History: During the Cival War, he was part of a platoon of children that were used by the military. He was the greatest they had to offer, being called "Jack the Ripper." After the war, he escaped and join FOXHOUND. After accepting a mission, it turns out the mission was to simiulate the Shadow Moses mission, record the event, and used to train new soliders as Solid Snake. Afterwords, Raiden joined up with Solid Snake to fight the Patriots.
