Minato seemed a little bit shocked as well. This was some amazing stuff.
Issun had really expected something involving cards. Even though he had heard something about summoning, he hadn't really gotten what that meant until Kaiba summoned his Familiar Knight. He started hopping around excitedly.
"W-Woah! H-He summoned a guy! With a card! So it really is like Rao's priestess slips! Oh man this is so awesome! Man, I'm so glad I didn't stay with Ammy now! I wish she could be here! I'm gonna have to tell her all about this and.." He continued rambling on, fanboying just as much as their resident otaku was.
Atsuro had never actually seen any holograms like this except at some sciencey things and one singing program concert. The only duels he'd seen had been tabletop ones. So to finally see a duel, a real duel, like it had been played on the show, was awesome to him.

Kaiba smirked at Yuugi's face down cards. Anyone that looked at him realized way more was going on in his head than that mere smirk could indicate. He pointed forward with his free hand in a sweeping motion, pointing at the last card Yuugi had set on the "field" as it were.
"Familiar Knight, attack the face down monster!"
At Kaiba's command, the armored man ran forward towards the card, it's shield to the side and its sword held forward. In a real battle it would be wide open for an attack and broadcasting its moves painfully. It leapt into the air and brought its sword point down towards the card.
The targetted card vanished in a flurry of what seemed to be sparkles before quickly reforming upright with the monster Big Shield Gaurdna on top of it. The muscled man quickly lifted the shield up, and the sword hit it, followed by Familiar Knight kicking off of the shield and flying back to Kaiba's side of the field, taking the same aggressive stance he'd held after being summoned. Kaiba snorted as the monster landed.
"Turn End!" he shouted out, "Playing the defensive game like a coward, are we? And you consider yourself worthy of facing me like Atem?"
Yuugi didn't acknowledge Kaiba's taunt, and anyone that looked at Atem at this point would see a hint of a smirk on his face over it. Instead, Yuugi reached to his deck and pulled out another card. He looked at it, before placing it among his other cards. He lifted a card to the far left of his cards and held it between his pointer and middle fingers. With his middle and ring finger, he pulled up Guardna's card.
"I summon Black Magician Girl!" Yuugi shouted. Big Shield Guardna vanished in a flurry of sparkles and suddenly a pink magic circle appeared where he'd been. It shimmered for a moment before Black Magician Girl rose out from it with a twirl. She struck a pose and blew a kiss towards Familiar Knight. Kaiba frowned at the theatrics.
Yuugi pointed an open hand towards one of the cards he had set, and it flipped open. The graphic and text depicting the Sage's Stone card. The stone depicted on it seemed to shoot up and towards Black Magician Girl, who at first reacted with what appeared to be surprise.
"I use Sage's Stone to Special Summon Black Magician!" Yuugi shouted out. Black Magician Girl giggled and raised the stone into the air, and it vanished into light and shot towards her side, where it formed the shape of Black Magician as Yuugi quickly pulled the card from his deck and placed it next to her card on his Duel Disk. Black Magician materialized and took an aggressive stance, floating above the air next to Black Magician Girl.
Yuugi paused after he summoned his own monsters, giving a nervous glance towards Kaiba's too set cards. The taller teenager smirked at the hesitation. Yuugi shook his head and pointed at Kaiba's Familiar Knight.
"I'll use Black Magician Girl to attack your Familiar Knight!" Yuugi ordered.

Atsuro watched the duel at hand with great interest. Everything about this was just fascinating to him. He was glad he'd gotten to see advanced holograms like this before he died.
About the time Yuugi summoned Black Magician Girl, Atsuro looked away from the group to talk to Sugoroku. It was then that Atsuro saw a familiar head of blue hair standing in the crowd.
He was standing a ways away from the group, a few yards to their left. It didn't seem that he noticed Atsuro's presence there. Despite this, Atsuro found himself backing behind Sugoroku. He didn't say anything, but his face had a trapped expression once more.

Black Magician Girl gave a giggle and a nod and lifted her wand above her head. Yuugi hadn't changed his pose from before. As a black circle of energy formed at her wand, he let out a confident shout.
"Black Burning!"
With a twirl with literal pink sparkles coming off of the female magician, the orb of black energy came off her wand and shot towards Kaiba's monster. The orb hit with full force, blowing wind backwards that rustled Kaiba's outfit around and shattering Familiar Knight into shards of holograms similar to glass. Kaiba took the card off his Disk and lifted it up, holding it so that the image side was facing Yuugi. The smirk finally hit.
"The effect of Familiar Knight allows me to Special Summon one Level 4 monster from my hand!" Kaiba shouted. He placed the card in a slot of the side of his disk, causing it to vanish inside it, and with one sweep of motion placed another card in Familiar Knight's former position.
"I summon Lord of Dragon!"
In the position Familar Knight had previously been keeping, a man clad in armor more than a bit reminiscent of a dragon's bones materialized. He took an aggressive stance, and Yuugi's eyes narrowed at it. He knew that card... It was more than a little likley that Kaiba had something set up. His eyes flicked over to Kaiba's set cards and he frowned.
Kaiba-kun has to know that Black Magician could attack his Lord of Dragon, so I don't think he would have summoned it without some kind of shield set up. Not for a card that important to summoning his Blue Eyes, White Dragon. It's not impossible he summoned it to put up a shield against Black Magician, but that doesn't seem like something Kaiba-kun would do... he generally doesn't play defensively like that.
Yuugi looked down at his cards, I've got something to respond to that trap he probably has set, but I don't know if I should use it so early. Kaiba-kun has always been really good about planning ahead. Atem can think far enough ahead to outplay him, but can I...? If I lose he'll never respect me, right?
"Yuugi, what's wrong?" Anzu cupped her mouth and shouted towards the two Duelists, "We know you can do it! Jounouchi-kun, Honda-kun, everyone, come on! We've gotta cheer Yuugi on!"
Atem had a stoic expression, "I'm pretty sure he's got options, but... I think he's doubting himself..."
"Well then say something to him," Jounouchi said towards Atem, "Oi, Yuugi! Beat that Kaiba's ass down! You can do it!"
"The audience can keep their thoughts to themselves!" Kaiba barked towards the crowd of Yuugi's friends to the side, "If he can't win without using you for support, he remains a coward who can't fight his own battles!"
There was a bit of dissention from the crowd at Kaiba's latest comment, though. Then again, there were several cheers as well. It seemed that there were members of the audience that agreed with both sides of the argument. A few phrases of "godmoding", "lucky bastard", and "friendship speech" seemed to permeate above the rest.
Sugoroku had turned towards Atsuro with a questioning look as the teenager seemed about ready to ask a question, but he'd ducked behind him right before speaking. The old man frowned at the reaction and looked to the side. While his eyes did pass over Abel's group, they didn't rest on them. He didn't know the situation, after all. He frowned to himself and pointed towards Yuugi and Kaiba.
"You're a fan, right?"
----------
Seth was standing a bit back from Abel, which is what had allowed Atsuro to notice the King and not the Prince. However, unlike Abel who was apparently far more focused on the Duel, Seth had caught the movement out of the corner of his eye. He turned his head just as Atsuro was ducking behind Sugoroku, and he quickly turned it away, a slight frown pulling at his lips and a look of fought sadness on his face. Hopefully Abel hadn't seen him turn.
He had more important things to worry about than Atsuro, after all. He was still unsure how he could convince Abel to let Hitoshura go. There was possibly something that could be done in conjunction with the demifiend, but....
...but that would involve working with him and communicating with him. Getting that past Abel... and especially Cain... would not be easy, if possible at all.

Atsuro wasn't quite sure how to answer that question without coming off as overly creepy. By now he'd learned it wasn't the best idea to go around spewing canon details like he knew everything. So instead, he just said, "I'm a bit of a fan. I've never been very good at the game, though."
--------------
Abel was remaining rather focused on the duel at hand. He was allowing himself to relax; he doubted he'd run into Hitoshura in this crowd, and even if he did, there was no point in attacking him here. He didn't want to piss off the goddess running the shrine, after all.
He didn't really have a clue what the rules to this game were, though. Atsuro would probably have a better idea if he were here, but...

Sugoroku gave a wide grin, and would appear to most to have completely missed Atsuro's anxiety, "Well, that's all you need, right? I'm pretty good at tea-" "Don't do it!" Jounouchi suddenly cut in. Sugoroku turned to him and Jounouchi paled, "Th-that is... it's... it's kinda brutal..." "And who placed eighth in the regional tournament with my help?" "I didn't mean it like that old man!" Jounouchi said. His expression than turned serious and he turned back towards the Duel before looking at Atem, "You should say something man! I mean you-" "Partner has it under control," Atem cut him off. He didn't turn towards Jounouchi though, instead looking towards Yuugi. Come on, Partner, I know you can do this... Kaiba does too, even if he won't admit it to himself.---------- Yuugi frowned and looked at the one card that remained set inside his Duel Disk. He couldn't just play defensively here, Atem wouldn't. He looked up towards Kaiba and shouted out a command. "I'll use Black Magician to attack your Lord of Dragons!" Yuugi threw out his hand in a pose that would be familiar to fans of "his other self" and let out a shout as Black Magician mimicked his own pose, "Black Magic!" Kaiba smirked to himself. Whether he'd made the choice himself or fallen for his taunts was besides the point. He through out a hand in response and one of his set cards flipped over at his shout. "I activate Dimensional Imprisonment due to your attack! It removes from play the at-" "I activate Seven Tools of the Bandit!" Kaiba's mouth hung open, and there was a brief moment of surprise before his expression flashed to anger. The hologram of Kaiba's trap card shattered like glass and Yuugi lowered his hand. "Seven Tools of the Bandit destroys the activation of any Trap Card at the cost of 1000 life points!" Yuugi said. He seemed focused on the Duel again, and Atem had a smirk on his face from the sidelines. Black Magician took its previous pose before the attack, and Yuugi took a deep breath, "Turn End!" Kaiba drew a card and and his glare faded to a smirk. A bit of intended misdirection had turned to an even greater favor. He placed the recently drawn card down on his Duel Disk and in a shower of light a glowing white semi-transparent stone resembling an egg appeared on the field. "I play White of Legend!" Kaiba shouted. He then held an open palm towards his remaining set card, and it twirled over with a shout, "And I apply Attack Guidance Armor to it!" At Kaiba's words a series of metal shards shot up from his activated trap card. They shot towards the egg-like monster and assembled around it, creating a sort of shell where only parts of the recently summoned monster were visible. Black Magician and Black Magician Girl both turned their heads towards the recently equipped monster, keeping their poses despite their new focus. Kaiba looked up at Yuugi with a confident expression. Meanwhile, Yuugi had a worried and puzzled look on his face. He shook it off quickly. He didn't know the card, but he didn't know every card ever. It worried him that he didn't know the effects of the card Kaiba had just played, but given the Attack and Defense shown, it was likely Kaiba had a combo set up with what he had equipped to it... "Turn End!" Kaiba shouted. ---------- Cain was working his way through the crowd, ignoring it for the most part. No one seemed to be discussing anything worth note - the Duel, little more. He was making his way towards the stragglers, the few people not watching the Duel, when a head of black hair caught his eye. He almost tripped over his own feet, a reaction that would have shocked almost anyone who knew him, but he caught himself on a nearby tree, shook his head, and moved on. He should have known he'd be showing up. A bigger surprise was that Abel hadn't sensed the god of mischief... (OOC: The one card I don't think you'll know is White of Legend, here's a link: yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/The_White_Stone_of_Legend )

Training? Well, that sounded like it could be--
Atsuro blinked in surprise as Jounouchi suddenly cut in. Why was he so freaked out all of the...
...Oooh. Riiight.
"Th-That's okay, I think I'm fine just as a hobbyist," Atsuro said quickly. "I mean, I've always kind of liked watching duels more than playing. Though I'm sure playing would be it's own challenge."

(OOC: First of all - I FIGURED OUT THE REST OF THE DUEL. Second I HAVE NO BRAIN. We are going to magically pretend that Kaiba set a trap card at the end of his last turn there because otherwise Yuugi could lolwin right now and THAT ISN'T DRAMATIC (I checked the Life Point values again). Okay? OKAY.)
Sugoroku gave him a smile and a shrug, and looked back towards the duel just as Kaiba was playing his latest monster card. He winced a bit, "He's trying to bring out that Blue Eyes of his isn't he? That's a really new card, too."
He seemed to be deep in thought, but he came right out of it for some reason and looked at Atsuro, "You know that card, then? The one Kaiba just summoned?"
Atem's eyes had narrowed. He didn't know the card anymore than Yuugi did. But between the name and Kaiba's expressions, he could make a few guesses. He didn't appear to hear Sugoroku's question. Really, anyone that looked at him would likely realize he had nothing but Yuugi in his focus.
Yuugi frowns to himself, looking over at Kaiba's side of the field. With Lord of Dragons set and something as suspicious as such a low attack monster in attack position, Kaiba probably has both his Dragon Calling Flute card ready and at least one Blue Eyes, White Dragon. He's pretty sure that the card also has some connection to it as well. He looks at the card he just drew and slid it into one of the slots in his Duel Disk.
With where his Life Points are at, I could attack him with Black Magician and win the Duel. He has to know that. Which means that his set card has to be a trap of some sort that is probably designed to destroy Black Magician, Yuugi looked over towards White of Stone again, But I'm worried about attacking with Black Magician Girl. Even if Black Magician is destroyed, she'd get a boost from it. I've got to go forward with it... Atem would, right?
Yuugi throw his arm forward towards where Black Magician was floating. He spread his palm and gave a shout, "I'll attack your White of Stone with Black Magician! Black Magic!!"
Black Magician gave a "hiya!" and leapt into the air, angling its hand downwards so that it mimicked Yuugi's pose. A purple and black force exploded from its hand as it used the attack. Kaiba smirked at the action and through his own hand forward.
"I activate Change Destiny!" Kaiba shouted. Suddenly two doors appeared under where Black Magician had leapt. He was standing in the center of them. One was red and one was blue, but they both looked almost like they were melting, "Change Destiny allows me to negate an attack and choose one of two effects while forcing your Black Magician into Defense position for as long as its on the field! I choose to gain Life Points equal to half its Attack!"
The blue door swung open with an eerie creak, and Black Magician dropped back down from his leap into it. He fell into a kneeling position where he'd jumped from originally, his staff held in front of him as if to block attacks. A swirl of sparkles lined the edge of the door, which shot towards Kaiba, raising his Life Points up. Both doors vanished from sight. Yuugi frowned. He couldn't defeat Kaiba this turn, but he could stil attack...
"Black Magician Girl will attack then! Black Burning!"
The familiar motion of Black Magician Girl jumping up and sending out an orb of energy with a spin around occurred, and the orb connected to White of Stone with no resistance. The armor shattered first, and then the egg faded into light. Kaiba pulled his deck out of its slot and dug through it, eventually pulling out a card. Yuugi's suspiciouns were confirmed as he spun it around.
"White of Stone allows me to search my deck for one Blue Eyes, White Dragon!"
Yuugi frowned. It was the only one he had, right...? Still, if the other card was what he thought it was... he shook his head, "Turn End!"
----------
"Damn!" Jounouchi shouted as Kaiba revealed his Blue Eyes, "I could have sworn Yuugi had him there! He was on the defensive and everything!"
"Kaiba can't get full effect out of those cards, though," Atem pointed out. He looked over to the card Yuugi had set, "And I'm sure Partner knows that one of the cards in his hand almost has to be Dragon Calling Flute. He'd have to draw another Blue Eyes for it to not be a near waste. ALthough he needs to set something up... "
"I'd be worried though," Sugoroku said, looking towards Atem. The former Pharaoh's eyes widened and he turned a glare towards the old man. Sugoroku gave him an unintimidated flat look in response, "I'm not saying Yuugi can't handle it, but those cards respond to Kaiba."
Sugoroku gave a shrug, "I still may not approve of how he Duels, but those remaining three Blue Eyes really seem to respond to him. The same way Black Magician responds to you and Yuugi."
Atem grimaced and turned away, seeming almost bothered by SUgoroku's statement. And he was. Sugoroku had no idea how right he was... after all, Set had pretty much gone nuts over Kisara's death... and Blue Eyes did represent her soul. He frowned and continued to watch the Duel unfold.
----------
It had taken her forever to get out of the house! Her parents had been so much worse than usual since that attack by that demon. And she couldn't say she blamed him, but when she'd heard that Seto was duelling she had to come, right? She was picking her way through the crowd, but it was so tight she was beginning to wonder if she was ever going to get there in time to watch! She was actually a bit into this game... she wanted to see how Seto duelled.
"Miss?"
Kisa whirled around towards the masculine voice, some man with an odd taste in clothes. Her breath caught for a moment, for some reason this man set her on... edge. Still, there was no reason to be rude. She gave a quick bow, "I am very sorry, but I don't have time to-"
"Are you trying to get to the Duel?"
Kisa jerked her head up, "Oh, y-yes... but..."
She didn't have too much time to object before the man was attempting to slip his arm through hers. Her eyes widened and she pushed him away, giving him a glare, "There's no need to do that!"
"Well, aren't you feisty?" the man smirked.
----------
Cain had been about to move on when he heard a girl shout. He scowled and looked towards the side. Surprise surprise, the man was harassing someone yet again. Cain paused in his thoughts though. He was pretty sure she was familiar... and it had to do with something Atsuro had been into when he was younger. Giving the types of people his brother hung out with now? It was worth observing.

Atsuro frowned at the card Sugoroku had pointed out. That was a really new card. "Yeah, when it's sent to the graveyard you can put a Blue-Eyes in your hand from your deck." He doubted Yuugi would know that card. Kaiba probably knew that, too.
Atsuro gave a nervous glance over toward Sugoroku as he mentioned how the Blue-Eyes responded to Kaiba. He didn't know the half of it...
Minato, who had been watching the duel silently until now, heard a rumbling noise from somewhere, and after a moment realized it was his stomach. He hadn't eaten anything since that morning.
"I'm going to go get some food," Minato said to Ryoji before walking off.

Jounouchi groaned, "So that's why he's being so reckless with the Life Points! He's trying to get out Blue Eyes faster!"
Anzu looked towards Sugoroku and Atsuro as the had their exchange, "But Yuugi can definitely do it! He fought Dark Bakura all by himself, I just know he can take on Kaiba-kun!"
Ryoji looked over towards Minato as he spoke. He gave a weak smile at Minato's words and nodded, turning back towards the Duel. It really was amazing, if he didn't know any better he'd have called it people summoning Persona. And these were holograms? He seemed to be relaxing a bit from earlier, the Duel having successfully distracted his mind from Souji's situation.
Teddie didn't even so much as hear Minato. His eyes were glued to the Duel. Honda had taken to leaning against a tree, a slight smile on his lips as Yuugi turned the situation around. Yuugi would definitely win.
----------
Kaiba didn't seem at all bothered by the direction the Duel was going when he drew another card. He gave a somewhat sadistic smirk as he looked at the card he'd drawn. Yuugi frowned, knowing exactly the three cards in his hand now. He kept his gaze fixed straight ahead - if he was right, he could at least delay Kaiba's actions. Kaiba drew a single card from the far left of his hand.
"I play Dragon Calling Flute!" Kaiba declared, "This-"
"I activate Magic Jammer!"
Kaiba's eyes widened as Yuugi held out his hand towards the card he'd set during his last turn. The card flipped over and vanished into sparkles, revealing a waving green circle with runes lining it. A red six pointed star was in the middle, and purple smoke shot up from the center as Yuugi described the effect of the card.
"Magic Jammer negates the activation of your Dragon Calling Flute and sends it to the graveyard!" Yuugi announced. He let out a sigh of relief and lowered his hand as the mist shot towards the flute that had appeared in Lord of Dragons' hand and destroyed it.
Kaiba had an extremely nasty glare on his face over the movement. He glanced towards Atem for a moment, who returned with a smirk, and returned his focus to his cards.
"Turn End!" he announced.
----------
Kisa gave a suspicious look towards the strange man, but he didn't advance for her again. He was giving a smile at her, but it wasn't so much creepy as... amused? She shook her head.
"Would you please excuse me, then?"
"I can help you get to the other side of the Shrine if you're trying to get to the Duel," the man smiled. When Kisa opened her mouth to object he gave a shrug, "My apologies for earlier? I was just trying to help guide you."
Kisa frowned, "I wouldn't object to someone helping me get there... but please do not do something of that sort again! I do not know you!"

Atsuro gave an excited laugh at Yuugi's counter. "Kaiba's gonna have to start taking him seriously now. He definitely wasn't taking him seriously with how he was just throwing around his life points before, but now.. ooh, this is getting intense!"
At the very least, Atsuro seemed excited.
-------------------
The way the festival had been arranged meant that the duel was on the opposite end of the shrine from the food stalls, meaning Minato had to go toward the entrance to find any food. Just as he was going to stand in line for a stall, he saw someone familiar standing with someone unfamiliar. Intrigued, Minato headed toward her. Whoever the man was, he was making her rather uncomfortable.
"Is everything alright?" Minato asked.

Yuugi drew another card as Kaiba ended his turn. He looked focused if a little bothered. Kaiba wasn't really getting the point behind this all, was he? He could still feel the other teenager's disrespect... he looked at the cards in his hand and frowned. Low level monsters, one that would take two Sacrifices to summon, and a spell card he couldn't do anything with. Black Magician was incapable of attacking due to Change Destiny, but he didn't have any other trap set. He had to prevent Kaiba from recovering that spell card.
He threw his hand forward, "I use Black Magician Girl to attack your Lord of Dragons! Black Burning!"
Black Magician Girl lifted her staff above her head and pink and black energy began gathering on the end of it. She jerked the staff down with both hands, causing enough force to raise her up in the air a bit... and actually reveal the area under her skirts to anyone paying attention to that sort of thing. The orb of black energy fired off from her staff and smashed into Lord of Dragons, shattering it like glass. Kaiba showed his displeasure at the turn of events with an exaggerated frown.
"Turn End!" Yuugi said. Atem raised his eyebrow over the number of cards in Yuugi's hand. Was he not playing something on purpose?
----------
Kisa jumped a bit at the voice and then turned in surprise, "A-Arisato-san! What are you doing here?"
The man dressed in the odd suit raised his eyebrow at Minato's presence. He tilted his head a bit and then gave an amused smile to himself. He took a few steps forward Minato, given there was a fair distance between them. Kisa frowned at the advancement and looked towards Minato as if concerned for his safety. The man leaned forward towards Minato.
"Almost mistook you for someone I know there," he said. He nodded a head towards Kisa, "She your girlfriend?"
----------
Kaiba drew a card with a bit less flare than before, although it wasn't as if he was lacking in it. He flipped the card over after drawing it and his entire body language changed. He smirked and looked up towards Yuugi. Jounouchi, who had been agreeing with Atsuro's assessment of the situation, paused and looked at Kaiba. He seemed annoyed.
"He's up to something..."
Yuugi had a stern expression in his eyes as well, thinking the same think Jounouchi had stated. Kaiba put the card he had just drawn between his fingers and quickly slid it into the slots for his spell and trap cards. He looked up as a large aged scroll materalized in front of him and slid open, revealing the image of a dragon and a bunch of hieroglyphics.
"I play Ancient Rule!" Kaiba said. He didn't sound anywhere near unconfident now, "It allows me to Special Summon one Level 5 or higher monster from my hand!"
Yuugi's eyes widened. Anzu looked over to Atem as he scowled. Jounouchi winced and Honda hissed. It didn't take her too long to figure out what the issuee was. She put her hands on her mouth. Ryoji looked towards Teddie with a confused expression, but it was pretty clear neither of them had any idea what was going on. Sugoroku crossed his arms and nodded to himself.
Kaiba slowly revealed one of the two cards remaining in his hand. It's identity was a surprise to no one...

Atsuro gave a sympathetic hiss when he saw the card Kaiba had played. He knew what was coming when he heard the card's effect.
"That's one of three..." Atsuro remarked upon the dragon's appearance.
"Hey, that's that same dragon from before!" Issun said. He turned toward Atsuro. "And this guy's got three of them?" Atsuro nodded grimly.
-----------------
Minato felt a chill roll down his spine. Something felt off abut this man, but he couldn't pinpoint just what. He looked toward Kisa, deciding to ignore the man for the moment. "I came to see the duel."
He turned toward the man as he implicated that he was her boyfriend. "...No, she's just a friend."

After revealing the card to everyone, Kaiba set it on top of his Duel Disk. In a flash of light and a few sparkles, Blue Eyes White Dragon flew up up from the ground, giving its wings a powerful flap or two to rest in front of Kaiba, somewhat dwarfing him. There were some cheers and hoots from the crowd over the arrival of one of Kaiba's dragons. He pointed at Yuugi's Black Magician Girl.
"Destructive Burst Stream!"
Blue Eyes opened its mouth wide and an orb of light gathered just in front of it. Moments later the enormous amount of energy shot out, it's brightness enough to force some of the closer crowd members to have to look away. It crashed into a startled looking Black Magician Girl, who had thrown up her staff as a sort of desperate shield, and engulfed her in light. There was the sound of an explosion and the supposed force exploded outwards as Black Magician Girl shattered.
The dust cleared and there was no damage to the ground or even falling dust. Yuugi pulled Black Magician's Girl from the top of his Disk and deposited her in the grave yard, grimacing. Kaiba smirked as he lowered his hand.
"Consider yourself on footing with that losing dog!" Kaiba barked, "At least you can fight your own battles when you have to!"
----------
Kisa's face distorted into something a bit like anger or hurt feelings as the strange man asked Minato if she was his girlfriend. She gave an apologetic smile in his direction as he had to explain to the man that they weren't seeing each other when the words dawned on her. The smile became a bit more gentle and grateful at him calling her a friend. The man seemed confused for a moment.
"So she's available then?"
"I am not available!" Kisa said, "And my father would have your head if he knew you were hitting on me! Arisato-san, do you know a way to get to the main area then?"

Minato found himself just staring at the situation at hand. This guy was rather obnoxious... He was definitely hitting on Kisa, which she obviously didn't like. The man was still disturbing him as well, and he wasn't quite sure why.
"I do," Minato said with a nod. "It's back that way. Do you want me to lead you there?"
