Well, I've never apped a canon character before, so there may be many mistakes. Like an extremely long history. 
i hope I'm doing this right... D;

Age: There’s no official age for him, but I’d say around his late 20s

Home: Tazumili village, Nowhere Islands
Franchise: MOTHER/EarthBound
Physical Description: Tallish, wears a blue shirt, with mahogany long pants. Has short hair, which is spiky in the back, a small mustache and a gotequ (I don’t know how to spell that... ^^; The little pointy beard thingy... O:)
Weapons: He uses his shoes to kick enemies most of the time, but he also uses various thief tools. His signature weapon are the Wall Staples, the more famous of his weapons, as it stops opponents, and allows him to climb mountains.
Abilities/Powers: Just... Fighting, I guess...
Skills: Duster can sneak around enemies easily, climb mountains, walls, ect., deliver several kicks to an enemy at once, and he plays a mean Bass. :’D
Personality: Duster is very brave and resourceful. However, he never argues with his father, Wes, insults him. Thus, though he tries his hardest, Wes never has anything nice to say about the thief, which leads many to believe that he failed several times, or has done something so bad in the past, that Wes never forgave him.
History: WARNING. SPOILERS. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. D; Not much is known about Duster’s past. When he was small child, he somehow got a limp in his leg. It is believed that Wes gave Duster the limp as a child. Later in his life, when tragedy suddenly struck Tazumili Village, he helped Flint look for his wife, Hinawa, who was later found out to be dead. Following that, Wes, his father, gave him a mission to infiltrate Oshoe castle and find “IT.” Duster snuck in the castle, where he found several ghosts, including one that attacked him, named Mr. Passion. After defeating him, he left and brought back with him a shiny spittoon and Kumatora’s dropped pendant. Neither of these are the things Wes was looking for, so he went back with the old coot. After exploring the castle again, he joined up with Kumatora, and discovered the “IT” they were looking for: an egg that the Pig Mask army was after. Upon obtaining the egg, Duster and co. fell into a water trap that drained into the waterways. Wes and Kumatora drifted to shore, where the villagers found them. However, Duster was no where to be found.
For 3 whole years.
After those long years, someone reported seeing the bass player in the band DCMC. Apparently, he looked just like Duster. Except he had a cool afro. XD Lucas finds Duster, and finds out he had lost his memory. After his memory had been restored, Duster joins Lucas on his quest to stop Porky from corrupting society any further. He at one point is separated again, but not for long. Duster, together with Lucas, Boney, and Kumatora defeated Porky. So, technically, he saved the world from Porky’s evil ways of modernizing the Nowhere Islands.
(Yeeeeeeeeah, the history was getting way too long. So I shortened the ending. ^^; )
Other: His former band mates helped Duster late in the game.
