air currents to move and make wind, and could even possibly stop bullets in midair. At the revelation of these findings, work began on a superhuman who could control the energy. Years of trying finally produced a human who could manipulate the Gust to a limited extent. From there, combat training began. What the handlers didn't count on was this child not wanting to become a war machine. She destroyed lab equipment, refused to battle, and bit her handlers. Finally, someone snapped and ordered the euthanization of the rebel subject. Before she could be, though, a peacock anthro set her free into the world on her own.
Other: Chakram is afraid of doctors, probably because of her old days in the lab. She's so afraid of them she refuses to take medicine of any kind.
