Physical Description: (I’m just gonna describe her Lyoko outfit, considering that’s what she’ll be wearing here.)
Elane Thompson has dark brown (she’ll usually refer to them as “mud brown”) eyes and waist-length, dirty-blonde hair which is tied back into a single braid by a green ribbon. On top of her head rests a pair of brown goggles. She wears a short, green, kimono-like dress with yellow-gold floral designs and sash. She also wears a pair of black tights and green and yellow-gold flats on her feet. Her elbows are well-protected by green and yellow-gold (see how often these colors come up?) pads. A pair of green gloves and an electric blue chest plate (actually part of the quiver in which she carries her arrows) complete her outfit.
Weapons: Elane carries with her a large bow, used for shooting the arrows she keeps with her in the quiver on her back. Her arrows, unlike most normal ones, have bright blue tips that match the color of her chest plate and are each electrically charged to give her enemies a little extra damage.
Abilities/Powers: Elane is a master gymnast. Flexible and well-balanced, she enjoys walking on her hands rather than on her feet like “normal” people.

Personality: Brave and loyal (most of the time), Elane is a true friend through and through. She’ll do practically anything for the people she cares about, especially if lives are on the line. She’s a little wacky, though, and it’s quite possible that she took sarcasm as a second language.
History: One day, when she was twelve years old, Elane had a sort of nervous breakdown at her old school in New York City and left the school early, making a beeline for home where she called up her brother, Joey, who had been attending (yeah, some sort of college goes here. --‘). When her parents came home, surprised to find both of their children already there, they knew immediately that something was terribly wrong. Anderson School had seemed to turn against Elane entirely, the students now throwing trash and other assorted items at her as part of some twisted new game. At Elane’s request to move “as far away from that school as possible,” Mr. and Mrs. Tompson sent her away to a boarding school in France. There Elane met her best friend, Peyton Cooke, a young girl from Tennessee. She also met Ulrich Stern, Yumi Ishyama, Aelita Stones, Jeremy Belpois, William Dunbar, and Odd Della Robia, who introduced her and Peyton to the virtual world of Lyoko, where they were to fight an evil computer virus called XANA.
Sadly, on Elane’s very first trip to Lyoko, she was infected with an awful virus which, the next day, transformed her into a XANA minion along with the rebellious William Dunbar. For the next week, the two wreaked havoc on the school, at one point setting the science building on fire and attempting to blame Jeremy Belpois, the boy genius of the Lyoko gang, who later freed Elane from her enslavement, sacrificing his own freedom in the process. To this day, even though Jeremy is now back on the Lyoko team and unharmed, Elane can’t help but feel a terrible guilt for Jeremy’s sacrifice and vowed to never let any of her friends suffer a fate like that again. Her spirits were soon lifted, though, when Odd Della Robia asked Elane on a date to the movies one day by the soda machines. At first deeply embarrassed to even be seen with the school’s heartbreaker, Elane now couldn’t be happier to have met someone as kind and open-hearted as Odd.
Other: Yes, I know that her name is technically supposed to have an “I” in it, but that was a typo I made the first time I ever used this character and…well, the name just sort of stuck. 83
