Physical Description (Human Form): Ramona is a slightly tall teenage girl with extremely dark black skin, somewhat hacked looking short hair (as if cut for convenience with no regards to style or presentability), and blue eyes. She is skinny with a small chest that looks as if it will remain so as she ages and a pinched in waist. Despite all this she's fairly well muscled.
Her outfit looks like a glorified prison uniform, although it's far too red to be the standard orange. Where the name should be is a blue tag with the letters "DNAP: Watson" written on it. The edges of the uniform are all lined in blue. She doesn't have shoes, although there are bruises on various veins around her body to indicate she's had tubes in her quite a bit.
Her expression is the least settling part about her. It's flat, unemotionless, almost dead if it weren't for the shine in her eyes. And nothing seems to be able to change it...
Physical Description (True Form): There are far too many, look at the images. Her default "forme" is the one actually shown in the image section.
Weapons: She doesn't carry any on her by default, but depending on how she is fighting at the moment, almost anything can become one.
Abilities/Powers (Human Form): Ramona is in truth the Pokemon Deoxys and has all the powers implied within, but most of those powers are not accesible to her in her human form - and she never has any memory of using them even while in it. She also has the ability to discard her human form to take her true form when the odds turn against her in a fight, but once again, she has no memory of this.
As Deoxys, she can fly and breathe/exist/live in outer space - neither powers are present to her in human form.
Skills: Ramona is an absolute monster in a fight. To those rare individuals who can stand up to her for more than about two seconds, she can be seen to have several different patterns in her fights. Her main method is balanced, but if you last against that for more than a few minutes she'll shift to one that takes advantage of what weaknesses you exhibit.
She has an extremely powerful and aggressive style, that favors quick and brutal attacks at the cost of defense and some speed.
She has an extremely defensive style, where she will win via attrition, outlasting attacks far more than most would expect her to be able to.
She has an extremely fast style, where she wears down the opponent by making them use all their energy before going in for a swift kill.
She can change between these styles at will, as would be expected, and will always attempt to fight in a way that puts her opponent(s) at the greatest disadvantage.
To contrast, these are... pretty much her only skills. Her solution to everything is to fight and kill, she doesn't seem capable of functioning in a normal social situation. She seems to be little more than an emotionless machine...
Personality: What personality? That would be how most people would describe Ramona. She seems to come across as little more than a killing machine. If you can get inside her head somehow and seek out the reasoning, you'll find it's extreme dedication to the purpose she has been set upon. She works for someone or something, and considers it her only purpose in life. She is quite comfortable in this knowledge and seems impossible to phase out of it.
She was quite curious before the events in her history that lead to where she is now, what with the brainwashing and such. Fun loving and optimistic, open to infinite new ideas. That personality might stil be there... somewhere.
History (True Form): Deoxys existed as one of the gods of a world forgotten due to the reconstruction of the entire universe. Well over 10 billion years ago, the universe existed in its previous incarnation. There a miscalculation of programming lead to a glitch which lead to a virus which would gain sentience, escape the confines of virtual space, and nearly delete reality. The efforts of the gods of the world and the seventeen chosen representatives of humanity would seal it away, but the time traveling entity known as Celebi and the entity of time itself known as Dialga warned it would not be infinite. And so the universe was collapsed in on itself to await the day when the one who could save the world from the threat of the virus would be born.
...and yet the virus vanished from reality before the prophecy could come true. The god of time had not awakened, and the god of time travel could not find him in the near future. Arceus managed to stint the recovery of Pokemon into the world, and those destined to stop it would die, taking the secret of their precious partners to their grave - it would never be remembered within history due to the efforts of those few humans who knew and the few awakened legends.
With Arceus' help, it was set that the Legends would resurface every generation. Children with no known parents, adopted with records lost or lied about. Ramona was found in the current generation... the one that would herald the virus' return, but in a form no one could expect.
History (Human Form): Ramona was born before the Unification War began, but even without events later in her life she would not have many if any memories of it, for when she was four she and her parents became refugees in a war zone, hopping around many places. When the war settled down, her father was dead as a result of it and her mother and her were settling down on an outer planet.
And that's where things went badly. See, Reaver attacks were not unheard of on the outer planets. And they hit where Ramona and her mother were staying when Ramona was eight. And well... everyone not a Reaver survived. For about a week. And then everyone forgot that little colony had ever existed on that planet - Everyone had died in a Reaver attack, after all.
In truth, some men had shown up and stolen Ramona away. Based on rumors of this alien creature that had destroyed the Reavers and of an amnesiac child who had stumbled back home with no idea about anything past the start of the attack. Ramona had taken her true form to protect those she loved, but the division of her true self and her human guise meant that she couldn't remember it.
What happened to Ramona after she was taken away by "The Operative" was nothing short of torture to make her remember what had happened, and then brainwashing to put them and her powers under their control. As an even worse side effect, this brainwashing managed to wipe the memory -of both of her forms-. As such Deoxys is in all entirely Ramona with extra powers - it does not remember its purpose or how wrong things have played out at the hands of the Operative.
Due to her limited weapon-like skill set, she is kept in stasis when she is not needed in battle. This basically amounts to putting her in a tube with wires attached to her. She is only woken when she is needed for whatever purpose not her own that the Operative have convinced her is her only position in life - to fight and kill.
