Physical Description: Ellie is a red haired, bespectacled girl. On her head, she has a canary who rides there, but will get easily knocked off if she’s not careful. For clothes, she wears a brown sweatshirt with cat arms for sleeves and “calico” print pants. (She designed them herself after one too many BlazBlue matches with Taokaka)
Weapons: Cat’s Claws (Three blades attached to her sleeves)
Abilities/Powers: Ellie doesn’t have any powers herself, but Canary, the canary on her head, can detect people’s “auras” and can detect evil.
Skills: Sewing and Mortal Kombat (She learned her fighting skills from playing video games)
Personality: Ellie is obsessed with video games, and often bases a lot of her decisions on video game logic. That’s not to say that she’s completely detached from reality, it’s just that she has a habit of hanging onto things for a long time, beating people up to make her point, and using anything as a weapon. She really cares for the bird on her head, and just to make sure he doesn’t fall off, fights in a style that always keeps her head balanced, but makes the rest of her look like a drunken master.
History: Ellie was a normal, video game obsessed kid for most of her life, up until the day she turned 12 and her parents got her a canary for her birthday. Around that time, the government decided that they were going to start a canary extermination project for a random reason that Ellie didn’t find out until later. Ellie refused to give up her canary, so the government decided that they were going to take it by force… and she used all of the things she had learned from playing video games to her advantage by using whatever she could find as a weapon and beating the crap out of anyone who tried to take her down. Eventually, she discovered why the government wanted her canary; or at least part of the reason: It could detect evil, specifically, dopplegangers who had replaced several members of the government, and in order to remain in control, wanted all canaries dead so they weren’t found out. After a while, though, Ellie found herself outnumbered, and had to be rescued by the resistance group. It turned out they all had canaries, and had been searching for her for a while once the army was ordered to kill her on sight.
Other: She’s actually an alternate dimension version of Treetune, meaning that if they ever come in contact with each other, bad stuff will happen. Granted, Ellie causes enough problems on her own as is. Also, Canary, the canary, has clipped wings so he can’t fly away, which is why Ellie takes special care to make sure he doesn’t fall off her head, because she’s pretty sure he wouldn’t survive the fall.
