Physical Description: Badness has messy, brown hair and brown eyes. He normally wears a black t-shirt and jeans, though he often changes his outfit to suit what he's doing (IE, a suit of armor, Cowboy gear, labcoat, black robe)
Weapons: Badness is a genius inventor and has several inventions, such as the Face-Twister 999 (An egg beater), Laser-Death Glasses, the Mach 666, and the Killtron 7 Billion
Abilities/Powers: Badness is extremely brilliant and is able to create advanced technology ahead of his time. He has dabbled in the mysitc arts occasionaly, but mostly regards it as a waste of time. He has above-average fighting skills, though he prefers to use his ridiculously violent inventions.
Skills: Badness is able to hotwire any vehicle
Personality: Badness is pure evil, often committing crimes for crimes' sake. He has no reason for being evil, though all of his ancestors and descendants who share the same name seem just as evil. He has only one good friend, the aptly-named Psycho. He has an intense dislike for super-heroes or anyone who gets in his way, and an even greater dislike for most other villains. The only exception to his hatred of heroes seems to be the female vigilante named Poison, whom he has romantic feelings for and has, on several attempts, tried to 'convert' to evil. He enjoys it when people call him by his last name. Badness tends to use long words nobody can understand.
History: There have been many people named Maxwell Badness throughout the ages. This incarnation lived in the twenty-firsty century, residing in a small house in the crime-ridden Triangle City. His first action in life was to bite the doctor who delivered him and pee on his father. As Badness grew up, he developed a desire to rule the world.
Unfortunately, with super-heroes everywhere, it seemed Badness would have to work hard to get what he wanted. But, with his brilliance and the assistance of his allies, it does look like he has a good chance...
