Physical Description
Franky is the third creation by a certain salamander-like scientist (or at least, his decendants) to be named "Franky Stein." As a result, she shares many things in common with her mother/grandmother: A completely average looking body from the feet to the head, with freakishly huge hands that are about as big as her whole body- She was, however, specifically made for combat, so her features vary from her predeccessors. Her entire arms are larger than usual, not just her hands, her stitching is very scarce, and she's capable of speaking very, VERY fluent english. Her long, wavy hair is a shade of grey, as is the rest of her body. Her eyes are dangerously red, and always seem to be in an angry expression. Her muscles are extremely toned and backed up by bits of mechanic material in her body. She has two huge bolts inserted into her shoulders, and a Voltmeter on her chest similar to the first Franky's. As a woman, she is, of course, attractive (if you're interested in super muscley women), having everything needed. She wears a custom made camoflouge jacket (sleeveless, insolated, and very stretchy), a black tank top inside of it (also insolated), green militant style shorts (insolated), and thick army boots. Oh, she also has a mechanical hand on each arm.
Weapons
DID YOU NOT READ THE DESCRIPTION?! SHE IS A WEAPON!!! (ahem) But her mechanical hands can easily change into a pair of electric cannons. She can also adjust her hands to use thunderous punches, and, though they aren't really weapons, four, small, yet long tendrils attached to each wrist, used to grab things in her pockets, or to shake hands with smaller people.
Abilities/Powers
Her physical being was made the same way her predescessors were- with a lot of electric magic. She can use mass amounts of electricity at will, and is immune to electric blasts herself. She can discharge a large electric/magnetic blast at will, using violet electricity. The berserker glitch in the previous Franky's were fixxed with her, and was exchanged for her mechanical hands, whose electrical blasts are powered by electric magic, but are magic free themselves. She's also nigh invulnerable to most attacks, and the muscles are in her legs as well, effectively making her a lightning bruiser. She also retains the first Franky's magnetic movement ability, doing so with a built in feature in her fingers.
Skills
She doesn't seem it, but she's a very talented singer, able to use all of her stored up emotions to create a very, very relaxing, loving voice. She also makes a good gaurd, her only weakness being electric proof enemies, though they still don't last very long.
Personality
She's in constant frown around everyone, her angry eyes creating the illusion that she's a cruel person. And she is. But to anyone who knows her, or anyone she knows, she's a very sweet, caring individual, smiling, lughing, loving everyone. She probably acts angry because everyone runs in fear of her.
History
She was envented as a way to assist in times of war, or oppression. Using her teenaged mother as a model, and her child-like grandmother's various DNA for reference, they effectively managed to create multiple fully grown, yet lifeless female bodies to make her out of, though she was made with less pieces. Once her body (and mechanical implaints) were finished, her DNA was adjusted to create a very muscular body, as a way to assist her in battle. Once she was woken up, she seemed to go in a rage, until she unleashed a massive Belch, which calmed her down quickly. Despite her angry appearance, she was very nice around children, both human, and monster, and very gentle as well.
Agreeing to her temporary shutting down in case of an emergency, she waved goodbye as she was quickly put inside a de-activation chamber. Three years passed, and Earth was put into chaos- secretly evil monsters from the now decimated 11 dimensions tricked humans into thinking they were on their side, then quickly took over, and re-shaped the earth in a matter of hours. As a quick and subtle power outage shook her laboratory home, a bunch of monsters under influence of the new world masters quickly attacked and raved the lab, until the back-up generater finally triggered, ten minutes late. The sudden deactivation and activation of Franky's lock-down pod caused it to open and quickly reactivate her life flow, which immediately led to her wipeing out all monsters threatening her family in a three mile radius- some in a five mile radius if they tried getting away.
Grabbing hold of her family and running, she eventually came across a resistance force (noticeable by the fact they were all different species and easily outnumbered by similar monsters that attacked her lab), and quickly proved to be a very strong help in their cause. Her invincible body played a huge role in the fight, and her scientifically powerful family also helped by making strong weapons for the team. In no time at all, each world master was quickly defeated- and sworn into alliance with the resistance- and the world was quickly rebuilt into a peacefull place- though some savage monsters still lingered.
Since she was told she was allowed to stay awake now, she quickly made the most of it- helping with repairs, serving as a body gaurd for important members of society, and also letting the remaining members of the human race know that she was on their side. Strangely, one day, she discovored a portal, and quickly marched right into it, intent on seeing other worlds, and letting there be peace.

A few things to note: One, she's as smart as she is powerful, having been briefed on many pieces of strong, yet miscellanious knowledge, making her an effective tutor. Second, though she doesn't wear headphones, she's a very big fan of music- bot literally and metaphorically. Third, her accent isn't german, it's closer to basic American.
