Physical Description: Tan skin, green eyes, tomato red hair in a bowlish cut, lanky body, black boots+gloves, dark blue jeans, black and white striped long sleeved shirt with a large cut neck, and sometimes a fawn-colored jacket with fur trim. Always wears goggles over his eyes.I know he had poopy brown-green hair in the anime, but i'm going with his manga hair okay
Weapons: Arrangement of guns and ammo. Has a gun that seems to resemble a hair dryer.also, lazors!
Abilities/Powers: Can drive pretty well.
Skills: Incredibly high intelligence, but lacks the motivation to do anything with it.
Personality: Gifted with intelligence, but lacks all motivation to use it. He's very calm and relaxed, and would rather stay at home and play video games than go out and do something. Uninterested in everything, he focuses on video games to give him something to set his mind on. He is bored easily. He doesn't care about his health much and pretty much lives on snacks, cokes, beer, and cigarettes. However, he is extremely loyal to Mello and will do anything for him.
History: (There's not much on him, but here's a bit.) Raised in the Wammy's House in England, trained to be the next L. He was gifted with a huge intelligence, but lacked all motivation to excel and take anything seriously. After he left the institution, he began to wander around Europe and America.
