Physical Description
Rhea Rasele is a human girl, fairly normal looking. Her hair is a bit longer and has a slight shine to it, being very bright blonde. Her eyes are blue, contributing to her standard look. Her body is slender, but not weak. She looks like she could be an athlete, and she bears a firm expression, not being ditzy.
Rhea wears an elastic t-shirt, though a loose one, and a knee-length skirt, tennis shoes too. Her hair is long and straight, coming down to the middle of her back.

Personality
Rhea is a very kind and helpful girl. A Dungeons and Dragons player would characterize her as Neutral Good. She's very astute and did well in school, being in her junior year in high school. Still, despite her overall helpful, sometimes too helpful, quirky attitude, she still seemed different from others. Not one to let that get in her way, Rhea tries to make as many people happy as she can, every day, especially favoring people's desires. She'd spend all her money on granting people's wishes if she had it.
History
Rhea Rasele was born to James and Melody Rasele on May 14, 1993, in Void City. A rarity in an of itself on the island, she is one of the few people indigenous to the island. Her parents raised her for a pretty standard life. Preschool, elementary, middle, high. Choir, basketball, science club. She did moderately well, only struggling in sports slightly because of her differences from everyone else in personality.
When she entered high school, she met the closest friend she'd met to that point, Allison Paraheli. Unfortunately, Allison was killed in a car accident about a week later. Rhea took it hard. For about a month and a half, her grades slipped dramatically. She managed to bounce back, having seen the school counselor. It helped, and she got over her friend's death reasonably well.
She continued her education, and in her junior year, she began to have strange dreams...
