Physical Description: A tall, slim figure completely buried by flowing, indigo robes. The robes wrap around him from head to toe, pooling out around his feet to even conceal them. Only his yellow, slit-pupiled eyes are visible through a narrow slit on the face, and his black, warped hands each owning four long, curled fingers.
Weapons: None
Abilities/Powers: Seeming control of the void.
Skills: Dimensional Island history, ancient prophecies, legends, myths, understanding of the void, and combination.
Personality: Insane. His moods change like the void, but he is most often calm and collected. Can become angry and assertive in the blink of an eye, but soon reverts to his normal mood. Aloof with everyone except Void, but shows a specific dislike towards humans/humanoids. Considers Void to be the one true divine and would give his life for it.
History: No one knows much at all about Cyclone. It is unknown whether he is a Dimensional Island native or a creature from another dimension. No one knows what he is or how old he is. The only thing known for certain is that Cyclone eventually fell into the void and, unable to escape, slowly slipped into madness. He eventually proclaimed himself to be the "Void Master," having an obviously close relationship with the void.
Sometime after this, it is guessed that he created Philantus out of pure boredom and loneliness (though he'll tell anyone it was Void's divine will). It is said that Cyclone created the boy by using the void's mystical energies and his own skills to combine numerous creatures that had also fallen into the void. A human boy, a snake, a goat, a dove, a bat, and a lion; a humanoid chimera of sorts. After that, nothing is known about what the pair did until the Rebirth began. Rumors and speculations have since abounded about Cyclone and Philantus alike, most of them false.
Still unable to leave the void, he remains there, watching over the Rebirth's progress and sending Philantus out to do the dirty work. It is rumored that recently, he has allowed others with the same goal to aide him with the Rebirth.
Other: Philantus is currently the only living being to have ever seen Cyclone, and no one has ever seen him without the robes.
