Personality: Rolf is a immigrant with strange speech and customs. He comes from a curious Eastern European culture with odd customs, and has a thick accent to match. often refers to himself in third person, as well as being the son of a shepherd, in which he takes pride. He doesn't mind anyone unless they make a fool out of him or insult his culture, after which he is not afraid to use brute force.
History: Rolf formerly lived in a village somewhere in Eastern Europe until he moves to the Cul-Da-Sac. He was the leader of the Urban Rangers and always thinks the Eds are nincapoops or goodfornothings. Rolf confuses the rest of the kids to no end with his unusual customs and food-making. Then when he came to the world where other dimensions clash he is still the same only with minor changes when he meet Tails.
Other: Besides being a farmer. He takes a liking of two sacred creatures to Rolf and his people the Punis and the Kitsunes. He's also a talanted swordsman which rivals Sokka's and Cloud's swordsmanship. He has a great hatred towards the villians like Planktion and Bowser for example and show them no mercy.
