Full Name: Emeraldi Shadowheart
Nicknames: Emerald, Shadow
Age: 22
Height: Assumed 5'1
Weight: Skinny.
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alliance: Good and Evil
Home: Stormwind
Franchise: World of Warcraft
Physical Description: A natural blonde, Emeraldi has dyed her hair twice. Once she had dyed it brown in response to people making blonde jokes about her when she was a youth and had kept it that way for a long time, usually putting in a ponytail, but then, when her shadow potential was unlocked, she dyed it black like the shadows she fights with and let it hang free. Her eyes are also onyx colored; she seems to have a very dark appearence. Her complexion is pale like snow and her skin burns easily in the sun. Her body isn't overtly pleasurable in the erotic category, but for those looking at appearence or those who don't believe in mixed-matings as far as Azeroth goes, she has a nice body for a human. Despite all of this, however, she tends to wear white robes. White has always been one of her favorite colors. The cloth is enchanted so as to provide a bit of defense, but she'll still go down much more easily then those fighters that don themselves in leather, mail, or plate armors. She does not, however, posess the stamina necessary to wear anything heavier then cloth.
Weapons: Though Emeraldi, as a Priest, is not supposed to do much physical fighting, she does carry a dagger. It's a last resort method, but it's something she does have.
Abilities/Powers: As in all classes, there are three paths a Priest trains in and can specialize in. The first one is the Holy path. With it, Emeraldi can heal her allies, make them more powerful, and even raise them from the dead. The second is the Discipline path. With it, Emeraldi can take the light powers she uses to heal and instead use it to smite her enemies. The third path, however, is what she specializes in. As Priests study in the paths of Holy and Discipline magics to protect their friends, so too do they study the path of Shadow magics to protect themselves. With Shadow magics, Emeraldi can leech life from her enemies to heal herself, send them screaming in fear, and mess up their minds with but a single incantation. Thanks to specializing in this path, she can crush an enemy's mind, leech their magical essences along with their life, and even take on the form of a Shadow.
Skills: Emeraldi can't cook to save her life, but she does fish often and knows a little first aid. She's also a gatherer. She mines to gather ore for Lagunelle's trades while taking various plants from the earth (Herbalism) to aid Myushelle's Inscription work.
Personality: Emeraldi has two sides to her. Many split them off as her Holy side and her Shadow side. The Holy side of Emeraldi is a kind-hearted girl who is shy and afraid to socialize with others, knowing about what her Shadow side is capable of. Unfortunately, however, she also ends up socializing because she has a drive to help anyone who seems to have an aura of distress around them. As a result, she makes more friends then she wants to and it upsets her, especially when some of them end up afraid of her or dying at her hand. Her Shadow side is ruthless, uncaring, and sadistic. With a thirst for blood, she kills every light-alligned individual she sees. There is no escape from her, or at least that is what people who have seen her have said. She does, however, deal well with Warlocks and Death Knights in this form, sensing their inner darkness as well. She is not a leader in either form and prefers to follow orders rather then give them. Emeraldi is a rather unique individual as far as the world of Dimensional Clash is concerned as, though she's bisexual, she's only attracted to animals, something that has tormented her ever since she discovered it. They say it is linked to her being raised by Feral Druids when she was really, really young, but no one knows, nor would anyone in the timeline she lived in care to find out.
History: Born in the village of Stranbrad, Emeraldi's family was killed in an invasion by the Horde and she was raised by a family of Night Elf Druids, the mother and father having been a part of the counterattack. The Druids, however, preferred to be in their animal forms and, as a result, would only be seen in their "Cat Forms," nothing else. It led to Emeraldi being feral for a point of her life, acting like an animal, eating like an animal, and mimicing an animal. But when she grew up, her family realized that it would be wrong to let her believe she was a cat and sent her to be raised among the Priests in the Temple of the Moon.
It was there that Emeraldi was reeducated out of her animal state. It took months, but when Emeraldi was able to act humanoid again, she began to learn the magics of Priesthood. When she asked why she could not learn Druidism, she was told that only Night Elves and Tauren could commune with Nature well enough to take such a path and that Humans were not allowed. She accepted that answer, though irritated, and continued to learn the magics of Priesthood. However, at the age of 12, her studies in Darnassus stopped as it was decided she would be sent to Stormwind to continue her studies, to be among her own people. So to Stormwind she was sent; a simple Hippogryph ride to Auberdine and then onto a boat that set sail for Stormwind Harbor.
When she got to Stormwind, even at a young age, Emeraldi could see how different it was from Darnassus. She was sent to the Cathedral of Light in the Church District of Stormwind and met up with the Priest trainers there who taught her different from what she was taught in the land of the Kal'Dorei. She learned that ultimate power was through the Light, that everyone depended on the Light ultimately. She was taught in the art of healing magics and magics that used light to smite her enemies. She did well in those, but she was then told of the third path, a path that a Priest had to exercise great caution on to follow. The Shadow path. This is where Emeraldi's troubles began.
When she began to train in the Shadow Path, an evil shadow spirit entered her body in order to start the corruption necessary to train. But unfortunately, Emeraldi's weak will caused the spirit to actually become a part of her and, though it allowed her to excel in the Shadow Arts, she was also doomed from that point on. Then she was fourteen and returned to Teldressil as some sort of ritual due to her heritage, having been raised in Darnassus, and was sent there with another Priest who wished to pay his respects to the Kal'Dorei for their services to the Alliance. After their prayers in the Temple of the Moon, however, a Druid, recognizing Emeraldi from the old days, called to Emeraldi to catch up on old tidings. This Druid was in Cat Form and it was then that Emeraldi began to realize her attraction as she found herself imagining forbidden things and stuttering around him.
Suddenly she said something akin to him looking very attractive. While the Druid blushed, the Priest who also heard, also being young, spread on this turn of events throughout the Cathedral of Light, which in turn spread throughout the Church District and then throughout the entire city. Emeraldi was expelled from the holy order because not only did she have lustful thoughts, but they were lustful thoughts about an animal. She was a monster, an abomination, and she ought to die. All of this plagued Emeraldi and she allowed herself to delve into the darkness of depression, despair, and damnation... straight into the evil spirit's hand. She returned glowing black and murdered everyone in the Cathedral of Light. No one knows where she went since then until she was seventeen and returned with the heads of thousands of Horde warriors to appologize for her crimes from years ago. Considering her services to the Alliance, King Varian punished her by forcing her to help in Outland and Northrend, where she would prove to only go stronger and stronger.
Nowadays her greatest companions, the only few that accept her for who she is, are the Death Knight Myushelle, her sister Enil'ulah, and the Ice Mage Lagunelle.
Other: Like Myushelle is my first lesbian, this would be my first controversial character, with her lusting for animals. I know this is fucked up and all, but it's more common on WoW RPing servers then you'd want it to be and, for story's sake and because I was bored, boom; that's how Emeraldi turned to be.
