Physical Description: Bubbles is small in build; as a very young female she is flexible and skinny. She's not obligated to have many curves yet. Her blonde locks are tied into two ponytails on the sides of her head. Her eyes are a sparkling sky blue, preferably to match the dress she wears. Her clothing consists of a small sky blue dress (made to match her two sisters which are pink and green. They belong to Blossom and Buttercup respectively.) She, like her sisters as well, has a black stripe around the dress. She wears white socks and black shoes as well.
Weapons: None, really. She has her superpowers to rely on.
Abilities/Powers/Skills: Superpowers. There are many, including lazers from the eyes, the ability to fly, and others. She pretty much has the powers of her sisters (except a few that the other two got on their own.) She also has the ability to talk to animals and speak in every language.
Personality: Bubbles is "the joy and the laughter" of the Powerpuff Girls. She can be considered babyish, and she acts so as well. However, she can get very angered and aggressive when provoked. She is sensitive and believes all life has meaning; showing innocence. Again, she can get very cocky when provoked, so just watch out.
History: Bubbles, along with her two sisters, were created by sugar, spice, and everything nice with a spill of Chemical X. She got her name from her bubbly personality. She currently fights crime alongside her three sisters.
