Full Name: Lorraine Peyton Cooke
Nicknames: Now goes by Peyton instead of Lorraine. Call her Peyton if you do not want to be carved.
Age: 15
Height: 4'10"
Weight: Around 106 lbs.
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alliance: Good
Home: Originally from Adams, Tennesee but now resides at Kadic Academy in the outskirts of Paris, France.
Franchise: Code: Lyoko
Physical Description: Peyton has white blond hair, full bangs covering much of her face. Her eyes are a dark blue and almost always surrounded by eyeliner as she tends to think it makes them look more 'vibrant' and 'large', when they are unusually large in the first place.
She is very pale despite loving the outdoors and attempting to spend every waking moment of her life outside.
Her outfit on Lyoko appalled her the first time she was virtualized in it, as she believed it was too revealing for a girl that normally wore more clothing when she went swimming. She has since then warmed up to it and frequently finds herself wishing she could wear it all the time. [Which I suppose she will be on here?]
She wears an oversized beret looking hat that's main color is orange, the flap down at the bottom being black with a big brown button on it. Her shirt is sleeveless and abnormally puffy with a large black bow on the front, a ruffled color going around her neck. The shirt is a cropped top, showing off the majority of Peyton's stomach, which disgusted her at first, but now she quite likes it.
Now-- in her Lyoko form she has white laces on her sides, physically tying into her flesh. They expand to the large white bow that sits quite comfortably in her back.
Her skirt looks much like that of a maid's outfit but is fiery orange, trimmed in a black lace. A small black 'apron' looking thing lays on top of it with a large white bow tying in the front.
She wears thigh-high white socks with orange ties on the side and orange and white sneakers with a black silk ribbon for the laces.
Weapons: The only weapon Peyton possesses is a large scythe, similar to that of the Grim Reaper's. It's nearly six and a half feet in height, towering over Peyton herself. The weight of the weapon took a little while to get used to, but she manages it fine now.
Abilities/Powers: Peyton has the power of teleportation, in limit. If she uses her teleportation too much, her energy will be drained and she will be very limited in battle. Other than that, Peyton is very clumsy and tends to fall over things such as lady bugs and concrete, which doesn't exactly seem possible, but in Peyton's case, there is no limit to clumsiness.
Skills: She considers the fact that she can trip over anything and burn water in addition are two skills. Two skills that will never help her get anywhere but a fire station or the hospital, but two skills nonetheless.
In all seriousness [baha, that's fun to say] Peyton's singing voice is actually not all that horrible. She tends to sing wherever she goes, so it's heard often so it's good that it won't make your ears bleed like Miley Cyrus's or the Jonas Brothers.
Personality:
[I'mma list this in traits, just because.]
Temperamental - Peyton gets mad at the drop of a hat, so watch what you say. She has a long list of things that make her angry and a small one of things that make her happy. If she doesn't know you all that well, you're probably on her dislike list. So far the only people to make it to her 'like' list are Elane Thompson and William Dunbar [thought he is now crossed off].
Pessimistic - The glass is half empty. She tends to look at the bad in every situation nowadays, so she can be a bit of a downer.
Afraid of Commitment - Hehe, yeah. She's a tad afraid of being committed to anyone but herself and family right now, so she is a bit hard to get to know as she rarely opens up to anyone. Get past her exterior, though, and she'll be there for you.
Loyal - Even though she can be a bit hard to be around sometimes, she will always have a friend's back. If you want a high-five, she'll give you a high five. If you want a fist-bump, she'll just cover your hand with her high-five and say, "Paper covers rock," because she hates fist-bumps, though.
Hater - On herself, that is. She tends to rag on herself more than Perez Hilton rags on Mischa Barton and Amy Winehouse. She's positively convinced that no boy will ever go out with her or like her and that she's practically the most ugly person on the face of the planet. Horrible self-conscious, she has.
Hyper - Give her enough sugar and she'll turn into Jack Barakat. She's a crazy little girl and when she's hyped up, her shy-ness flies out the window and doesn't come back until she's crashed and made a fool of herself.
History: Peyton Cooke, originally born as Lorraine Cooke, grew up in Adams, Tennessee as a perfectly normal little girl. When Peyton turned ten years old she began having strange dreams of a parallel universe where an evil being attempted to take over the land while brave warriors attempted to protect the universe and it's princess. She told nobody until she turned 13 when she finally told her mom after three years of having the strange, recurring dreams. Her mother had looked shocked and told her to tell nobody and Peyton agreed, not knowing exactly why she should tell nobody.
Peyton, growing up in a small town where less than 500 people lived, didn't know her town still believed in witchcraft. Her mother feared of her daughter's dreams getting out and she being accused of being a witch and ultimately killed for it.
The secret was well kept until Peyton's 14th birthday neared and the dreams somehow got out.
Peyton and her family were immediately shunned and hushed whispers began furiously spreading through the small town. At first the only thing that happened were rumors being spread, but it soon escalated into citizens vandalizing the Cooke's property; graffiting things such as, "HOME OF A WITCH" and "WITCHBITCH", on the side of their home and car. Eggs flew at their house and toilet paper appeared in their trees.
The three leaders of their home quickly took Peyton and her family with them to the small town hall when nearly half the town appeared at the Cooke residence with torches and pitchforks screaming, "KILL HER! KILL THE WITCH!"
The leaders decided it would be absurd to put Peyton to death and instead collaborated with her parents and settled on sending her to a prestigious boarding school in the outskirts of Paris, France called Kadic Academy. She would enlist as Peyton Cooke, not Lorraine Cooke.
Peyton eagerly complied, wanting to get out of her home as soon as possible. She was sent to Kadic as soon as possible which was the next week.
When she was at Kadic she soon discovered her 'parallel universe' was correct and was shown Lyoko, accepted into the gang along with her new best friend, Elane Thompson.
There she also met William Dunbar, quickly falling for him. After his memory was wiped by the angry spectre that had once resided in his body, he forgot Peyton and she was majorly ticked off by this. When she found out that Yumi was the antidote she jumped to the conclusion that he liked her and pushed her silly crush to the back of her mind.
Mistake on Peyton's part.
Turned out he did like her back. But none of it matters anymore as William committed 'suicide' by jumping into the digital sea moments later.
Peyton's normally sunny mood vanished like that and she turned into the temperamental, pessimistic person she is now.
Other: Not much to say here, nope. (:
